Downloading to try now. Really like the idea of a more Google oriented rom.

Not as smooth as the first release. Maybe I still have to let it bake in.

Elliwigy,
I saw you posted in the VZW S6 version of your rom that we could try this out for the S6. Is that true.

Hi,
Thank you very much, I was about to return my phone because I couldn't deal with the RAM management issue any longer but this ROM seems to have solved it. The ROM is working great. But i have a request for the home button functions. How can I get the double click to launch camera and long press to activate Google now?

home2shortcut for camera.. unfortunately those are typically sammy features and i have removed sammy setup wizard which is needed for that..
so essentially you need the sammy wizard there on first boot or else it wont work.. you can try to manually add it back in the rom.zip then flash it but there most likely is other sammy crap it calls on and if something is missing it wont let you past that initial boot screen so for ease of booting up i removed it instead of adding in all samny crap..
if its a must for you unfortunately id have to say you need to run extreme syndicate v8 since this rom is going in the opposite direction

Yup, I'm using it on my normal s6 right now. Its nice having the people L's edge feature and this ROM is really extremely light. Feels more responsive than other Roms I've tried but make sure you don't mind missing out on any of the Samsung stuff as its almost all removed.

This ROM is so smooth. Very smart to swap out the Google now launcher for apex launcher and launcher 3. Never has my phone operated so smoothly

One issue I have just found is with WiFi. Can anyone try and confirm this. When I turn WiFi off then back on I have to reenter my password. Same happens when restarting phone. It doesn't seem to remember the WiFi networks

After using this ROM for 12+ hours I am having a major issue. I flashed the ROM a second time and the issue still exists. The phone runs very smoothly for about 20-30 minutes after a restart. Then if I switch between 3-4 apps, the phone completely freezes for 2-3 minutes. If I continue to clear recent apps, then the freezing happens less often. Anyone else having this issue? Another thing I would appreciate if someone can check is if they can make video or voice call using Google hangouts. I keep getting the error that it stopped working. Thanks.

hangouts issue is hit or miss on most debloated roms.. me and other devs for other variants have been unable to find the culprit.
i havent had my phone freeze once lol ive at times had multiple apps open 8+ i switch between with no lag or freezes.
Sent from my SM-G925V using XDA Free mobile app

I am also having freezing issues. My phone has frozen 3 times now and it has completely shutdown and turned itself off twice now. This can't be fixed with a normal power on or reboot. You have to press all 4 buttons and hold for 10 seconds and have it go to the recovery screen. From there you can reboot.
I've never had issues like this on this phone prior to installing this. I love the ROM but hopefully this doesn't continue.

Those issues sound very bizzarre; out of the ordinary.
The only issue I have had since installing the ROM is the app 'Inbox by Gmail' will not detect an internet connection

How to Install:
Peform a full nandroid backup.
Note that this firmware will NOT function properly with another kernel.
If you already have the full 28A bootstack and are running TWRP 2.8.5.1 or higher, you may skip the next step.
Flash the 28A bootstack found in the VS980 Resources thread in this forum.
Wipe data/cache within twrp. You should leave internal storage alone. If you fail perform this step and have any issues while running the firmware, start this whole install process again and follow this step before posting.
Flash the latest firmware version below after verifying the md5.
If you plan on using ART (and ONLY if), you should also flash the patch below or you will have constant IMS service restarts. Keep in mind that flashing this disables Verizon Advanced Calling. There is a revert zip if you wish to go back to Dalvik and want Advanced Calling.
Kernel options:
This is a trimmed down kernel built for speed/stability/efficiency. I'm not interested in a bloated kernel with every governor/module/cherry pick du jour and never will be. I prefer using my phone, not obsessing over countless "tweaks".
Turn on CAF touchboost by creating /sdcard/touchboost file and rebooting. If the file is empty, boost freq is 1036800 Hz. If you want a different one, just put the value inside the text file (no spaces). Valid options are (422400, 652800, 729600, 883200, 960000, 1036800, 1190400, 1267200, 1497600, 1574400, 1728000, 1958400, 2265600). If you don't know what touchboost is, search.
Switch to Interactive governor by creating /sdcard/interactive file and rebooting. This will also enable a kernel-based hotplug governor (thanks to @show-p1984) that works better with this governor.
Enable SEAndroid permissive mode by creating /sdcard/permissive file and rebooting.
If you wish to restore data using Titanium Backup or some other app, you are welcome to do so, but if you encounter problems, you must follow these steps again WITHOUT restoring data before posting.

