I have the G4 with the Black Leather Back I spoke with LG people they said is the same fit. I'm willing to exchange it because I want to use it with a hard plastic cover like otterbox. I'm not selling it. Regards

As a matter of fact I use an OtterBox Symmetry. I would swap/trade ya, but that means both of us would have backless phones until they arrived in mail.. haha

Why are there so many without a battery cover? I noticed that when I was looking for mine.
just a reminder.
the cover will not be cheap as it will need to have the NFC antenna on it. else you can't use the NFC.
i believe this is the set-back for all other case manufacturer just to jump in a make one.

Actually there is a speakerhole on the case so when you make calls its closed and hey do you know where i can purchase that notebook flip case online or not? Just yhe case only!

I bought this LG official case. It is definitely good quality. It is plastic on the back (with the 4X texture) and rubberize sides and beading on the top. Using the phone volume rocker and power button with the case on is very easy.
However, the black case does not look good on the white 4X, as the white color is almost completely covered by the black case. Possibly, the case will look good on a black 4X.
I am using http://www.ebay.in/itm/Purple-Sand-...Domain_203&hash=item53f08f2f1c#ht_3064wt_1139 (in grey color, not this purple one). It is good quality and I am satisfied by it.
I am using Konkis universal case, perfect for girls I am not sure if I would go with a cover, since the phone is beautiful as it is :victory:

I also have this case. Both in white and black.
I much prefer the black case because it seems that is doesn't show as much "Use" as the white case.
But overall its a brilliant case and seems to protect the device from all sorts of damage. :good:
I perfectly agree with you! I bought too and it's great ( my 4x is black though)...the back texture is the same of the 4x, that i like so much!

I don't think a screen protector is necessary, because Gorilla Glass can handle a minor scratch. mine doesn't have any scratch

Do you feel like there's not enough lip at the back and it will scratch the camera lens? I have a back protector so I am not worried about the cover but the screen worries me a bit.

I just got mine and it looks great. Be careful trying to figure out how to get your phone in there. The metal frame slides out from the bottom piece. Cheap korean packaging with no instructions or even a picture diagram.
The bumper itself is a good bumper however I notice it degrading my signal for both wifi and cellular... So if you notice your phone dying faster it's probably this bumper killing the signal. Take it off.

That's kind of a deal breaker for me because it's putting my phone into no signal when I'm inside any building and I'm missing calls/texts plus my battery is dying much faster due to it constantly searching for signal.
Wow. Can't believe the used the Sweet Armor name and threw in Korean Design on the packaging. Lol.
The real Sweet Armor cases suffer from no signal loss. I have one for sale if anyone is interested. But it's $50.

I do know that it's going to happen. What the actual quality, style, and all turn out to be is going to depend on the manufacturers, but there are some that have already begun to utilize the magnet activation system that's inside the dot view case that enables dot view "mode"

While the Dot view sounds and looks cool. I just don't see how it is easy to hold a curved back phone with a flipped back flap on it. It can be done, yes. But why would you want to mess with a folded back flap??
Spigen will introduce soon an Dot-View Variant of the Slim Armor View for the M8.
I'm surprised its taking so long to get these 3rd party dot view cases to market. HTC has given case manufacturers a unique feature to offer but they have yet to utilize it.

I have been searching for one too.
A friend of mine is using a 3rd party dot case, she said it doesn't work too well but I assume it depends on the brand. I'll see if I can upload pics soon.

Spigen don't use to spread rumours officially, but some employee friend of a friend of the cousin of my sister first boyfriend told us that
Just don't care, rely on something: Spigen never left an market opportunity, of they launched an armor view case for the Nexus 5, do you believe they will not do the same on the more popular and appeal M8.
Believe me the Spigen Slim Armor Dot-View exists and will be launched soon, don't spect an pre-release announcement this is against marketing logic (so many people won't buy the std slim armor case waiting for the dot view version)...

Thanks I ordered one as well. I have the original but I accidentally tore it off the back trying to stretch it to fit over a glass screen protector. Still sort of works if I tuck it into another case.

Do these ones come with lint protection? My last phone got a good amount of lint inside the headphone and usb port and suddenly the headphone stopped working. But luckily their was a thread on xda which mentioned how to remove lint using scotch tape and I was able to easily remove them.

I'd buy one if it didn't have that ugly "C" Cruzerlite logo in the most obvious place possible.

Are you in the US or somewhere else? Did you order from the Cruzerlite website or through Amazon? At the time that I'm posting this, every color is shown as in stock at Amazon. If you're in the US and placed an order a month ago, then you should complain to Cruzerlite if your order has not shipped yet.

That "C" is outrageous. I can barely sleep at night because of that shameless advert. Luckily, you've got other options -- like OtterBox, AMZER,
TUDIA, Fosman, Bear Motion, and... uh... cases with that nondescript M logo.

I am not in US. I am in South Asia. I ordered the case through Amazon.com. I am going to wait one more week and then contact Cruzerlite.

Isn't that a good thing? Most of the time when there is cover over the buttons, you need to press them really hard. With this case you don't have to do that.

Can you provide some links of good cases which costs less than 10$ and has soft cover over the buttons?
I'll post some pics as soon as I get mine. I ordered it in Red as i'm a sucker for the color combination of red & black
Amazon said it was shipped today, so with a bit of luck it might be here tomorrow or on Wednesday

It still might take a while, its being shipped to me from the UK, and I live in Germany.
