I cant find a proper stock ROM for my XT1072 - Moto G 2014 LTE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

After a SIM card slot hardware failure I need to return back to factory defaults my Motorola Moto G 2014 LTE Single SIM version (XT1072). I've been using for a while an AOSP but now when I started to look for firmware I find that any of them seem to fit
I've tried this:
http://forum.trendsettertag.com/mot...riginal-motorola-firmware-collection-t3153533 (https://mega.nz/#F!JsRmRJgb!KOYbWf-p8bPlxNZ2svbN7g)
And also browsing into this files:
http://www.filefactory.com/folder/c6cdedc45a775d27/?sort=created&order=DESC&show=100&page=1
I've tried nearly all the latest XT1072 ROM files:
XT1072_THEA_RETES_5.0.2_LXB22.99-24.12_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
RETESALL_XT1072_5.0.2_LXB22.99-24_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
XT1072_THEA_RETEU_5.0.2_LXB22.99-24.12_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
The same error when trying to flash any of the system ROM: "Image is too large"
But the worst part is for some überstrange reason, This ROM actually installs:
RETAILDSDSALL_XT1068_5.0.2_LXB22.99-16_cid7_CFC.xml.zip
But obviously it doesnt work properly (two weird SIM symbols, not Wifi functional driver, etc...)
EDIT 1: I've tried this ROM:
RETUGLB_XT1063_5.0.2_LXB22.46-28_cid9_CFC.xml
And it has been also flashed successfully
This is extremely strange for me. Both XT1063 and XT1068 can be flashed but not the right XT1072 stock ROMs.
EDIT 2: After a lot of research I've found the phone is bricked and no solution can be found
https://forums.motorola.com/posts/5f0057a9f1
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-lte/help/moto-g-4g-lte-xt1072-bricked-t3091863
Basically after flashing with a wrong ROM (XT1068), something has changed and it is impossible to revert back
I've even tried the latest solution without success:
Code:
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
So basically, time to leave abandoned the poor phone until someone finds a solution
BTW, Recovery TWRP for XT1072 works flawlessly. Also the mobile is not totally broken (apart from SIM issue I commented in the beginning). I'm able for example to flash CM like Cyanogen successfully, but I need the stock to send for the RMA.

Any ideas of what can I do?

Tab 7' P100 Sprint flash problem

Hello guys I am having a huge problem with my Galaxy Tab SPH-P100 7' the one for Sprint. Now I am not sure what happened but I got a "Samsung loop" screen and I decided to use "Stock Odin/Heimdall Files: Stock EF17 Tars" post to re flash the whole thing. Now after ODIN successfully flashed device now I do see Sprint animation and then I have this error. If possible you know what to do I'll be very grateful , because from tutorial above I was thinking tar+ pit should of made my device like new. But at first it looked like it did it and then BOOM .... this

I still can go to download and recovery modes and I guess it's matter of selecting proper tar+ pit ? I really don't know if possible help me out.
Thank you !
P.S.
To MOD, I post 2 identical posts because I simplyu could not find exact forum I need. Thank you for understanting
I'm in the exact same position, and I believe that it is our internal SD card that is damaged, that's why mmcblk0 (internal SD) fails to load, and why using ICS roms leads to the Encryption Unsuccessful bug.
The only solution I've found that makes sense in all possible ways is this HARDWARE fix but I'm a bit scared of trying it, so I'm currently working on a software only solution but its taking a while...

[Q] **HELP!** Bricked DEFY - RDS lite not working

Hi! I have a huge problem. A couple of days ago I decided to install a custom ROM on my DEFY. I am a total rookie in this field, so I googled a little and got some information needed. I rooted my phone with One Click Root method. Then I installed 2ndInit and got an access to Custom Recovery. I downloaded CyanogenMod10, did a backup, wiped all my data and flashed CM10. Everything worked just fine and I was satisifed. But I forgot to do a copy of my contacts and some other stuff, so I decided to flash my backup back and store my contacts on sd card. I opened custom recovery and wiped all the data from the phone. Then I wanted to restore my backup, but my phone got somehow stuck or something and I had to reboot it. Now I cannot access custom recovery any more! When turn my phone on, I can only see Motorola logo. I can only get to so called Android recovery, where I can only wipe my data, and bootloader. So I tried the whole RDS Lite method, just as it was described here:
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1828639
Everything seemed to work fine, but after getting to around 97% it looked like this:

}
So I am out of options right now and I have no idea, what to do now. Can anyone please help me? I searched the web and I can't possibly find anything! Please, I really need to fix this.

[Q] Flashed Wrong Firmware

Hi XDA Members,
I was trying to return my G2 to Stock, in the process I mistakenly installed the T-Mobile firmware onto my Verizon Phone. The phone restarts every 10 secs and has no working wifi/4g.
I no longer have TWRP installed, nor any other recovery mode apparently (?), I'm now unrooted, but I can access download mode.
My computer has LG's General G2 drivers installed, the Verizon G2 drivers installed, and I have access to the LG Flash Tool. Everytime I try to use it, it is saying that it can not connect to server, please try another time. I've got the Stock Firmware download as both a kdz and a tot file.
I know I shouldn't have made such an oversight, installing the wrong firmware. But I would be most grateful if someone could assist!
Thanks in advance
I just came upon this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-g2/help/fix-recover-installing-t-mobile-rom-t3068517 which is telling me to edit the tot, changing from VVS980 to a VD801(00).
Would this be the way to do that? (10th line from the top, at the right) Thanks again

Try this thread. I had some issues installing a custom rom on a g2 I recently purchased and I had to go back to stock courtesy of a kdz file. Got my phone back to stock 4.4.2 it came with in about 10 minutes after using LG flash tool 2014. With the lg flash tool 2014 you will still get the cannot connect to server issue but it will still update your phone so just ignore it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797190

Same thing happened to me flashing a Tmobile rom. To prevent this you need to go through the setting and allow unlocked bootloaders (or something like that, currently flashing my phone to look it up) but this will prevent this lock from triggering. How I got past this? Odin'd back to stock and flashed everything again.
Bro phone doesn't go to main windows how I can go to setting it's only stuck on bootloop
Have you tried flashing the stock image in odin?
Stock rom from sammobile?
Yeah, you'll need to get familar with the hardware keys and how to boot into download mode with them. Typically I'd link you with instructions but I think googling it yourself will do you some good. Do some research and be sure to answer nicely to those who offer help.

Locked phone into "Flashed with unauthorized software" state, IMEI at 0

To make a long story short, a relative bought a phone off ebay that was in Retail/Demo mode and I was tasked with trying to get it out of that state by flashing a different stock ROM onto it. I used to have absolutely no issue before with older phones, but, after a few softboots with no success, I've eventually ended up reaching this far in nuking the phone, and even the IMEI in download mode is showing a 0 (though I'm not sure if that wasn't always like that).
From what I've seen the phone is certainly the Snapdragon variant, and yet there was no way to activate OEM unlocking within the phone. I know this situation is rather insane and I could be SOL but here's to hoping someone could point me in a direction to help fix this thing. I haven't tried flashing the unofficial TWRP in fear that it's going to screw over my recovery (in which I forgot to mention it works perfectly fine at the moment). Alongside with the security error, I have the secure check fail with modem displaying as well. Is there a certain ROM version that might help? I've attached a screenshot that I took right before I fell into the abyss, so hopefully that'll help (unless you can't see it out of me being new). Thanks for any replies in advance.
