[[GUIDE]][[MOD]]How To Add MOD SystemUI In Stock Rom

This Is The Mod Which I Made By Myself..And Till Yet I Dint See This Guide In Galaxy Y/Y Duos Dev Thread/Forums
Hope So I Am The First One
Do You All Wanna Use MoD SystemUI By Kenjboy On Odexed Stock Rom..Mainly Those Which Have Swipe2Remove Feature...??
If Yes Then Just Keep Open Your Eyes Its Gonna Be Very Interesting. When I Will Manually Tell You-How To Add This On Odexed Stock Rom
REQUIREMENTS :-
Freshly DeOdexed Stock Rom..(I Used DDLG1 Deodexed Firmware)
XDuos's(Custom Rom=Xduos V3 2.0) Framework.jar Coz ICS Bars Framework Doesnt Boot Up When Odexed
Apktool (Mobile Version) [Its Not So Important]
14 toggles black
In Case If Your Status bar Is Gone
Link---- http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1404835&d=1350337506
Mod SystemUI
Link--- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2364522
Rom-Odexer For Galaxy Y
Link--- https://www.box.com/s/lcmvrakwugd6n5cwllq5
Root Explorer
STEPS >=< Follow It Carefully
*** [For Bricked Results I Will Not Be Held Responsible] [[Cwm Backup Is Must]]
No Brick Should Occur If You Follow Carefully***
1.Install Deodexd Firmware
2.Extract ICS Bars,Then Delete Framework Folder In It Again Make Zip and ReInstall Ics Bars Mod By Kenjboy **I Used V3 Swipe2Remove+Battery Percent**
If You See Your Status Bar Gone After Installing..Then Just Install 14-black toggles For Stock Rom...And After That Only Again Install The ICS Bars(The Zip Which You Made Just Recently ...Without Framework folder)
3.Use Root Explorer...Open Xduos V3 2.0 Custom Rom.Copy Framework.jar
System>Framework>framework.jar
Copy It To Anywhere On Sd Card
4.Now make Odex of Your Installed SystemUI By Apktool.apk
**Check For The Odex Files Below**
Extract The Required Zip File And rename it to SystemUI.odex
5.Copy The SystemUI.odex File In System/app/Here **No Need Of Setting Permissions**
6.Then Now Make Flashable Zip Of framework.jar Extracted From Xduos Rom and Install It Through CWM
**Or Else You Use Root Explorer To Move It In System/framework/Here
It Will Replace The Stock Framework**No
7.Now Its All Done ..Just Reboot Into Recovery....And Flash Rom-Odexer-For Galaxy Y's Script...Which Will Odex Your Stock Rom For More Free Internal Space..
Now Its Finally Completed

for decompiling apk´s from KitKat Roms you need a special apktool. Those for JB and ICS don´t work.

And.......... Could you tell me about which version if apktool is needed?
OK, thank you for your help...
I used Advanced ApkTool v2.0.0 based on the original APKTool 2.0.0 beta 9 and now I can decompile and compile with out any problems the SystemUI.apk (I tried with other APKs, like a simple program, no APKs of system and Advance ApkTool v2.0.0 works fine).
But the problem that I have now is when I put it again on the folder of the system to replace it by the original, with a little modifcation.
Always I get an error (SystemUI crash) and I have to replace this one by the original APK (without modifications).
I don't know why I can't install without problems this APK...
¿What I want to change on SystemUI of Carbon ROM 4.4.4?
- SystemUI.apk > res > drawable-hdpi > "stat_sys_signal_flightmode.png" (929 bytes) / (29x27 pixels)
I think these PNG file is used (I don't know, please let me if I'm wrong about it) by the icon figuring on the top of the nav-bar (white icon), when you enable the flight mode on (Settings > More > "Flight Mode").
¿Which files I used during the proccess?
- framework-res.apk (/system/framework)
- SystemUI.apk (/system/priv-app)
¿Which applications on Windows OS I used to sign or try to signing the SystemUI's APK?
- SignAPK
- Advanced ApkTool v2.0.0
- Without signing the APK
¿Any error during the previous and after compiling of decompiling of the APK?
- Nothing (all without errors)
¿Anything else?
I have installed on my PC:
- Windows 8.1 Pro (X86)
- JAVA (version 8 update 11)
- JAVA SE (jdk-8u11-windows-i586) = JDK
- JAVA SE (jre-8u11-windows-i586) = JRK
- Android SDK (22.6.2)
Other:
- SGS3 mini (GT-i8190)
- Carbon ROM 4.4.4 (maclaw) - carbon4.4_golden.nova.20140714

The script it's CORRECT, I saw.
I'm trying to edit in 8 bits and save as the same. Because this saved as 32 bits, maybe these was the problem I don't know...

[GUIDE] Make Theme Chooser TouchWiz Full Icon

On this occasion I want to share all my mods results on the theme for Samsung Galaxy, especially the Galaxy e5. But this guide can work on other Samsung Galaxy with Theme Chooser. Like the Galaxy A3, A5, A7, E7, J2 and more. I will keep this thread updated to section script and theme. For friends all the support yes please.
Terms :
Your device must Root.
Your device have Custom Recovery like TWRP or CWM.
Tools :
Root Explorer.
Text Editor or Notepad.
Apktool (Mobile or PC).
STEP 1 : How to display the hidden icon in ThemeChooser
Open the file "theme_app_list.xml" in the folder "..system/csc/here"
Add a new line with this
Code:
Align with the others.
Fill className with the target application.
Fill also IconId with your app icon name that will exist in the icon themes.
Save and exit.
Set permission 0644.
Reboot your phone.
One example icon youtube if you want to appear like this:
Code:
STEP 2 : How to create a Theme Support Full Icon.
After you add a script for example youtube, you have to add also in the theme. The following steps :
Take a sample of our mobile default theme, for example Natural2.apk
Decompile the apk through apktool.
Once the process is complete decompile go to the folder res/drawable/xhdpi/here and add a new icon with the name for example "theme_app_youtube_icon.png"
Go to the folder res/values/public.xml
Edit the line add id to youtube at the bottom. Align the id of youtube with other drawable file. Give serial number forwarding id before.
Decompile Apk, Sign, and Zipalign.
Install theme as normal apk.
Select your theme and apply.
Finish
But I know, for some people there who definitely do not want complicated. Easy version do you install the file below which I have edited so full icon theme. Install through Twrp, then install theme as normality apk.
Download : ThemeAppList_v1.zip
Install via TWRP let the theme full icon.
Support icon :
All Samsung Apps icon
All Google Apps icon
BBM
Dropbox
Es File Explorer
Facebook
Link2SD
Root Explorer
Tapatalk
Uc Browser
Whatsapp
