How are you finding the aluminum bumper?

Great. It is good. better than the previous ones ON LG G2 or HTC ONE.
This does not have any nuts to screw and very firm. Great overall.
Buttons are great.

Thanks. Do you think it'll scratch the metal of the S6 or is there some padding?

if you are not careful yes, but once the phone is in, there are some padding inside. So no problem.
I already took in out a few time, due to a mistake with my back protector, I have to cut it a little. Bumper and protector do not go together. bumper is very tight.

Ringke Fusion. Having some fun with backplate images! Let's go Hawks!

Original Samsung case (30eur).

Hello guys,
Last week i have test the Case Orzly® InvisiCase CLEAR that you can find also some photos to the previous page of this thread.
Today some photos of the case Ringke SLIM ROYAL GOLD + Screen Protector by Spigen Curved Crystal
This is my favorite setup until now. Have test also a cheap case from ebay but i throw it away
The case is very very slim and have almost the same platinum colour like the phone.
The protector the front curved piece is excellent and covers all the screen but the back piece i am a little bit disappointment because it not covers all the surface but it's ok.
https://flic.kr/s/aHskaerrDM
Case got it from Amazon and protector from Spigen website.
Thx

Just got my Verus case ...

A Luphie case, saw a link from another post and decided to give it a try. Overall feels pretty good, the glass back is a nice touch.

Does it affect signal? GPS?

Back protector for G2

Hi guys,
I am looking for matte skin back protector for G2, do you know where I can buy it?
Xtreemguard is good but it is shiny and fingerprints magnet.
Thanks in advance.

Skinomi has a set that comes with one. Pretty good. Back is a real pain for install because of the long radius on the back.... I ended up having to gently use my heat gun...
I bought an exoskin that came in yesterday. Haven't had a chance to put it on yet but I go the 3M Di-Noc back that looks like carbon fiber. Matte and has some texture for more grippiness.
I got the Poetic Pallette, it's not a skin but it is skinny, about 1.5mm thick. Matte black with rubberized texture, feels really good. J just barely wraps around the front edges and open at the top and bottom.very light.

Me too. The Poetic Pallette is great. Has a great soft touch feel and protects the rear without adding bulk.
I just ordered a carbon skin from Bodygaurdz. Had 1 on my old optimus g.

I have a Skinomi carbon fiber
http://imgur.com/a/qKCmm
I put the Zagg full body screen and back protector on my Tmob G2.
It gives a better grip than the polymer back, no fingerprints and has a nice matte finish.
You can see the shiny part near the flash and lens where the Att mic hole would be.
The details of the back with the lines are still there with no shine.
Can't believe anyone hasn't recommended the Diztronic TPU case. It's great. I feel like it would protect from drops very well. Alot better than that of the Poetic Palette anyways.

I have the Exoskins black carbon fiber back and its pretty sweet. Much better than the naked back but it is still a bit slippery but it has some texture for more grippy-ness when you're actually holding the phone.
I did a review with pictures of the black carbon fiber exoskin in this accessories section if anyone is curious. I also have the dizitronic case, but I like the look and feel/texture of the exoskin so much that I'm rocking my g2 with no case. The corners will never line up completely perfectly, but that doesn't bother me personally and other people will not be able to tell unless they are looking for it.

Which one is the most protective case out there?

I'm planning on buying a G2 (I have a 4X HD now), but even before buying it I'm more worried about buying a case that will protect the phone against most drops. My first though was Otterbox, but I read here many people saying that the screen still cracks easily in it.
I remember breaking my Galaxy S2 screen before even buying a case, so I didn't took any risks with my 4X HD (unfortunately there aren't that much cases for it). So now I'm asking you, I don't really care If it makes my phone really "bulky". Protection over all.
And that was all mates, I hope you can give me an answer.
What ever case you choose make sure it fits you model, some fit all models while other brands have a case for verizon and a different case for other carriers. I am using a Trident Cyclops (which fits all carriers) and I couldn't be happier, great blend of protection and price. As far as not breaking the screen I haven't found any case for any phone that guarantees that.

It's a really nice case, but does the silicon layer attract dust? I had once similar kind of case from Seido which attracted a lot of dust on the silicon layer.
Buy a tempered glass protector too i´m using Iloome flex and it works well, i don´t lose sensibility. This one works well to and is a little more thicker .http://www.ebay.es/itm/310822519409?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Can I ask if the plastic of the screen protector doesn't give you a bad experience with touch screen ?
Because as I wrote here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446484&page=14
I tried the Trident Cyclops cover but the plastic of the screen protector is so rough that I decided to remove it and use instead another screen protector for LG G2.
Now I have the Trident Cyclops cover in which my LG G2 fits perfectly with not his built in screen protector but another screen protector and it is very good.
It looks like if the Trident cover was built with that screne protector I am very happy with this solution but I wnat to know also your opnion in the use of touch screen for activity like the texzting , surfind, knock on/off etc.
Thanks !

