EASY WAY
= Just Flash This [FLASHZIP] Via Custom recovery ... Enjoy!

OR MANUAL WAY
1- Please do a Backup
2- Download the ZIP file and Extract the files.
3- replace SystemUI.apk in System/Priv-app (by root explore or something like that)
4- move Sfinder to System/Priv-app
5- Move QuickConnect & QuickConnectInteraction to System/App folder
6- replace Build.prop in System folder [DONT FORGET TO GIVE IT PERMISSIONS] [rw-r--r--]
*to avoid the bootloop
*This is important Don't Restart your phone without give build.prop permissons [rw-r--r--]
and give it to apps you moved too
7- Restart your Phone
* if you don't want to use S-finder and Quick Connect. just need to skip steps [4,5]
They will not disappear from Notification Panel But It will be the only Shape
- FINISH Now you Have A System Like S5 lollipop 100%

Just did it and see what you mean. Doesn't work well for me because the system UI messes up with some Gravitybox set up (Center clock, etc...). Good work anyway buddy!

You've done a fairly good job on this one but it messes up the status bar pretty bad even after you mentioned the fixes it even turned on the crt off animation even if I didn't want to. I also didn't like the clock on the status bar to function as a power button... a little more tweaking on the code (just restrict it to the UI changes on the posted screenshot of yours) then maybe you'll even see this ported to Blekota's rom. Overall good job mate :good:

This is not fixes .. this an apk make you able to controll of your SystemUI
you can use it to Disable the power button on clock.
I'll Disable the Crt off Animation.

The Swipe To Remove Mod is also Active for those who are lazy to read their notifications :laugh:
The Extended Power Menu was also modified to have Screenshot, Reboot, and Recovery Optons so you can manage to take screenshots, reboot, or go to recovery easily by just pressing the power button
And the last screenshot to be presented is the wallpaper gallery .. From there , you can now Swim on many Real Xperia Wallpapers.. choose what you want and set it either as Homescreen Wallpaper or lockscreen Wallpaper
BUGS ? .. no bugs was detected or found as of now .. but i am sure HydroPeria have a bug .. but not that big

HOW TO FLASH???
We deleted the applications and files that will make firmware compatibilities .. This means that you can flash the rom on any firmware you want ..
Reflash your current firmware via ODIN Software ..
Take a Reset Factory Settings - This is optional .. but will have you the best of HydroPeria
After Media Scanning Completed , Go to RECOVERY MODE
Then flash the Rom on it .. (NOT ON CWM .. but i think you can) I just used Recovery mode whenever i flash the rom
After Recovery Says, "Complete" , wipe your data and cache ..
Then Restart
Enjoy!
NO MORE ROOTING AND DEODEXING PROCEDURE!!!!!!!

im brand new
been running with my beloved galaxy note for 2 years now. it finally got stolen(living in south africa and all) and now i downgraded to the pocket. so far i think this is the best rom ive seen for the pocket. flashing right now! do u guys have some sort of a list or something of all the roms seeing as theres no dedicated thread? (WEAK!!)
i love it! okay just a few things.
i struggled to add more thatn one google account. had to restart the phone after each account in order to get the add account button to respond in settings
i seem to have extremely bad reception, was on HYPERION1 before this and signal quality was superb. now after flashing and upgrading to this rom(v2) i have very weak signal. is there a radio change of some sorts between the 2 roms?

INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOADS
The first thing I recommend you to do is to preform a nandroid backup (it's optional, but highly recommendable).
Secondly, if you want a clean install, get the XXMA3 Stock Firmware from HERE. This is a stock firmware package ready to be flashed through Odin and it's the one I've used as base. I've downloaded it from SamMobile and then created it using SplitFUS2.
Don't know how to use Odin? Click HERE!
Relevant downloads:
Download ClockWorkMod Recovery (if you don't have it already). Don't know where to download it? Just search for Millan.SIS CWM (for example)
Download TransfROMers_V1_2.zip (Please don't make any mirrors...)
Optional downloads:
Download and extract Rings_Notif_Alarms.rar -> OPTIONAL! Not needed for the ROM to work. These are just some custom ringtones, notifications and alarms arranged by me.
Download and extract Original Sounds.rar -> OPTIONAL! Only if you want the original stock sounds (in case you don't enjoy the ones included with the ROM).
Download and extract APK.rar -> OPTIONAL! These are just some cool apps that I use (specially Noozy Player).
Enough downloading, let's get started:
Place the downloaded zip file (and optional extracted folders) on your SD Card's root.
Turn off the phone
Access stock Recovery (Turn on the phone with this Key combo -> Long press Home+Volume up+Power Button)
Choose Wipe DATA
Choose Wipe CACHE
Choose Apply Update from SD card
Choose CWM -> you will boot into CWM Recovery
Wipe DATA and CACHE again via CWM
Go to Advanced
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Wipe Battery Stats (only if your Battery is full, otherwise, don't do it)
Press Back Button
Choose Install zip From SDCARD
Choose zip From SDCARD
Select -> TransfROMers_V1_2.zip
Choose “yes...."
Wait for the Rom's installation to finish
Press Back Button and choose "Reboot"
DONE!

