I went to the store to reserve a note 5 because I'm doing the demand jump program and can't get it until Friday. They had an edge plus and note 5 sitting out to mess with. I told him I wish I could get the platinum gold note 5 and he said he would hold it for me. I said Huh? You only have the black and white in the note 5 and the platinum gold is the edge plus. He told me no, they got 3 colors in that morning and he saw it and he said he was getting the same color Friday as well. I asked him to let me see and he said they were locked up in the back. He was very adamant about knowing they have them and he saw them and was getting one also. Again, I said, are you sure your not talking about or thought you saw the edge plus and he said he was positive.
So... I contacted tmo chat, and they told me it was very possible because the stores can get different colors than what they offer online.
Well, wishful thinking I am sure.. but we will see... anyone else heard of this?

a few days ago, i started a TS chat via Samsung's website to yell at them about not having the Gold Platinum for the Note 5.
She told me that they were releasing "Champagne" which is just a little lighter than the Platinum...
so i only cap-locked on them about toning down a bold, beautiful Gold Platinum to a dull, bland Champagne Gold...
I hope there are a few Platinums available... Champagne is as lame as Apple's Rose Gold...
I think they are catering to the women with these subtle colors...

I saw the same thing, went to verizon store and they knew nothing about it and can't find it online, I was thinking I dreamed it up while watching football till I saw your post, lol. Chatted online with a verizon rep and they said there was no such promo?
I saw the commercial also. Been waiting for it to come back so I can take a pic. Told my friend about it but he got the same answer from Verizon, that they can't find the promo or haven't heard about it!

Went to the Verizon store and asked them about the BOGO offer on the cases. They were clueless even though one of the reps said he SAW the commercial. Went to the car and called Verizon, after being on hold for ten minutes they came back and told me it was a T-MOBILE COMMERCIAL. What? What a fail.

It's on the Verizon website. You have to log into your account, go to accessories, select your phone model, then View All Accessories. If i'm not mistaken, when I saw it, the colors are green and teal... I was going to jump on it, but the colors are tad too feminine for my taste.

Right 50% off at samsung is the same price for 2 as the BOGO with Verizon. I got a white flip, orange flip and a TPU for like $50 using the 50% off.

I believe online shipping is free. I'm getting mine for my wife at the Best Buy locally through as they will match the deal of the day price. By the way, I love the rose gold (the one I have) and am getting a lime green for the wife. I know most people like black.

I had the rose gold demo on to see how it looked... And then I ended up paying the extra 100.00 for the black. Couldn't justify the white and rose gold
Just ordered on. All that was left was green. FYI it's about $100 to change the band color after the fact.
Curious if torque and strava work with it.

I bought 3 online with local pickup at the store and picked them up a little bit later.
I couldn't resist....Finally upgraded from a Galaxy S2 (Hercules) to a Nexus 5, just to pick one of these up over a Pebble. (Not too concerned over the little limitations, I'm happy with it for $150 ^_^ )

On a side note, don't believe the Best Buy website as to which are in stock. I called around and three of the four stores around me had all of the colors in stock although the website only said they had one or two, if any at all. The rose-gold is actually kind of nice looking. A fairly shiny bronze, but just a hint of red in it in certain light. I actually almost chose it over the Oatmeal -- Which, btw, is grey with just a hint of brown. Decided on it over the others because I usually wear suits and it seems to match a little better than explaining something as a "rose." =P

Same email. Totally pissed off. What was the sense of ordering before anyone else. I hate Verizon.
I am pretty upset about it. I pre-ordered the minute it was available and they have no phones available? So how many did they preorder? Ten? Bad business.

If you have not seen the gold one in person I would recommend going to best buy and checking it out. I had a Gold 64gb ordered until I looked at Best Buy. The gold version is the best looking one of all of them but it showed fingerprints like crazy. I switched my order to the white version and could not be happier.
I gave up myself and went with the sapphire, the gold was pretty slick but I'm tired of waiting games (and also terribly impatient and compulsive). The rep did tell me they had a huge, unexpected demand for the gold 64s and 128s and that was why they were so far behind .. but if people who ordered it the minute is was available and are still getting delayed than maybe it's some other issues.
I got the white one yesterday but BB had the gold one for Att and sprint and it really is a beautiful looking phone. I might be playing the return game in 12 days.

So today received an email stating I can call in to have my replacement note 7 sent in to a store near me. So I called and actually the process didn't have any wait time which was great considering every time I normally call, i have to go through the "we will call you back in xxx minutes. Now to issue I'm not happy about.....i asked the rep if I would be getting same color that I currently have (titanium) and he told he that he can't guarantee which color I'll be getting. I told him well if I'm not happy with the mystery color you're sending me, then I'm not exchanging the phone until I get the correct color. I'm not spending $800.00 on a phone and let them dictate my color especially when this whole recall b.s. isn't my fault. Did anyone else experience this?
I called to avoid the head ache of the store and got nothing. I was told to just go to a store tomorrow and call in before I go. So the number they provide is pointless. Called some stores today in Hampton Roads area Virginia and they said they won't have them til Wednesday. Also couldn't just reserve one either. So far not happy at all with this process.

I currently have titanium and asked for the same color.. I'm not even trying to change it.
At least you got an email. I signed up weeks ago for it and so far I have nothing. Called a corporate store last night where I got my loaner and they told me they will be instock today and to bring my loaner to get one.
I'm having mine shipped to the store, they said probably be there Fri, wondering if I call and they get some in if I can cancel and get one today..

You won't be getting a mystery color. Back in my call center days, I never guaranteed squat either since I was not the one physically sending it out. It's a jerk move we use to pull on customers when were having a bad day, or if the customer wasnt being cool. It's legit ways to piss someone off.

I never got an email from Samsung regarding the v2. I got lucky and went to a TMO store that only got 2 v2's and I was the first one. I got a Blue since they didn't get titanium.

That's the other issue. I don't want to have to buy an S-Pen, because I don't want to be writing with the banana in the phone. I do use cases, but I use clear slim cases, and I don't want a ridiculous blue or purple phone.

Yes, she said she was able to give me that price bc of my long standing account. I was like it should of been bc of JOD bc that's the reason we it.
Just got off the phone with 2 reps that aren't even willing to pull up my account when I mention JOD. Both first tell that it's not eligible for JOD then tell me it's $280 what even pulling my account up. I'll just call tomorrow. Hopefully I can speak with someone who knows what's going on. Kinda surprised they are not offering the 512gb micro so card as a gift. Dont need the headphones. Also curious about color choice. I might play the wait and see game.