Firmware/Patches:

ART patch
Restore/Revert:
Restore Download Mode - only needed if you had flashed an older bootstack zip that enabled fastboot. Keep in mind this is a 26a laf partition and will only work paired with a 26a bootloader
ART patch revert
Add-ons:
20 dip Navbar
24 dip Navbar
30 dip Navbar
36 dip Navbar
42 dip Navbar
My Patch - This is a zip I flash on my phone after the main install. It sets the default system dpi to 424, sets the default runtime to ART (and switches it if you've already booted with dalvik), installs the 30dpi navbar and changes the status and navigation bars (centered clock, LP icons, battery percentage to right if on). Keep in mind that the initial boot will take a while due to the art compiler.
LG Extras - These aren't needed and are only provided as a courtesy without support. I did create a launcher/shortcut apk for the LG Health app, however, so it can be used as a standalone app. If you just want to flash that, remove everything but the 4 LGMyWellness files.

Well, I'm I'll and running. No issues updating. Booted right up. Everything seems to be working so far. Don't have too much time tonight to play. Couple things i have noticed so far:
1) I hear an audible click when exiting either camera app. Haven't noticed it with any other apps.
2) I use Google Voice for my voice mail and turn on the feature to integrate it into the call log. I am unable click on a voice mail too hear it. This is par for the course for the stock Verizon roms, but i was excited when it worked on CloudyG3. Is this a function of Verizon/CDMA?
Awesome work. Looking forward to playing around some more.
EDIT: I found a minor bug with the phone fc'ing when dismissing ringer via gesture and then hitting the power button. Will be fixed in next release.

This is an awesome ROM love love love love it! One thing I noticed, on the lock screen setting, for displaying the weather on the lockscreen. It asks for what location (which I enter) but it looks like it doesn't save? Anyone else have this issue?

You need to be using the stock launcher while setting it. Then you can switch to another like nova, etc.
Not sure if this is an issue or not, but once disconnecting from Wifi, 3G will come up .. but it will state no internet connection .. and then it switches over to LTE and I get the same message .. no internet connection. Re-starting data fixes it ... has anyone else experienced this?

I experienced something similar exactly once...after booting with wifi enabled I turned off wifi and though mobile data "appeared" to be connected I didn't have an IP so obviously it was useless. No need to reboot if this happens to you, however. Just toggle airplane mode. This should only occur on initial boot and only under VERY specific conditions (namely, a particularly slow MN handshake). In other words, this won't happen at random after you're booted.
In the future, please provide a log with anything of this nature or there's nothing much I can do. You'd need to capture it pretty quickly as well.
Thread cleaned at OP request
The op has stated that this discussion thread is for development, Questions and troubleshooting should be in the Q&A thread.
Things that belong in here are bug reports WITH LOGCATS, without them you are basically saying "I cant get this to work, please fix it for me" without actually giving any useful info.

Try asking at link I quoted above first. Dev is trying to keep this for development only. If there's others with same issues then try explaining it better so it can be of more help. But many including myself have been fine with the camera so it looks like just a one person issue. Either way ask in q&a

[ROM][G925V][DEODEX] EXTREME SYNDICATE V8 w/ALLIANCE FRAMEWORK-OE2 (7/15/2015)