No bad experience. When i switched G2's thats the only time i had problems. But eventually tje protector worked out. Try for yourself its great
I recommend panzer glass screen protector it's a bit expensive but very protective and clear. It can be bought from smartfast.dk and shipped internationally. Event if it's cut a bit smaller than the actual screen it covers the display and doesn't attract lint.

I am using a Otterbox commuter but the defender will have what your looking for I just don't like the sensitivity of the screen protector with the defender so I use commuter with film screen protector I think I'm one of the few people who still like invisashield or xtremegaurd. FYI if you do decide to use a film xtremegaurd coupon right now is 90off2 makes it 2.20 cents for two on there website

Absolute thinnest case?

Anyone know a case that's little more than a thin plastic shell? Any TPU car would be too thick. I got a Quicksand case, but it's a mm thick (digital calipers read 1.06 mm). That's still too thick. Something less than 0.5 mm and hours up to the glad would be great.
I don't need any protection, I just hate the glossy plastic. I've got a Slickwrap, but it doesn't cover the edges and looks crappy. I would consider a skin or wrap that goes as far up the sides as the gray plastic line bisecting each edge.
I don't want to paint or sand down the plastic because I'm probably going to sell this phone if there's a Nexus phone this year.

It's exactly what you want. The grip is fantastic. The material has some weird matte/fabric finish and is the best grip case I ever had. On all phones. It adds zero bulk, trust me.

I don't understand. Do you realize I'm looking for thin cases? Almost all TPU cases are going to be too thick because TPU would be too susceptible to tearing if molded so thin.
Now find me the TPU case that is susceptible to tearing due to thinness and I'll probably buy it. Like I said, protection means nothing. I just hate coming into contact with the glossy plastic.
Have this and love it. Barely adds anything to the phone.

So we just need one specific for the VZW version.
I have a similar material one for my moto x and it's the best lightest protection ever! Very light weight and protects against scratches and mild bumps.

For Verizon, just use the Incipio Feather case. That is what I have, looks just like all these posted, and is designed for the Verizon model specifically (you can even buy them in any Verizon store).
I've had my incipio feather case on since day 1. Still looks great. My phone has had a few nasty spills and never had any damage... even the case looks new. It has a soft "rubber" like coating on it, but the case itself it hard and snaps on. Never had a problem with it coming off (it is actually quite hard to come off. It also has a TINY TINY lip that when facedown, will keep the screen off the surface.

That's what I have, and it's slippery. It's nothing like the blue/green textured ones that we were discussing, which aren't (today) avail for the VZW version.
edit: will also add that the incipio has sharp edges at the corners. The other one is not sharp like the incipio.
Try Body Glove skin, not a case but textured, comes in metallic, wood, carbon fiber, etc finishes. Its should be useful gor what you want/need and it covers the edges.

Rear glass protector

Hey guys, has anyone found a plastic or glass protector for the back of the Note 5? I've had no luck at all! I've got a clear case coming in the mail to cover the phone and I already have a plastic protector that covers the front, but I'd rather not use a case at all.
I plan on using a clear plastic/glass protector on the front and back of the phone and then get the Rhino Shield Crash Guard bumper for the edges. As far as I know the Rhino Shield isn't out yet. Would be awesome to find a clear thin plastic bumper case too!

Spigen Case for Mate 10 Pro

I've gotta say, after trying 3-4 other silicon/PU cases, the one from Spigen has got to be the best.
I like that there is a lip around the screen so even with a tempered glass screen protector, the phone won't rest on the screen.

I had a spigen case for my previous phone (Nexus 6) with a beautiful design, but I don't like the mate 10 pro spigen case design...

I kinda questioned the same about the odd rectangle part around the camera. Turns out that part releases heat when it's warm while gaming etc. It's like a heat sink fin since the motherboard is around the camera. It's a bit thick but that's the point. To protect the camera and the glass back and front. It's a dust trap though so need to clean it at times especially around the camera.
So I've have my mate 10 pro for a few days, and after looking at all the cases on eBay,Amazon, ect I've settled for this spigen case, it's the most I've pumped out for a case (£13.96 delivered UK) but the all glass body has me worried
Are you guys happy with the case now it's been out a month or so?

Yep, very happy. Dropped the phone a couple of times and no damage done. Looks smart. No issues at all.

Yes, currently using a tempered glass screen protector from Basstopuk purchased on Amazon.
Fit isn't great to be honest, so looking about for something better.

My spigen case arrived today, Like others have said this case is worth the money,
Its not as bulky as I expected and it feels nice in hand.
Also my little finger fits nicely in the groove where the charging port is.

I've got 2.5d screen glass... bad idea not cover full, small edge all around stay not stick on screen then bad display
Avoid them very bad experience on 3 models.
Full coverage : never tried on mark 10pro. But thinking about to buy on.

Yeah the 2.5d screen protector is garbage, I wish I hadn't removed the one that Huawei fitted because the glass one is too narrow for the screen its still peeling around the edges,
Here's the link for the case ,is a UK based eBay seller

Fantastic case, there is only one thing I don't like.
I can't see my beautiful blue back of the phone and in the front there is nearly nothing but display. Is there a chance of getting a transparent spigen case?
