Yes, these are status bar.xml replacement only. Not the entire SystemUI.

Center clock and hide battery worked perfectly. Thanks!!

you could either replace the modified statusbar.xml with an original that you backed up or extracted from a factory image.
OR just flash the system.img from the factory image.

OK, thanks

Hey could you post some screens of the different options?

Edit

Does anyone have the stock statusbar.XML? I'm using a Mac and can't mount the system IMG to extract it. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

just flashed this over Cataclysm, doesn't work Really wish Cataclysm had status bar date and day settings.

Glad Chroma already has it... Google should include it as a stock feature!

It's so basic every other ROM has it! I don't quite understand why the dev's decision to exclude it is because it takes up too much space. Is the Nexus 6P not one of the biggest phones out there? I'm sure the majority of ROM users adjust the dpi to allow for more space. And it's an option that can be enabled or disabled! The dev allows every other icon/text to be enabled/disabled, why not one more? The ROM is great overall though so it just sucks not having this haha.

Very cool!

Definitely worth watching the full video....
But, in summary: (and I've bolded my favourites)
1:10 Dual sim support and you can change the colour of the dialer, per sim.
1:40 lockscreen, minor change.
2:23 device protection update.... a 5.1 device reported lost / stolen will remain locked until you sign into google account.
2:45 HD voice calls - only some hardware supports this.
3:07 volume rockers changed.......... google, this is all crap. WTF are you doing?
3:50 shortcuts to Wifi networks in the area. Big fking deal. Same with bluetooth.
4:20 customisable shortcuts
5:00 updated animations - clock, rotation icons, very minor.
5:20 screen pinning menu changed slightly
5:45 notifications - you can now swipe UP to retain icon in notification bar.
What we need is a flashable zip in twrp. Thanks in advance, devs.

Ok. That makes sense since Z is the Verizon 5.1.1 factory image. I only use the factory image anyway since deodex is only needed for modding smali and Android 5.0 lets you mix and match odex and deodex. I only theme and make minor mods anymore. Most theming doesn't require smali. Only deodex the apps needed to complete theme.

Don't do much anymore. Thyrus, FHEM and TBO keep me pretty much updated. I use a gray textured wallpaper, material dark and trans apps. It all blends together. Pretty much get the look that I would theme anyway. Don't use Xposed as it causes more problems than it fixes. Mine is fast and looks good. That's all that matters.

Swap softkeys

Ok guys I have made some of these for the nexus 6 as I really can't stand having the back button on the left so I made a mod to reverse the back and recents buttons if anyone is interested, this has only been tried and verified working on build MDB08M and added for MMB29M but should work on any stock build, if your on a custom rom I can make one for that rom if you post your framework-res.apk and systemui.apk as flashing on a rom that has anything changed in sysemui can cause problems. I just added one that will switch the softkeys and adds center clock. Added the swap for NPD35K with thanks from @biff6789 for catching the other areas that needed to be changed.