Welcome to the SYNDICATE!
Extreme Syndicate w/Alliance Framework!
Warning: This ROM is STILL not for the faint of heart! A lot of items have been removed (almost everything.) I have a link posted below to the DRIVE folder with almost every apk removed so you can manually push back what you choose! If you do not know how to push files and set permissions, then look it up or ask in this thread and surely someone can help you!
ROM Features:
-EXTREMELY Debloated
-Based on OE2 Firmware
-Memory leak fix
-Smart Manager
-Rooted + Busybox
-Zipaligned
-V4A
-Deodexed
-ALLIANCE FRAMEWORK V1.1 (note: Anything not working in the Alliance Framework v1.1 will be present with this ROM. Whenever I can port framework v1.2 then I will update the ROM but currently it will not work as it stands and will cause bootloop if you flash v1.2 framework over this ROM or any G925V ROM without any port modifications done.)
Shout Outs:
- Of course you MUST thank @Goldie and @txr33 over in the G925F forums for their awesome work on the Alliance Framework. Without them and their work we would not have alliance settings on EXTREME SYNDICATE or any other ROM for that matter.. I highly suggest you go over there and at least thank them if you have not already!
Original Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/development/framework-alliance-framework-one-stop-t3126638
You can also go to their thread to see what features Alliance Framework v1.1 contains and what known bugs were in v1.1. Please read and search that thread before asking questions or saying something is wrong. Also, since this is a ported version to our device, do not post bugs in their thread, Post Them HERE! It would most likely be an issue with the port. I have had users on v6 testing extensively and have little to no issues reported so far!
ALSO, thank @Trailblazer101 . If it wasn't for him modifying the original Framework v1.1 framework files, we would not have the framework at all! It is with his original modifications that we were able to build upon and provide this to you all. Check out some of his MANY threads and thank him when you see him!
@Trailblazer101, since this technically was ported by you (specifically the "framework" files, I will remove links upon your request. I have not heard anything from you and have waited patiently a week+ for you to post it yourself.) I have obtained permissions from @Goldie and team, and figured it would be OK for me to release it so long as I give credits to everyone involved!
More Shout Outs:
-Chainfire! (SuperSU + Flashfire)
-Rest of Alliance Team
-Idler (Ping Pong Root)
-V4A Team
-Scrosler (Original Update Script)

-I might be missing something.. my PC is a mess right now haha
*On this build, I left a lot of files on the device. This should help minimize stuff not working or you potentially having to add multiple files back to the device manually which can be a pain. With that being said, my ROM will still be one of the lightest available but I will not be extremely debloating it like I have been to hopefully appeal to more users and for those who aren't expert sideloaders. It is easier to remove stuff yourself then it is for people to go in and push stuff back to the device.

What parts are you having trouble with as far as deodexing? Was it some of the Samsung apps because that's what I ran into some trouble with.

Fantastic. Can't wait. Small itty bitty feature request though. Pretty sure EVERYONE hates the NFC icon when it's enabled. Can we have the removed or the icon made transparent? I was just looking through framework-res and couldn't find it myself.

[ROM] [5.1.1] Emotion Revolution Note 5 Port R3 [N910VVRU2BPA1] [5/15/16]

Read this whole OP before doing anything!
** I am excited to announce that TeamEmotroid's Emotion Revolution Note 5 Port R3 (INTERNATIONAL NOTE 4 BASED ROM) works for the Verizon Note 4 ! I am not a developer and do not take credit for this ROM. Enjoy!!
Give many thanks and donate to Team Emotroid: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/twrom-emotion-revolution-note-iv-t2976107
Give @Battlehero a thanks and donate to him for his time and effort for creating the data fix for our Verizon Note 4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/rom-kyubi-rom-note-5-t3220106
Give @hsbadr a big thanks and donate to him for making this possible with his 5.1.1 Jasmine ROM and multi-system kernel!! http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-verizon/development/rom-jasminerom-v1-0-t3113771
Without them, this would not have been possible!
Remember that.
DISCLAIMER: Your warranty is now void. Please be careful make a full TWRP backup of your current Verizon ROM. I am not responsible if you break your phone or lose data on your device!
*A clean flash is a must if you are coming from another ROM or you will run into problems.* Do not post issues if you dirty flashed.
**Note only the Note 5 port version of Emotion Revolution works for our phone with the datafix **
Big NOTE: (Puns intended) There are OG Developer's Editions and Converted Retail Editions. OG's, including me, have an aged KitKat 4.4.4 unlocked bootloader and we need to use multi-system kernel that @hsbadr patched to fix the brightness issue that was present during the Lollipop upgrade. We are forever in his debt. Converted Retail Editions have a newer Lollipop 5.1.1 unlocked bootloader meaning they can try other Verizon specific kernels without the brightness issue (You might come across other issues trying other kernels so please state what kernel you're using if you experience an issue). I'm also believing that it is possible that converts can experience issues that OG's don't experience due to the difference in bootloaders, and vice versa. It would be nice to know your build, including xposed mods, if you experience any issues. Thanks!
Instructions:
1.) Make sure you are on a 5.1.1 modem.
(N910VVRU2BOK3) or (N910VVRU2BPA1)
2.) Download the ROM and Fix to your SD
3.) Download the DataFix to your SD
4.) Wipe /system /data /cache /dalvik-cache (/InternalStorage Optional, you will lose your files on the device)*
5.) Flash the ROM
6.) Flash Fix
7.) Flash the DataFix.
8.) Wipe Dalvik and Cache
9.) Reboot. (Will take about 10-15 mins to boot)
Do not log into Samsung account or Google account during initial setup..
10.) Navigate to Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Verify Network Mode is LTE/CDMA
11.) Enjoy!
*If you use the stock Samsung keyboard just change the language to English it is on Spanish by default*
*The Google Playstore needs to eventually update so if you run into issues with it, it is probably in the process of updating so give it some time to install. You will see the new Playstore splash screen when it is finished*
*Use kernel auditor at your own risk I experienced a crash with the OnDemand governor. I turned it off and had no issues since*
*Use xposed and flash any mods at your own risk*

