HOWTO
Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm10 zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

I've downloaded cm11. Should I really use kernel from cm10 or it's a typo?

Followed the installation instructions but i get multiple system crashes. system, keyboard.... No homescreen and so on. Only thing i got working was the settings menu. Did i do something wrong or is there a fix for this? Went back to FXP246 10.2.....

Did you flash gapps, if yes did you change some files?, if no flash them, if the problem still occurs try without gapps :good:

Yes it's a typo, because i don't think that a cm10 kernel would work on cm11
When flashing the zip the kernel should be installed too, if you want though you can flash the kernel from the cm11 zip manually via fastboot.

Yes i installed just as it was written in the post. So i installed 4.4 gapps and i did not try without it cos i need it... Could it be that the gapps i downloaded got corrupted?

Hi all,
can anyone share his experiences with the ROM? Especially whats not working until now or which "hard" bugs exist.
I want to use it, but at least it should be more or less stable (no reboots or something similar) and the "standard" things like Calls, Wlan and the system itself (Calendar, Contacts, Phone App and so on) should work. Things like a perfect camera or video play back are from a low priority for me.

Thanks. But i got it working. Downloaded gapps again and that worked. Activated ART and everything started to crasch... Then i found this...
Warning: Do not try ART with the Paranoid Android (or other AOSP) build right now. There is an incompatibility with the current gapps package that causes rapid crashing, making the interface unusable.
So i will wait until this "bug" is fixed before i do further testing.

Strange AOKP doesn't seem to have that problem. Then only thing that crashes is Whatsapp.

Actually championswimmer's version is much like AOSP. There is no AOKP options, so that's why there is no conflict.

It's still very very close to AOSP atm, so check out any Nexus 5 pics of KitKat, there's nothing really additional to it yet.

To acvoid bootloop you should :
> make a backup
> wipe cache + data + system
> flash crdroid lollipop
> flash gapps for lollipop (don't install kiktat gapps)
> wipe data and factory reset
edt 1: you must use latest twrp or phillz, idk if cwm works
edt 2 : no wi fi connection

No bootloop here, but no wifi. Otherwise, I didn't find any problem.

Wow, very nice and smooth ROM you brought us here,
with a heck of customization and essential custom features already included, just flashed it to take a look, multitasking seems also not to bad in combination with BlueFlame4´s Minfree Fixer app, at least for my taste
Pink kernel works too, feels like a beast with it but, Wifi is simply frozen after first initial boot, it was click-able but after that the button is just "greyed out".

We build this ROM using Mokee android source and tomato aka YU Yureka's source.
We are not the developer of this ROM. We just build this ROM with few bug fixes.
This ROM does not have gapps (Google Play Strore & other google goodies). But you can download & install it from http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps
Note: After install do not uncheck chinese keyboard & please install gapps which contains google keyboard & then update google keyboard using PlayStore.
Otherwise you will get GoogleKeyboard FC error
Prerequists: YU should be on stock rom.
Use the recovery.img linked here. Otherwise chances of installation error due to device name missmatch.
Please don't just leech the files and go away. You can easily say thanks just by pressing "Thanks" button.

The back key works and a default keyboard(some chinese name in "Language & input" setting) comes up. If i keep this keyboard as default, everything works fine, but the moment i change the default to google keyboard, my back key stops working & keyboard does not come up.

Kudos for all the development you are doing for Yureka.
But one request. Can u please stop adding assert statement in the updater script. or atleast add another check along with Yureka and Tomato.
whenever i wanna flash your kernel or any rom i need to be on stock rom, which is not the case.
And i know its very simple to edit the updater script and remove the assert statement. But i dont have a laptop right now and no PC other than the office one. So i cant edit the updater file when i want. Its causing a small prob.
But i do understand the risk of some noobs flashing wrong file on wrong device. But just think abt what you can do, to address this. Another check with tomato or AO5510 along with Yureka would be fine. or if you are ok, you can remove the whole assert statement and mention clearly in your thread as "this is only for yureka and not for coolpad or any clones"
and thanks for so many roms. till date i have found you CM11 to be very fluid smooth and stable

Use the recovery provided by me.
There are CWM and Phil recovery provided. Use any one of them. And you won't face this issue.

you might have choosen the google keyboard and disabled the other keyboard.
flash latest gapps (link at OP) and update google keyboard from playstore.
keyboard & all 3 hardware key will work then.

I Have TWRP recovery in my Yureka....this ROM can also flashed via TWRP recovery also...didn't faced any issue at all...I am on TWRP 2.8.5.0

Latest build from 2015-10-14 with 5.1 gapps. Clean flash of course from another ROM.

