Hello guys.
So many sorry about my English.
I tried everything.
And you my last chance.
On my hands LG L90 D415, stuck on Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
It was rooted with CWM.
Mistakenly was installed wrong firmware (probably from D410)
Now phone with black screen and only responds in device manager like Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008(no recovery, no download mode).
LG Flash tools do not responds.
All drivers ok.
B2bSupport do not helps.
Options on B2bSupport: - Shipset W7 G2MDS, -port like in device manager, -target DIR C:\, -test AP and EMMC
AP check finished with "no response from the device. Check PMIC first and if still boot problem, replace AP" and "Failed to conect to the flash programer".
And i dont know what to do next. If someone has file "loader D415.img" and *.tot files, i will be very grateful.

Hi guys,
I have the same problem, the phone's chowing Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 in device manager. Please help on how to repair boot

Maybe this helps
Well, I see nothing as of yet. I have been through almost all situations with this phone. I have had this happen to my phone before. Only problem, I don't remember exact fix. I will recommend this forum. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/fix-unbrick-lg-g2-stuck-qualcomm-hs-usb-t2933830 It is for the G2, but I've used several of their threads for my phone. Read post first, but its the best solution I can offer. The only other thing you could try is searching and learning about Qualcomm's QPST program. Hope this helps.... Good luck

Need help unbricking G2 D295F Lite

LG G2 Lite D295F
CHIPSET: MSM8812
I tried using BoardDiag and the phone passed all 3 tests. Then someone told me it didnt work for my chipset.
I tried to use a Loader.img to go to download mode. However it didnt work for me. My phone show 0% battery and do not start from SD at all. I'm afraid i used the wrong .img but i can't find the right one. The one I tried was from 4Pda LG L Fino page.
The brick was caused by a bad ROM installation. It shows as QLoader 9008, no partitions detected (still it passes the eMMC test from BoardDiag. ) When the bootable SD card is inside it. it shows as LGE Androidnet.
I would really appreciate any help with this problem. I don't think the phone has any hardware problem, because a friend of mine installed the same ROM and is with the same problem..
Help me!

I have a LG G2 Lite D295F and it only stays in Qualcomm HS-USB QDLOADER 9008 (COM4).
I was able to flash him through QFIL successfully, but he does not care the same way.
In BoardDiag the same thing, he can flash in the rom, passes all tests (AP, EMMC, SDRAM) but does not turn on. Sometimes it comes back as QS-USB BULK, but it does not get even 20 seconds and it goes back to HS-USB QDLOADER 9008.
If I write the loader of it in img on an SD card, it appears that it is loading but not for a second it already disconnects and stays in it the whole time. Sometimes it mounts as removable (Qualcomm MMC Storage).
The battery is charged, but not the life signal. I can flash without the battery, however, without result.
can anybody help me?

Hard Bricked 4x

Hi,
I have a following problem with my Redmi 4X. I tried to flash new rom and reboot my phone on twrp. When the phone shut down nothing happens anymore just black screen. No fastboot or recovery mode. When I contact the phone to Windows pc it shows in device manager: Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E (COM20). I have tried to flash new rom with QFIL and Miflash (tried to change the driver to Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008).
With QFIL the error is: Download Fail: Switch to EDL FailFailed to switch to Emergency Download mode.
With Miflash the error is: Cannot receive hello packet. MiFlash is trying to reset status!
Any suggestions?

Already tried that. Doesn't seem to change a thing.
Shouldn't it turn the driver to "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" after test point method?
This is what shows in command prompt:
C:\Windows\system32>adb reboot edl
error: device '(null)' not found
C:\Windows\system32>adb devices
List of devices attached
C:\Windows\system32>

After the test point method you will see a new "9008" device in the Device Manager.
Then all of the above commands will be completely irrelevant and useless.
In the 9008 mode use MiFlash, not QFIL/QPST, to reflash your phone.
Cheers!
The test points seems to change nothing. I think that after the " adb devices" command I should see my device listed but that is not the case and therefore impossible to flash rom. Somehow I should be able to change the "900E mode" to "9008 mode" without changing the driver manually and I think the test point method should do just that.
Here is video of what I have tried to do. If someone could point out what to do differently to get the flash work I would be very grateful.

Windows 10 will not accept the 9008 driver because the driversignature ist not signed from Microsoft.
If you will unbrick it with Windows 10 64bit look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2d8KEruHWPg
and here: https://www.maketecheasier.com/install-unsigned-drivers-windows10/
Had allready done that also. Gave it another try without success

Is the Qualcomm 9008 driver now installed?
Did you start the mi-flash tool with administrator privileges?
I installed the Qualcomm drivers but device manager still shows 900E driver unless I manually change it to 9008.
edit:
I finally succeeded with test point method. Now flashing. Im so grateful to you ConradB.

Thank you buddy .. Your 4 years old post help me to turn on my hard brick redmi 4x.
I don't know the actual reason of hard brick but The situation was my phone was in condition like
1. Possible to go in fastboot mode
2. When turning on there is only mi logo for fraction of second.
I tried test point method as described . It turned on in one attempt..I just want to add something. I face some issues after test point flashing . So I just flash miui again . Then It's working perfectly fine. After Test point flash check your battery. Maybe fully drained. Just charge it and turn it on..
I am posting this just for Information..

Hardbrick Zenfone GO X00BD (ZB500KG)

First of all I apologize for my English.
I would like your help ... desperate indeed. I decided to do some procedures to reinstall the rom of my Zenfone go, model X00BD (ZB500KG). But I ended up with everything, everything.
Currently it does not even connect, it just recognizes on devices like "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM4). I tried all the possible tutorials I found in forums on the internet and so far nothing.
For example: In xFSTK, the device is not recognized.
Anyway, who could help me with a tutorial I could solve?

LG L7 P700 QDL Mode 9008 Pin

I don't really know how to format my post here as I just created my account, but anyway...
Hello, I got my hand on an LG L7 P700 phone that had a black screen but was recognized by my PC as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".I heard that it was a kind of recovery mode to flash the firmware (thanks to ChatGPT, because searching "why is my ****ing phone recognized as a CPU by my pc (Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008) when I plug it into my pc?" wasn't helping on Google)So I decided to follow this tutorial (even if it is not the same phone, but the author said it could work): https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-emergency-mode-lg-l7-ii-single-dual.3166282/But I guess the "MBR, EBR, and the main bootloaders" weren't the right ones and I was locked out of QDL Mode 9008.So after getting over my devastation, I got the idea to make a side-by-side comparison of the two phones board to find the pin that has the same functionality to get the QDL Mode 9008, and so I succeeded. This post is not a tutorial, but I wanted to put this somewhere in case someone would be in need of it.So here are the services manual, the pin for the P710 was the R3010, I did a Ctrl+F to search what use it was (eMMC_CMD), and searched for what pin did this in the P700 service manual, resulting in the R408 (you can find its location at page 156 of the manual). And also a picture of where it is (red dot).PS: if someone could tell me how I can get that "QDL_9008_L7II.zip" (that you can find here btw) but for the P700, that would be very nice. '
Edit: I do not have the phone anymore, after searching everywhere for the XXXX_msimage.mbn and the patch0.xml file (as I found the flash programmer file and the raw.xml here) I decided to scrap the idea of using this phone as an Octoprint server, I'll see what I can do with something less time-consuming.
