[Q]System files deleted

If I deleted the apps at system without backup, for example I deleted the file at /system/app/SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk without backup and then i flashing custom rom the SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk wont install again in my phone rite?
If I want install back the SamsungWidget_WeatherClock.apk what should I do?
When backup the system files to ext sd card we can just move it to ext sd card or we need to copy the file to ext sd card frist then delete it?
Any link that backup all system files for gnote?
Apps are related to your rom buddy.....
If you may delete them by any means and you will gonna flash any new rom or downgrade to any rom....the apps in that rom will automatically be there.

What Shiv said about installing different rom is correct. If you want to backup stock apps with .odex files then best is to copy all these apps (.apk and .odex files) to SD card using root explorer, so that you can copy them back whenever required. As I know most of the backup apps fails to restore .odex apps. And if you are on some deodexed custom rom then Titanium backup is best.
I have backup of all stock apps in my SD, I just selected all files in system/app and copied them to SD as backup

I have one more question, if i want to delete stock apps just simply delete .apk and .odex file or just delete .apk file?

it's much better to really delete everything that is associated with that file... so yes, the apk and the odex one.