Bugs:
Along with the bugs from the OP (No GearVR support) :
- *MMS does not work correctly on the stock Messaging app (group chats come in and send as individual messages, and unable to send picture messages)
**(Workaround: Use Textra as default messaging app, MMS works like it should)**
- Unable to perform a factory reset within the settings because you will get non-stop FC's once booted up. So make a TWRP backup after you go through a battery cycle.
- If you do not wipe internal storage any old Note 2 files in you SNote data folder will kill the SNote app. So remove them from that folder and you'll be able to use SNote.
- System update in settings force closes the Settings
- Simultaneous data works at 4G speeds when talking on the phone but it shows it as a 1X connection. (Must have a 4G connection to work)
- To get My Verizon to work:
1. Navigate to /system/priv_app and delete the VzwSilentSSOEngine folder.
2. Edit the system/buid.prop file. Change the model value to SM-N920V and save.
3. Reboot.
4. You need to log into My Verizon using your user name your number will not work
Thanks @stueycaster and @rayjr13
- Verizon Visual Voicemail does not work and may never work
- Screen mirroring may not work (Haven't tested)
- All apps on homescreen option does not work on stock launcher
- Ink in water lockscreen effect does not work
- If you change the model value in the build.prop to Verizon Note 4 model value (SM-N910V) it will break the theme store. Switch it back to SM-N920F or SM-N920V to get theme store working again.
- Google Play Movies does not work
- I have noticed that the hour of the current time may ghost behind whatever you have to right of the status bar. For me I have the center aligned clock so it is behind the stock battery. (Little eye sore but there's no fix at the moment). If you use 3mint battery there are some battery options that cover it.
- Show SFinder in the quick panel settings in custom Emotion app does not work and will force reboot your phone.
Read/search through the original OP thread for any non-Verizon specific issues first.

Awesome job man... is the battery life better with this than the Kyubi rom?
First off I wanna say I'm loving this ROM. Thank you VERY much. Just installed it about 2 hours ago and everything seems great. love all the customizations and it's a very nice change. The only thing so far is I can't send picture messages even with Textra. Any ideas? I'm on the multisystem kernel. Other than that I love it. Don't know about battery life yet but hopefully it'll be as good as Jasmine, my other favorite.

- they have some customization app if i open that app and enable S finder my phone reboot automatically
more will be discovered

