Note:
- This has a very low chance of bricking your device. Just don't flash to the wrong partition, and you will be fine.
- If you want to revert to stock, I have also extracted and uploaded the stock fb splash image above.

3/ Click to Splash Flasher puis GO.
4/ Select .bmp
5 / Plug the phone into USB debugging, quick launch and select boot bootloader

Quickboot is not needed.
The app reboots to bootloader by itself using adb commands.
And bootanimation did not work
Only splashes.

and post it here and i will convert it into a first boot screen for you
To apply these you have to extract the files from the zip..then boot into the tricolor screen, then right click on the custom ruu and run as admin,then follow the onscreen instructions...this only changes the first boot screen and will NOT mess with anything else

Patched boot.img will only work for the current firmware version.
You should include which version this is for.
Also the boot.img is likely different for
XT-2091-3, XT-2091-4, XT-2091-9...
and possibly different for software channels
RetBR, TelEU, RetRU...
Instead of making such a post, direct the people to Magisk.
Let me make such a guide.
