My Lumia 525 is bricked. Please help! - Windows Phone 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I'm using Lumia 525 with WP 8.1. Few days ago there is an update from system, I click on "Allow Update" (or something like that) to process update.
After that, my phone only displays screen of two running wheels, there is no process is running in this screen. It keeps displaying this screen after each time I turn my phone on, after a while, then it automatically restarts and continue to this screen again.
I can not do soft or hard reset, sometimes when I try, it's stuck in NOKIA text (white, at center of screen).
When I connect my phone to my computer, if its screen displays "NOKIA" text, my computer only realizes its as "NOKIA BOOTMGR", nothing else (I still can not use the Windows Phone Recovery Tools of MS since it always says that it does not recognize my phone). If after a while, the screen displays two running wheels, then my computer realizes nothing.
Many thanks if anyone can help me unbrick my phone.

Weird Wizard Problem

My phone was loosely sitting in my shirt pocket when it spontaneously dialed. In mid-call, and w/o any button presses, it dialed again. After I ended both calls, it spontaneously dialed yet again!!! At that point, I reset the phone. It came up with the password screen, and after I entered the password, it had the windows menu bar at the top, an otherwise black screen, and no response to buttons or touchscreen.
I figured I'd try a reflash. I'd been running Zoki's excellent NBD V8.3, so I decided to upgrade to V9.2. The RUU program would connect, but would stop at 0% when trying to reflash.
Next I decided to try to force the bootloader. When I tried resetting w/ the camera button held, I'd get a blank screen w/ no backlight. The only way to get the phone to boot was to pull the battery. After booting, it returned to the password screen.
Next I tried resetting while holding the Comm + Voice Dial buttons. That brought up "Press Send to restore factory default", or something to that effect. I did, it reformatted memory, and booted to the Windows Mobile splash screen. A few button presses brought up the "Tap the screen to set up your Windows Mobile device" message. But the screen is totally unresponsive.
Attempts to force the bootloader gave the same result as before. I would guess the primary bootloader is corrupt. Is there a backup bootloader? If so, how can it be accessed?
Now it will no longer connect w/ ActiveSync, so I can't run the RUU. I'm at an impasse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm 3 months away from the end of my contract and a new phone.
Thanks,
MR-808
UPDATE:
This morning, I tried turning it on for $#|+$ & grins, and it responded to the touchscreen. Yesterday, I must have rebooted and tried the touchscreen 6-8 times w/ no luck. Weird! Anyway, I was able to get past the touchscreen setup, connect w/ ActiveSync, run the RUU, and update to NBD 9.2.
I'm still not sure whether the problem was hardware or software. I guess the moral is, be persistent!

Stuck on "tap the screen to set up your Windows phone" screen

my troubles started yesterday after i flashed one of the roms here and it kept hard resetting everytime i soft reset. i flashed another rom and now it's stuck at the 'tap the screen to set up your windows phone' screen. it will hard reset but it's stuck at that screen no matter how hard i tap. (pretty soon i'll either crack the screen or throw the phone out the window)

Root unlock problem

My HTC Desire 500 had a broken battery (it was swollen up) and the phone wouldn't stay on for more than a few minutes without having it plugged in, but it worked as long as it was plugged in. Now that I changed the battery it stays on without having to plug it in but it won't get past the logo screen when I turn it on. I kept restarting it, I did a factory reset, I let it sit like that for an hour and it still wouldn't get past the logo screen. Sometimes (1/10 chance) when I boot it from HBOOT in RECOVERY it gets past the logo screen but the WI-FI doesn't work and errors keep popping up. I also tried it with the old battery to see if it would work like it did before but it doesn't, it gets stuck at the logo screen.
For the past few days I've been trying to root it and reflash the ROM but I am unable root it because when I get to the part where I have to type the command fastboot oem get_identifier_token it doesn't return anything it just says "Waiting for device". I've looked this up on google and it seems to be a driver problem, I've installed and unistalled all the possible drivers over and over, tried it on both my laptop and my desktop (both Windows 10) but the desktop/laptop still doesn't recognize the phone when it is in fastboot usb mode (It did recognize it when I managed to boot into the Android OS though, as I could get photos from it). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dead Lumia 925 after unlock bootloader fail

Here's the story:
I was tried to unlock bootloader my lumia 925 by WPinternals. When it was about 31% app crashed and exit, I tried restarted app several time. but it still crashed. I held the power button to turned it off and when I reconnected the phone nothing happened pc not shown any new connected device and the windows button on the phone keep flickering. When I hold power button or any combine button the phone just vibrate and the screen just black. I've tried every flashing method but my pc not recognized so nothing worked. So what can I do to my phone. Is there any how to make my pc recognize the phone.
Thank for reading and help .

First of all you should try to charge the 925 for several hours. Normally, a lightened Windows button indicates a completely drained battery. It will take quite a while until at least the charging symbol appears on the display. Later on you will see if you arrive at QSB in Device Manager or if you can return to flash mode.
Best wishes,
Joachim

I tried and charged it for almost a day but nothing happened, my computer still couldn't see it.
try using windows device recovery tool..
it same happened with me and I used WDRT and it detected my device..
Dude... You have a dead-boot lumia.
Solution: JTAG (cuz my method of unbricking dead-boot lumia is not working, boots to QUALCOMM Modem Mode)
