This ROM is based on Rashed97 Build 7, so the bugs are the same, i thing
No, the status bar is 4.1.2
Only camera, clock and settings have 4.2.1

Now that I remember, when I started the camera app, a notification about the geo tag appeared and the camera started flickering, the flickering stopped when I managed to hit the ok button on the notification message, I don't know if that's normal.

Ive had my p500 for almost a year now and still have the original rom running on it, but this looks promissing, ill flash this in a couple days (generally im playing/dev'n for my gallaxy tab 2 7 inch, lotta fun) :victory:

google play store seems not working for me ?

Guess I missed this one. Followed a friend here. Just installed, and set up. Installing gapps to cache is a new one for me. Don't wipe cache unless you want to reinstall gapps? This is a lot easier than trimming the rom though. Was surprised to see build and kernel by arjen. Haven't been following him lately. I'll have to look. Only problem with play store I've had, is that gmail won't update, and is not listed as installed in " my apps ". It says that it's not properly signed, and to uninstall current version before updating. So far, playback of previously recorded video and streaming from gallery is flawless. Newly recorded video stops after a few seconds, however (camcorder issue). I assume that this would be a listed bug on arjen's thread. Anyway, was curious about system space when I first saw this, so of course, I had to flash. Good job man. I learned something new today. :beer:
Edit: Oh yeah, rashed used arjen's build server. Guess I forgot.

Hey did you try this ROM?/It's very good, battery seems slowly draining, i know it's early and later will confirm, please confirm if Torch is working if you installed?

The ROM is wonderful, very smooth, good battery, I'm really enjoying it, the best so far, I just had problems with the freeze on the lock screen, I decided to disable it, but I know you'll find a solution soon, looking forward to the next versions, Congratulations to all collaborators!

I am going to flash this tonight,,,how is the battery compared to Mokee?

Look at SS it seems very good. 2d is obviously not correct but 14Hr are correct

Been using this ROM for 16 hours and I can say that it's one of the best Oreo ROM for victara. Everything seems fluid and stable. I got a freeze for some seconds while trying to wake my phone. I tried unchecking in pocket detection and it seems fine now. Love the extra options of this ROM. I like the double tap to sleep the phone anywhere on the screen. I will stick to this ROM.

does the sound stutter when you play games like AOV(Arena of Valor) ?

How is the temp and battery on this rom? I have noticed that some 8.1 roms have spikes of temp with moderate to high usage and some deal of battery drain even when not being used?

I just got to know one thing,,,how did you get the Now Playing for songs to work, even with the screen off? Now I really dont miss my Pixel that I sold LOL Great job!

Does it need Gapps?

Interesting read,,,the only problem is for me,,,Now Playing or Ambient Play,, does not stop. I am getting a huge battery drain partial wake lock with audio in,,,which I can only assume is this service. I have tried to shut it off in settings but it is still on. I cant seem to find "Luna Ambient Service" in my apps to force close it either? Is there another way to shut it down so I can only use it when I want?
Kinda weird that no one knows anything about these 8.1 roms or even bothers to answer including the dev for them?

Where are the customisation options like statusbar, swap navigation buttons, lock screen etc.? Otherwise fantastic ROM. Thanks.

I installed this ROM last night and its been 22 hours since I am using this.
Few issues I have noticed:
- As mentioned by @huatz84, phone was freezing for 5-8 seconds while waking it up from lockscreen. I turned off "pocket detection" as suggested by @huatz84 and now I do NOT have freeze wake issue
- Biggest problem I am facing is data connectivity issue. Phone does not connect quickly to mobile data connection. Though bar shows full signal with 4g, still speedtest/browser/youtube/apps says no connection. After trying for a minute or two, I am then able to open the links/videos. However, this problem repeats whenever I am using mobile data after few mins of internet inactivity. When it's connected, the data works fast. So it is NOT a problem with signal reception. Tried APN reset, airplane mode off/on, restart phone, 3g/4g toggle - but same results.
- Ambient sound keeps running. Still have not tried the solution that was posted before.
- Apps take couple of seconds longer to open up, especially when using the phone after sometime (might be something related to deep sleep)
What I love
- smooth transitions (except opening of apps mentioned above)
- like the new Oreo look and feel
- battery life good so far but need to monitor closely
- biggest thing--it has support for Moto gestures & wakeup on wave, which I love

Fixed it! Removed proxy and port values from wap details in APN.
Had to install footej for video recording to work.
Battery so far seems fine!

Probably even more, just haven't tested everything yet.
What doesn't work/Bugs:
Brightness is always 100% (Someone contact OP and tell them to change vendor or kernel stuff to work with different amount of brightness levels)
Stock keyboard shows some Chinese popup and it's difficult to type on it so just install Gboard instead.
USB MTP seems kinda buggy. (Might be because of my unstable linux, OOS sometimes doesn't work either so not sure if You'll get this bug too)
NFC is constantly turning on and off.
If anyone wants, You can change brightness with terminal command that You can find in my Pixel 3XL Port Thread.
How to Install:
Flash Stock OOS Oreo in TWRP (preferably twice)
Boot into fastboot and use my rom flasher. It will do everything automatically. (Just run bat file and that's it!)
Boot into TWRP (Yes, You need TWRP that works with Oreo so go to twrp.me and get 3.2.2.0 version)
Mount Vendor
Flash Patch1 in TWRP (Don't flash Patch2, I accidentally added it to the zip, just leave it alone.)
### OPTIONAL ###
Flash Magisk
Flash OpenGapps

Done! Reboot and enjoy!
Also, during setup, use Your sim card internet to go through setup. Once the phone boots look in the left upper corner for "English" tap on it and have fun!

