As most of you already know, the Andoid 4.3 for the Xperia V has been leaked thanks to EXR Team.
In this version i deoxeded the ROM and Zipaligned the apks.This ROM doesn't have a kernel with integrated CWM!​
Neither i nor the apps/mods developers are responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
global economic crisis, James Bond destroyed Aston Martin DB5 or M's death.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.This ROM requires UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER! Don't try to install it on LOCKED BOOTLOADER if you love your phone!
2. If you decided to Unlock your bootloader, remember to BACKUP YOUR DRM KEYS!
3. Install JB 4.1.2. It's better a clean install of the stock ROM and not custom Roms based on these firmwares!
4. Root it and install CWM.
5. Now reboot your phone and enter in CWM.
6. Clear cache, dalvik cache and personal data.
7. Install the ROM.
8. Install the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.86.
9. Flash CWM (v8 is recommended!)
10. Now reboot your phone!
11. Enjoy!
12. Don't forget to hit the THANKS button to all the contributors!

Long time no see bro... I do have a question. I tried to read the thread for the cwm v8 and it is not yet stable for mounting external sd card. are you having that issue or not?
I've tried the recovery for AOKP 4.3 version and its working fine.

cant download it.. mega.co.nz keep verifying until 30 minutes and error.. wanted to test it so much
Edit: work well with chrome

Use Chrome or Safari to download from Mega.
That crap doesn't really work well with non-Webkit browsers.

I've tested the ROM and I have noticed that system can't be mounted from recovery.

For those who have problem with the root: Try please to reflash the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.86. Don't know why you have such an issue so please try this method and let me know

I share the problem regarding recovery: Backup, whether internal or external SD, is not possible. CWM says it's unable to mount it.
That's a pity because i really like this ROM and I use it as a daily driver. I would like to uninstall some more Sony-Software, but I'm afraid of ruining the ROM and in that case I don't have a backup I can restore

Did you try to use another version of cwm bro?

No, only your recommended CWM v8.
I don't know which other kernel to flash - I'm afraid the ROM doesn't boot then. Perhaps I'll try "old" kernels for 4.1 like nKernel later, but don't know if the ROM can boot with them.

DON'T try a 4.1 kernel on 4.3 bro!!
Kernel must be android version and phone specific!

mega suckzzz!!! first time download stuck at 41% and second time download finished but unexpected end of the archive !!!!

v9 worked for me well.

ROM works with v9, but still no backup possible: Can't mount /system.

Sorry for that bro. Devhost gives me problems with uploading and when i use mediafire and the file's size is big my PC crashes. Any ideas for other hosting serves please?

2. Root.
3. Install CWM (DON'T USE v9 since gives issues.Use v7 or v8).

5. Wipe cache, dalvik cache and do a factory reset.

8. Now reboot your device.

What do you mean bro? You can install the rom if you are already in 4.3 without getting back to 4.1.2. I already wrote that on the instructions.
If i misunderstood something please explain

Don´t try to flash rom zip made in the recovery. It is too big. It goes first to tmpfs, which has only around 433000kB

No, you're good to go; the PhilZ Touch CWM cannot flash zip files made with the recovery (nandroid backups), but flashing this ROM is fine.

I'm with this release and so far all it's ok.

Hi Dark-Lord... I have my Xperia T back from the service center just today. They have replaced the motherboard. I have a new 13W05 motherboard with another IMEI number.:laugh:
The phone came with Android 4.0.4, but I have updated to JB, rooted, cwm, and installed this rom. It works really well

Is there no new kernel? you screenshots show the same kernel as the .199 firmware. had you just not updated the kernel at the point of screenshot or has the kernel not changed?

Regarding having custom recovery overwritten during Lollipop boot....
If you haven't already, after you fastboot flash TWRP, boot to recovery and then flash "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.16." Then reboot. You won't have root, but in the case of my XT1063, this process has preserved custom recovery. I should note that I am using PhilZ not TWRP. Also, new releases of SuperSU seem to lead to bootloop, so I recommend v2.16.
From this configuration I have had success then running Chainfire's AutoRoot for my device to gain root. After running the AutoRoot script, my XT1063 bootloops for several minutes and then loads. And then I have root. That's the good news. Bad new is that powering off and then on usually leads to endless bootloop. For a while I just left my phone on all the time. But in the end this wasn't practical for me so I am back to unrooted but with custom recovery. More peace-of-mind, really.
Now just waiting for CM12.
I'm not a dev. Just an enthusiast relating my experiences. Hope it helps.

no worries. decryption of /data is less important for phones that have an external sd slot since backups, roms, etc can be saved there.

I can't backup /data because of encryption, so haven't tried.
backing up /system and /boot to the external sd card worked fine, though.

2. Boot your phone into fastboot mode.
3. Then type this command fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
4. Reboot to recovery and enjoy.

1. Cipy the recovery to SD card
2. Download Flashify tool from playstore
3. Choose install recovery and choose recovery via file manager.

There is no option to mount external SDcard...
There is no option to flash zip from external SDcard..

Hi.
Tried to install Cyanogen MOD 12.1 with android 5.1.1 as base, and first i got an error status 6 while trying to flash gapps.
Then i updated to latest version of this recovery (6.59), but it didn´t read the SD card, so i had to install TWRP.
I really preffer Phils Recovery though.

[Build LMY47I] Indian Stock Lollipop 5.1 [Nandroid Back Up] from Sparkle V

Official Lollipop Back up from Karbon Sparkle V for Indian users​PREREQUISITES
Unlocked Bootloader
Rooted Stock Rom (optional)
Philz touch recovery
Stock 4.4.4
ANDROID ONE(any)
PROCEDURE
Create folder clockworkmod/backup inside ext sdcard
Extract the downloaded zip(The required files are inside[2015-03-11.18.37.43_LMY47I]this folder ).
Boot into recovery and do a full wipe,go to backup and restore.
Scroll down and select misc nandroid backup settings and uncheck md5 check sum .
Then go back then select custom restore from external sdcard in backup and restore option.
Uncheck all options select only system and boot.img.
Now select start now and click boot.img.
Process will start wait for it to complete.
&
Now reboot to system.
Taste the Lollipop in your androidone device.

Have u got official OTA? When? Which was your google play services version before update to lollipop..? Also post some screenshot too...

Did you flash the Indian version? SIM card is working? Since you don't have it installed currently it seems. Can you check?

It's not fake. See the Build Number? It's newer than the ones from Philippines -_-

Yes my both sims are working and yes i have installed rom given in this thread and yes my flash is working fine. I am able to capture photos with flash as well as flash automatic is working fine.

Can we get back to stock recovery after flashing this? I want to keep my phone as stock as possible.

It is the official backup of karbon sparkle v running lollipop 5.1.