[GUIDE] How to install s7/n7 port roms on note 4 SM-N910S/L/K

I recently bought a note 4 and it turned out to be a n910s. There arent many 910s devs around so i decided to look around on how to boot these roms on our device. These are my findings and i present it as a guide so that other n910s users can benefit from this too.
All credits go to the original devs of the roms/kernels
I will not be responsible for a bricked or broken devices
These are the same exact steps thats i did, if you follow them in that particular manner youll have a new rom on your device in no time
HOW TO INSTALL S7 ROM ON N910S
To my knowledge the only s7 rom that boots up on the n910s is the DN5 rom. Here are the steps to do so
1.Download DN5 rom from the E-Team website http://electron-team.com/sm-n910c-2/
2.Download the latest firmware for the n910s from sammobile https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-N910S/
3.Extract the downloaded firmware file two times until you get the modem,boot,cache... files
4.Open downloaded DN5 rom (Default opens with Winrar)
5.Drag the boot.img file from the samsung official firmware and add and replace it in "eteam" folder of DN5
6. Do the same for the modem.bin (You'll have to flash bootloader manually)
7. Copy the modified DN5 folder to your devices internal storage or external sd card.
8. Flash rom, manually flash bootloader through odin and it'll boot
ENJOY THE FLAVORS OF THE S7
It takes about 10-15 minutes to boot
To save battery on the s7 rom use Grennify and Force Doze
Unfortunately there is no script to debloat s7 roms automatically. You'll have to manually download a system app remover from the play store grant root access and then uninstall or disable system apps.
ALSO ON THE N910S WHEN YOU GO TO MAKE A CALL THERE IS A STATIC NOISE (THIS HAPPENS ON BOTH THE S7 AND N7 ROMS) TO FIX THIS FLASH THE FILE BELOW IN RECOVERY all credits go to @tanthuychivietnam on making this fix
https://mega.nz/#!ohUmHJJL!FQB-6Ejt4KmmdICNfgbXPQ7CqBzE5xIGGqW8XQ06Qgg
HOW TO INSTALL N7 ROM ON N910S
To my knowledge every N7 port rom i've tried to boot up with this method has worked and this the easiest method out of the 2
1.Download your N7 port rom of choice
2.Download prime kernel. If you dont have prime kernel send an email to [email protected] and an automated email will give you the links to the kernel
3.move kernel and rom to internal storage/external sd card
4. flash rom and then kernel
5. DONT REEBOT, flash latest modem and bootloader and youre done
YOUR N4 IS NOW A N7*YAY**RIP N7*
Battery drain is quite significant on all N7 ports because samsung didnt update the software any further *we all know why* and also there maybe heating issues. If anyone does have a heating problem just delete system/bin/debug_interface_proxy Of course this differs from user to user depending on their usage and their preference of the rom
There is a debloat script available for debloating the N7 ill link it down below. credits go to @Near_07 on making this excellent script
DEBLOAT ALL N7 ROMS - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69891651&postcount=8829
To save battery on N7 roms use Greenify and force Doze as mentioned above and also go to Samsung under "Accounts" and disable all sync This is the main reason your phone stays awake even while the screen if off and it drains a lot of battery. Also try disabling "Enable Fast Charging" under the battery section, this too might help
In my opinion PIROBOT v6 is the best and most stable n7 port for the n910s right now, again this is my opinion and it may differ from user to user
These are the steps i followed to get DN5 S7 and any N7 rom to boot up on the N910s. Hope these steps can help you guys too. If it did all i ask for is a thanks, don't worry its free
If i forgot to credit any devs for their amazing work or if you want any edits drop me a pm and ill add/edit your name/work
Finally this is none of my work, just a guide, shoutout to all those amazing devs out there who make all this happen

HOW TO INSTALL N7 ROM ON N910S
To my knowledge every N7 port rom i've tried to boot up with this method has worked and this the easiest method out of the 2
1.Download your N7 port rom of choice
2.Download prime kernel (To my knowladge this is the only custom kernel available for n910s).
Battery drain is quite significant on all N7 ports cause samsung didnt update the software any further *we all know why* and also there maybe heating issues. of course this differs from user to user depending on their usage and their preference of the rom
There is a debloat script available for debloating the N7 ill link it down below. credits go to @Near_07 on making this excellent script
DEBLOAT ALL N7 ROMS - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69891651&postcount=8829
These are the steps i followed to get any S7/N7 rom to boot up on the N910s. Hope these steps can help you guys too. If it did all i ask for is a thanks, its free
If i forgot to credit any devs for their amazing work or if you want any edits drop me a pm and ill add/edit your name/work
Finally this is none of my work, just a guide, shoutout to all those amazing devs out there who make all this happen

Thank you for your help. My phone is n916k , a korean note 4 like yours. I flashed dn7 rom on it and it's working well except for the lockscreen security, pin, pattern and password don't work on mine , I don't know why, in can input the password, pin or pattern on lockscreen security setting but when I want to unlock the phone, none of them work. Fortunately i only have to flash Dr. ketan lockscreen security bypass v1.1 to delete the lockscreen security And get back my phone working without reflash the all rom. And about the heating problem, I don't have it anymore. A nice guy told me to delete system/bin/debug_interface_proxy and it worked, up to now no heating anymore.
If you have a fix for this lockscreen problem, please could you share with us. Thanks