NOTES
Since I didn't include kuro's data2sd script, I recommend you to use Links2SD in order to minimize the phone's storage. Don't know how to use it? Just click HERE.
Deadly's compact kernel has "THE" brightness bug. In order to fix that, just access CPU control and set the Freq. min clock to 312Mhz. For more information about this, click HERE.
Don't forget to enable all windows animations.

We are using different build of that kernel....
These sounds are too loud for late night....
One more thing - no init.d folder in /etc.... Is init.d supported?
Apps in launcher are in some random order for me...

Yes init.d is supported (the kernel supports it).
The folder doesn't exist simply because I didn't add any script. But anyone is able to add they're favorite scripts.
You may ask why I didn't add any script...that's simple, because I didn't felt the need to.

Speed is good but it lags on scrolling.... But in some apps only.....
WiFi seems to be a little bit slower as it should be....

Just reboot your device..
You should either already have the new systemui installed, or you went have any statusbar and navbar at all..
But as your launcher still works, just enter a root explorer, set the permissions, reboot and everything will be fine :good:

i cant use my launcher because when i put/change the system ui you made using root explorer.. my system ui will stopped..it will pop up system ui stopped and i cant do anything.. i cant set the permission..
btw im using xposed modules such as gravity box.. maybe it has conflict to modules im using?

Bro.. Fully working recovery is only for unlocked bootloader. There is no working recovery for Locked bootloader
@Rajeev bro, I think you forgot to mention that we have to set permission to RW_R_R for the apks in folders.

Opps sorry didn't quite get the instructions haha.
But I think you can skip step 2 and 3, just set the permission after moving into system/apps/FOLDER. Some inexperienced user that got used to just flashing zip file might misunderstand it.

Now i have to wait 2 hours for it to download. lol thanks for the rom though. been waiting for your mm version since forever. i loved the kryptonian lp version and i like the kryptonian logo in the settings since i am a huge Superman fan. wil test and let you know how it is.
UPDATE: Smooth and awesome. No issues yet. Been 4 hours. Tested it fresh, with all my apps, with and without xposed. No lag or performance issue. Thank you very much.

Headers looks weird,sort of stretched and really compressed,both when chosing default,polyhd and my own one (old exiztenz header img) Will upload screenshot later,needed to restore backup for some time now. Beside that i really liked the settings and didnt encounter any other bugs. It would be nice to have a possibility to change quick toggles background color to better fit to header btw.

The difference is visible. Say, just pull down notification panel,stretch again to access quick setting panel, both the header size will be different. So you need to put picture with resolution, something like 840x430. Play with some pics and find the correct resolution :good: Will add color options soon Waiting for a stable release with stamina from sony.

Go to settings>kryptonian >navigation bar>google now gesture> turn that switch off..so that u will be able to access on tap. Will fix that download manager fc.

Sorry i will add it in OP Everything included in rom (root,recovery), just do a clean install :good:
Edit: added details to OP under internal extra mods. If any lags after somedays, then restart systemui, which is in kryptonian app control, symbol at the top right corner. This lag is related to systemui, as i am using one which is ported from xperia x, which require a firm that supports stamina. So this will be fixed when sony release a stable build with kernel that supports stamina,

Hmm, settings.apk in this rom is from Xperia X..which doesn't have battery saver shortcut. Sony removed it n added stamina, but we dont have stamina. I will try to add a shortcut n will update rom soon.
Edit: bro the theme is 'seasonal summer' from sony.
