Remove WARNING: Bootloader Unlocked message on Marshmallow - Moto G 2015 Themes and Apps

Hey there, I just wanted to share this for those who have unlocked bootloader and updated to Marshmallow. Simply extract logo.rar and flash it using the following command:
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
Otherwise, just flash marshmallow_logo.zip with custom recovery
Final result will look like image attached below

This is for all versions of the phone?

Do i flash it in twrp?

There is already a thread on Marshmallow bootlogo. Please close this thread.

That's why your bootlogo keeps on Lollipop, same happened to me until I unlocked bootloader and flashed a 6.0 firmware using fastboot

Just keep stock rom without root, and wait for OTA
Edit: If you want the update and dont wait for OTA just flash 4.4.2 Tmobile version and download the OTA (Tmobile version too).
Then install recovery twrp and root your phone using the twrp.
I did that !!!! Now I've 4.4.3 rooted

If you have root...Im 95% sure that you can't receive/install OTA. I've 2 moto x...... The first one updated via OTA and the second one updated via "manual" OTA. My 2 moto x is unlocked bootloader with no root.
I rooted my 2 moto x after the 4.4.3 update [emoji6] You know........ No risk.

[LOGO] Remove the bootloader unlocked warning

2015-07-22 Update: added the Lollipop logo file.
Hello,
This file is simply the XT1045 US retail 4.4.3 (21.23.4.peregrine_retus.retus.en.US retus) mmcblk0p27 partition dumped, cropped of about 3 MB of null content, and modified (as per this thread) so that those of us here with unlocked bootloaders aren't required to stare at the original ominous legalese, which we've agreed to anyway.
Decompress and install with:
Code:
fastboot flash logo peregrine_logo_mod.bin
Those who want a recovery-flashable zip are free to head over to @ffosilva's thread and make one based on his.
Enjoy,
Darkshado
I have 4G XT1039 (EU). I've downloaded the stock firmware RET-EU-SS_4.4.3_KXB21.14-L1.31. Should I use fastboot flash logo from the stock firmware or from the file you have provided? Will it work / is there any difference? Thanks.
EDIT: Yours worked fine. I gather XT1045 is almost identical except for 4G/LTE bands.
EDIT2: I have flashed the logo.bin file located in the zip's from these logos. Includes the stock and others. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686441

Anyway to do that in cm14?
Here you go folks - just flash any one of these bootlogos in TWRP.

[Q] Android 5.0 Lollipop on XT1063

I heard that the Moto G got Android Lollipop in the US and i bought a XT1063 in the US and than brought is to Israel (the phone is working perfectly fine) so why don't i get the OTA update?
Because the update is for xt1064, not xt1063.
xt1064 = US/Canada single sim
xt1063 = Global single sim
When will it come out on the xt1063?
Sent from my XT1063
Soak Test
From what i've been told its its a soak test so you may or may not see it, depending if you're a member of motorola feedback network. I got a notification of the update on my XT1063 at 12am EST but forgot to capture it, nor was I able to install it... since I had TWRP. now I have to wait for the final release, or for someone else who has an XT1063 to post theirs.
I got it
Last night (11/11) I checked for updates and there it was...! I have an XT1063 and I'm in Venezuela, so I believe this is a global rollout as some sources say, not a soak test.
BTW... It rocks !!! :good:

By any chance you can post the OTA here? So everyone can flash it.
So it turns out my download ended up being corrupted so instead of waiting i flashed the firmware of the 1064 minus the modem and installed the update floating around on here, was it the best idea maybe not but it worked for me, that being said if you are to go that route do so at your own risk.

Thanks!
Thanks for sharing the OTA. So far I everything works fine.
Couldn't install it.
May be I am to have a locked bootloader, because I have an unlocked one.
Those who had installed it, was your bootloader unlocked or not?
Thanks.
So could root work on it?
Hi everybody! Who can tell me, will I get other OTA's in future if I flash this OTA package manually ?

Android marshmallow for moto xt1096

Dear developers and forum members hope you are doing well. This is my first post on XDA. The topic i want to discuss is already discussed on different forums but i didn't get my answer.
I want to install stock firmware marshmallow 6.0 of moto xt1092 or xt1095 on moto xt1096 (Verizon). Please let me know is it possible? If yes then how to do it? What are the prerequisites? I live in Pakistan where networks are GSM, UMTS or LTE. CDMA is not required at all. Thank you all for helping in advance.

I think you'd be better off with a custom recovery, it's the most useful thing you can flash on your phone. After that you just have to install the zip provided by AGISCI the great in the thread "xt1095 flashable stock ROM"

Alright. How to install custom recovery?
I did it some months ago and I just flashed it via fastboot, but I've just looked up the TWRP thread and they suggest another method (which they explain on their website). Either way you'll have to use fastboot, but it's not hard to do. Check out the TWRP thread in Original Development