Well.. One bug has to be fixed by OnePlus. Brightness.. Only OP6 uses 1023 levels of brightness and that's why this bug exists in all sGSI roms. If they could release OTA with modded brightness levels to match other devices, it would be a lot better. Otherwise I'll have to try modding framework (yes, it's finally possible) but it's very difficult. I'm not a big fan of smali.. (Just google smali and You'll know what I mean)
Edit: I'm also focusing on Pixel 3 XL Port less because You can have almost 1:1 Pixel 3 XL rom with Havoc OS for example. And everything works there.

3.camera is nearly good but for front camera device ask to slide down to use camera,
4.no sound
5.alert slider not working,
6.incoming call mic not working via speaker too,
these are bugs what i have found on my device
i followed every steps what u have mentioned
and i appreciate 4r ur hardwork for bringing such amazing rom

Hmm. Here WiFi and Sound works fine.. did You use 5.1.11 firmware? I already noticed that OP6 is a pretty complicated phone. It's like every OP6 has different bugs . On my phone the only bugs that I have are NFC is restarting all the time, Camera Dual Mode doesn't work, Brightness is 100% and stock keyboard requires long presses to type on it.

Nfc, Brightness, camera bug is similar what u experienced, and i flashed 5.1.11 twice before porting, but screen not responsive while charging and while its not charging it goes deep sleep
but i like this rom more.. u take ur own time to make this rom stable:good:

- NFC service keeps rebooting(? dropdown icon flickering)
- Brightness slider not working, automatic brightness keeps re-enabling itself
- Night light not working
- Can't change any color tone
- Occasionally, unlocking the phone will keep the fingerprint icon centered after unlocking, preventing the phone from locking at all.
I tried disabling the NFC service entirely, by blocking com.android.nfc and disabling the service via

I think I know how to fix NFC but since it's not my rom.. I'm not sure if I can work on it. I'm pretty much just sharing it here. I just converted it to A/B and made sure that kernel will boot it etc.
If someone can send me stock Lenovo Z5 firmware. I can turn it into a sGSI and work on fixing bugs.
And Brightness bug will be always there anyway. Unless OnePlus will change amount of Brightness levels in their firmware.

Thanks dev, already installed this rom. No major bugs found, burlt i found some bugs in crDroid setting when i switch Recent style (in Recent Screen menu) to AOSP, my screen turn black and it'll stuck on black screen when i do factory reset in recovery, it's back to normal again, But i like this rom i think this rom's more stable than lineage

Great Rom from what I have seen. The only issues I have noticed so far is crackling audio when playing games, and when you turn on WiFi it won't auto connect to a previously saved network, and a minor thing I notice that on top of screen, the time and battery icon are slightly clipped from the phone bezel at top. I imagine there is probably a way to tweak it, and will look around.

there are patches for audio issue and icon padding

to fix icon clipped issue open setting ->crdroid settings->user interface->rounded corners -> and adjust status bar extra padding

Thank you for these! Do you know of any patches around for making the WiFi work better with reconnecting to networks? Edit: I flashed those 2 patches with twrp, after reboot the screen was frozen and unresponsive to touch. After I turned off the screen it stays in a black screen that is back lit. I cannot power it off or reset it or use adb right now. Once the battery drains I will see if it boots up into recovery after a charge again.

i had no problem with those patches. well flash sound fix only and adjust status bar padding from settings

press vol up+vol down+power for 15 . it will force shut down your device

A question about the Rom here. Will updates be able to be done with updater, or would I have to flash new Rom build when they come out?

you can dirty flash

please fix this issue in next build.
status bar's height is shorter than the notch, so it look like this. please make status bar's height same as the notch's
and one more, status bar think notch is huge so icons cannot be in pointed area. crdroid's options cannot change this.

After some use of this Rom for awhile now, the top bugs I'm getting are, sound crackling audio while in a game even after using audio fix, sometimes after setting audio to vibrate on calls and alerts and back again, the notification sounds will not work, and of course the WiFi not auto reconnecting to saved network, or just dropping WiFi when connected.

me too, maybe bug double tap turn off and on
Edit: Fingerprint is great, verry fast and more accurate than all other roms

s It is true that double tap does not work to wake up or to suspend the device. I have to say that it is fantastic in operation. I appreciate the effort for the dedication thanks

This ROM is hella good about everything but battery only by using chrome by 5minutes it drains 7% of battery.

I don't know what you're doing but your setup might be messing with something.
My Cepheus is actually acting fine battery wise.
Please, try a clean flash with the latest update and do not setup any Magisk module and report back.

Clean flash performed, no magisk or any additional zip flashed, just installed and installed all my daily stuff, also TWRP can't correctly decrypt phone. In few days I'll clean flash do again, however this is lil bit weird

TWRPs can't still decrypt our /data yet AFAIK.

No, there's a QS tile and a lockscreen button shortcut already for torch.

since a few days just left when I did clean install again I can say it's better and worse in some cases. I don't know what the heck is with my phone nor my instalation but, as previously said battery drain, for now its better but not the best, 2 hours of doing nothing 20% are gone, maybe there is too many apps in bg or some doze just dont work. i dont know, while using navi there is quite simillar battery drain maybe lil higher but it's normal I think.
I think this is pros regarding to previus state but now there are another problems.
From time to time screen just turns black and there is nothing I can do other than force reboot. It happens most while using Navi but just 40minutes ago it happend while charging on Qi. Weird...
For now this is everything, maybe it has a lil bit slower Fingerprint scanner than previously but actually this isnt most important since I use pin more often. Tommorow I may be able to send ss from baterry drain