I didnt experience any of the lock screen problems when i flashed dn7. Thanks for the heads up on the heating problem ill look into it. Have you tried using a third party lockscreen app. If not i suggest you switch roms. DN7 is not that good with the prime kernel. Im on pirobot v6 which is also a note 7 port and i get excellent battery life with the kernel plus there are no lockscreen issues either

Hi @vishudha98, I flashed pirobot rom v6 for n910c on my n916k, up to now everything is working fine, no heating, no laggy, deep sleep very good too. Only Samsung keyboard fcs, do you know if there is a fix for that ? On google plus I found 3 fixs and flashed them but they didn't solve Samsung keyboard problem. Actually I use another keyboard, it's working well but if possible I would like to have Samsung keyboard working.
Anyway thank you so much for pointing me to use this wonderful rom, I really like it. And by the way, the link on the OP for call noise fix for n910s doesn't work, please do you know if there is a call noise fix for n916k inside this file?
Thank you

Of course I did. I also checked the zip file and found that for each device inside system/etc there is only one file libsec-ril.so and I think that's not enough to fix call noise problem because I found another fix, darklord fix and it's the same as truongtan's fix and both don't work on my device. I also looked inside Dr. Ketan's fix call Noise for note 5 Korean and inside lib there are more than one file. Maybe only libsec-ril.so isn't enough.
Anyway thanks for all.

DreamUX S8 ROM for T715

Hello Galaxy Tab s2 Users! Welcome to my thread. For the past few days I have been building a fully modified and upgraded tab s2 ROM. These upgrades include taking apps from the s8 and Note 8 and putting and optimizing them for the Tab S2.
Please follow my install instructions carefully as the ZIP is not flashable.
Requirements:
Android 7.0 Stock Nougat ROM
This ROM is based of the latest UK version of the 7.0 15 December. It's taken me quite a while to make this so please push that like button!
ROM DOES NOT COME PRE ROOTED.
Now what's in this ROM?
Well... Everything you could possibly imagine!
Updated Touchwiz Home to 9.0.xxx (don't remember the full version number!)
Updated Dream Calculator
Updated Dream Calendar
Updated Camera to Tab S3 icon
Updated Dream Clock
Updated Dream Contacts
Updated to newest Gallery (looks amazing [emoji16])
Updated Game Launcher to newest Rendition!
Added Game tuner as system app for further HW Control
Added Kernel Adiutor Mod as Kernel tuner (Synapse wasn't working[emoji24]. Feel free to try it though!)
Updated Dream Messages
Updated to Latest in callui (Basically the phone app)
Updated Quick Connect to Samsung Connect
Updated to Dream Music
Updated Memo to Samsung Notes (So much better [emoji106])
Updated Video List, editor and trimmer to Latest version
ADDED ALWAYS ON DISPLAY
This ROM also uses the N4N kernel by engine95 (Thank you so much for this kernel. You ROCK dude!)
I've also removed a lot of the Google apps to reduce size and further enhance the experience
BUGS:
Well I don't like talking about this but I'll admit there are a few bugs left over.[emoji22]
1.Samsung Account-FIXED
2.Samsung Connect- FIXED
3.Touchwiz Home: Can crash sometimes. FIX-Coming Soon
4.AOD: FIXED
Install Instructions: This is NOT a FLASHABLE ZIP. FOLLOW INSTRUCTION PROPERLY: DO NOT WIPE!!!!
1. Go to TWRP recovery and make a backup of your boot.
2.Then reboot to your original ROM
3. Now with the downloaded ZIP copy the full folder into the directory where you kept the boot backup (NOT in the boot folder. Outside of it) (see pictures). Also download Superuser 2.82. Also copy the folder , not it's contents.
4.Make sure it is in the correct place
5.Now charge your tab and get ready.
6. Make a backup of your current ROM or carry around a copy of lineage OS as a backup in case things go wrong so you can flash and get back in.
7. Reboot to recovery again.
8.if you've done the steps PROPERLY you should see a new file in the restore section of TWRP.
9. If step 8 is fulfilled then now WIPE system, dalvik cache, data and cache
10. Go to the restore option and restore the Dream.T715 folder. (Do not restore the boot you made earlier. That's just a reference point)
11. After the restore is completed install supersu and WIPE dalvik cache and then reboot!
Success. Sorry for the tedious install process. I'm not a very good dev and so don't or probably can't make a flashable ZIP.
Thank you and hopefully you enjoy my ROM!!!!!

