Awesome rom with all the customization features one may want. Faced standby freeze which I think was 1st cm nightly bug. Otherwise, flexos gave me awesome experience, may use it as daily driver
Me too facing the standby freezing issue, soft boot occurring after freezing for few seconds.

This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.

About IncipientOS:
This ROM is based on LineageOS, and will always have upstream changes merged in.
Everyone pretty much abandoned nougat development, so at first I just compiled personal LineageOS builds with some added tweaks. Eventually the idea of IncipientOS was born! Hey, i'm using it right now and i like it! Found one issue - maybe its my fault, but after reset - navbar doesn't appear, so i have to enable it manually from settings again. After install i did restore apps with data using MyBackup pro, ROM i was using before - AICP 12.1, so, maybe i have restored some settings from it that affect navbar behavior.
Also - how do i set custom ringtone? I cant find a button in sound settings