Well not so smooth for me I waited like 5-10 mins in the flash screen ( TWRP 2.8.6.1 ) and then gave up. Used the last 1014 build.
EDIT: Going to redownload and give it another try.

Pleasantly surprised that you set selinux to permissive in the new build, now exposed works like a charm. Thanks.

any other bug guys?

For me, enabling HW+ in MX results in no video playback, which seems to affect YouTube as well.
Without enabling it, video plays fine.

I just installed your ROM + open gapps pico on a clean flash with twrp 2.8.6.1
Everything is working except the MMS with stock app but it works with google messenger.
I tried to install boeffla sound app but your kernel doesn't support it.
Therefore as I saw that selinux was set to enforcing, I decided to install Archikernel to get benefit of boeffla sound. It works.
I did untutu benchmark :
Stock kernel 25300 (default settings)
Archikernel 28900 (default settings + touchwake enabled)
It looks like phone function is working fine without any delay but need time to be sure.
Xposed v75 sdk22 arm installed and working with my modules without any troubles.
I will try GPS tomorrow.

I didn't noticed any other issue. Now I'll try the GPS in few minutes and I will report.
Edit: one issue that I forgot to report but I guess it's from slimlp source about the launcher. When I press home button, it switches always between page0 and homepage. Not a big deal anyway.
Also, I forgot a detail which is important for some of us regarding the flash light. The torch is not switching off when the screen turn off. Good point in my opinion.

And the sad news is that the gps is not working. Setting selinux to permissive will not do much. It's a "no go" for me at the moment. I need working GPS. I will try next build if problem is solve.

1) Please flash Infinix Rom 1st before flashing this ROM (I tried changing the updater script to AndroidOne firmware partitions but didn't help)
2) Some apps may have difficulty accessing systemless root (like es file Explorer) I used root browser and it worked just fine.
3) xposed Framework zip sdk23 version 82 or less will work just fine, versions 83 or more will work fine too but it breaks the stock gallery app causing it to FC.
4) If you want to have Google now on tap flash gapps (I flashed open gapps mini 6.0, open gapps aroma won't even run)
5) Google plus FCs whenever you click on share or post a comment. I haven't figured out the cause yet (and it's not from xposed) tried even older apks and same out come. But you can view posts and even comment.

Hey I was wondering how you got the 3.18.XX kernel to boot on MT6580 chipset. I've been trying to get 6.0 for my MT6580 device (Cubot Note S) however the stock rom kernel is only 3.10 so I've only managed to get 5.1 custom roms to work.

Great Effort Guys and the best MM ROM for Hot 2.
I've been playing around it for about a week now and am so happy and satisfied with it's performance and battery life.
Here are additional info:
1) Please flash Infinix Rom 1st before flashing this ROM (I tried changing the updater script to AndroidOne firmware partitions but didn't help)
2) Some apps may have difficulty accessing systemless root (like es file Explorer) I used root browser and it worked just fine.
3) xposed Framework zip sdk23 version 82 or less will work just fine, versions 83 or more will work fine too but it breaks the stock gallery app causing it to FC.
4) If you want to have Google now on tap flash gapps (I flashed open gapps mini 6.0, open gapps aroma won't even run)
5) Google plus FCs whenever you click on share or post a comment. I haven't figured out the cause yet (and it's not from xposed) tried even older apks and same out come. But you can view posts and even comment.
So far, this is my daily driver now. Well built Rom.

You know Infinix ROM require SP tools to flash right?
What do you mean my system less root?

Well built ROM, Great work!!! Minor concern; clicking system update in settings force closes it, any reason??

You can also simply use the Infinix Flash Tool!!
System less root is a modified root access strategy which doesn’t modify any files in the /system partition especially on devices running marshmallow, makes it easier to even install OTA Updates!!!

yes, i've already done that but no success

Am unable to flash it using twrp. Am running stock infinix ROM 5.1. am getting a filesystem ext 4 dev block/mmc error. Am trying to upload a screenshot Buh my browser keeps bouncing the page. please help

i get a filesystem ext 4 dev block/mmc error every time i try to flash it just like you, how u passed that error ?

Very very nice work, amazing ROM in fact, very fluid and fast(maybe the fastest for this device) but gutted it doesn't support otg. Then
-layers don't seem to work(installs but after reboot nothing changes, still looks stock).
-layers app also force closes when you try to uninstall layers. (Can still b uninstalled another way)
-after changing nav bar from initial config(switching recents from left to right) recent button don't work.
Still a cracking daily driver for people that don't mind not having otg. Didn't test the camera tho cos am not a camera person.
Again amazing ROM

FYI
the stock 6.0 of android one rom is 3.18.xx kernel, so it can be ported out easily without any problems appearing