Please flash 3.57 kernel from engine 95s thread. Will release optimal (in my case at least) kernel auditor settings soon. Enjoy!!!
Many Fixes!!!!
Enjoy!!! Here are the screen shots!

Changelog v1.2
1. Added Google play Games (I felt it was annoying to keep going to the play store to download it.
2. Updated all of the remaining google apps.
3.Added app called 'backlight'. If your HW lights for recents and back fail after a long time of AOD then go to this app and click reset to 1.5 seconds.
4.Debloated a little more.
5.Shortened ROM size. Removed 500 megabytes
6. MAJOR: ALWAYS ON DISPLAY Backlight issues FIXED.
Enjoy everyone!
Changelog 1.4
1. ROM rebuilt using latest U.K sources and every mod rewritten and optimized. This means ROM size has reduced by around 100 - 200 MB and more ROM runs a lot faster.
2. Updated kernel (more of went down to 1.3). This kernel appears to run faster and is more stable. Update to 3.57 manually.
3. Updated some more google apps and made the ROM magisk compatible. This allows install of Audio mods such as Dolby Atmos. DO NOT INSTALL AM3D. IT WILL BOOTLOOP THE ROM DUE TO SAMSUNGS CUSTOM EXYNOS SOUND CHIP. After installing Dolby atmos you should create a blank file and replace audioeffects.config in /system/etc and replace it.
4. Various under the hood changes and bug fixes.
5. New optimal kernel adiutor mod settings will be released soon.
Enjoy another release!!!! (Last one for a while coz of exams) [emoji23]
There is only one real bug now.

@Mac331us AOD does work but its a little buggy. I found a temporary fix but it causes a different glitch. If you remove AOD plugins from priv app. this bug does not happen because AOD refreshes the hw lights every time. But this means that every time you lock your device and AOD pops up the recent key lights light up for a second and if you press the keys the lights become active... so yeah. But it is a working fix just little weird.
Link Updated
errr... you shouldn't put your efs files there. restoring efs from other device will copy your imei as well if i'm not mistaken. there will be multiple device with your emei later on. anyway its not that hard to learn making the zip files. its all here in xda.
Do not use other Device EFS Partition .. IMEI is unique for every device and every device which is manufactured will be given different IMEI no hence you cannot use any other device IMEI its against the law...

I tried that too earlier (was just my guess as did not see a need for that)-will try again. Did with and without supersu too.
essentially wipe all, then restore the backup you posted without radio (not doing supersu), then dalvik wipe?

thank for the Rom. but I have to say, it is laggy and has very bad battery life. always on display is a cool feature but it has to be integrated deeper from Samsung because otherwise the device doesn't go into deepsleep and loses a lot of battery. my tablet got 11h stand by with aod and is fully out of charge. in bettery settings the display was on the full time. little bit sad but that's how it is when samsung doesn't give us support for aod. but thanks anyway for your efforts!

Works!...runs well-not sure about the other poster's 'lagginess'...imo everything is always laggy and never fast enough but I do not see difference in response versus stock so that in of itself is a testament to its smoothness. As for battery life too early to tell and that varies with use - hard for me to keep it on standby for extended periods but might try tonight
the AOD could use from a bigger display size (too small for the large screen imo-calendar option would be nice as on S8 and brighter setting definitely-too dim but then some may find that draining battery even further-will see if indeed this is battery draining - all relative to stock; SIM if present even if passive will drain battery more than just on wifi-right now have my SIM in a phone but will try later with SIM in T715) Thanks so much!

The worse than normal battery life is because by default the ROM is overclocked and DVFS is almost entirely disabled. You'll have too root it to adjust the clocks and I know AOD isnt perfect but it's a start.

Any lag that is present right now will be ironed out in the future. This is just almost the second release of the ROM and the other two times have been just bug fixes! But I'm glad to see you are enjoying this ROM. I will keep pushing out updates to help further optimize it but be patient and it will come eventually. Also anyones thought s on adding Xposed into the system and also magisk support?
One last thing: I'm planning to port this ROM to t710,t810 and t815. I'm looking for beta testers so if there any private message me. This ROM also is being updated to android 7.1.1 Samsung Experience 8.1. Although I can't promise anything because it is being very difficult right now.
