do it manuallY By booting into recovery and installing the update which it can be found in the downloaded rom in internal Storage..after that flash the kernel..No need of wiping anything ..

The twrp u r using is for flashing serranoltexx ROMs and the ROM your trying to flash is melius ROM so you need to remove the asserts then flash it.
Edit. I think I should post here the twrp for flashing melius rom

This rom is ported when it downloads it downloads for the original Device what you have to do is extract that zip using ES File explorer and go to /META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script open it using the es editor remove the first line Until you come to To the part Mount stop there dont delete the mount part,save it and zip it again it will work Sucessfully..

What is MIUI?
MIUI is based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (2.3.x Gingerbread and CyanogenMod 9 sources for older versions), and was initially developed in the Chinese language by Chinese startup Xiaomi.[8] Xiaomi added a number of apps to enhance the basic framework; those include MITalk (a Blackberry Messenger clone), MINotes, MIBackup, MIMusic, and MIGallery.
Updates are usually provided over-the-air every Friday. MIUI is then translated and ported in unofficial versions to other languages by independent developers. Suggestion:
Instead of making a different FAQ thread, integrate those issues in this thread. Like for example this guy above has a boot loop as he flashed on 4.2.2. You have mentioned this issue on your other thread. It's difficult to keep a track of 3 different threads just for 1 ROM.

i wanted to let you know a few things..
1.the rom is awesome..no words...
2.following bugs were found:
* when i try to send a message the network goes and returns and the message is not send.so micloud account isnt able to activate
*when i try to take a screenshot using the screenshot button in taskbar systemui force stops
*GALLERY app doesnot show any pictures of SD CARD...

Root is lost when i install your rom... but i enter recovery and i flash SuperSU Updater & i have root now normally... i think its a but to remove root and have to root it manually via flashing superSU

Hmmm. Does it prompt you to flash Superuser after you flash the ROM and press Reboot System?

One thing I see is that chrome FC's and I have a fix that will fix it. The app just needs to be updated and I'll just include it in the next build which will be up either tonight or tomorrow

8. Flash the GApps.
9. Reboot Device.
Dirty Flash
1. Download the appropriate ROM using links provide in the second post.
2. WIPE CACHE/DALVIK. (I find wiping /SYSTEM can stop some issues with play store F/C’s)
3. Install the zip from recovery.
4. Install GApps (ensure that they are from the same build, otherwise you must do a clean installation when using a newer GApps package)

If it's a test then why not.... If it doesn't work then your original rom isn't affected... I flash with multirom recovery

it may be easy because the two devices have same chipset...you may have problem with screen size.

OK.. First please be sure you have flashed the TWRP Recovery i have attached in post #2 and put the Rom zip file in the root of SD card not in any folder.. and try again

I had flashed the TWRP by an app named Flashify on the playstore.
And I copied the ZIP file to the Sdcard not in a folder and still have the errors

This is works very well, thank you!!! I have been looking for an "update" for the A3000 and this solves my issue.
Few things I noted from tha past 2 days since I upgraded to this ROM:
1) Rotation issue (Already stated by you) . This happens specifically during calls where the display switches to portait mode.Yet to try Xposed to fix this issue though. Which module would you recommend to fix this issue?
2) Garbled screen during bootup, before the 4 coloured circles appear. Not sure what the issue is or why it happens, but it happens everytime I start up the tablet.
3) Battery life seems to have dropped. Hopefully it will get better over the next few charge cycles.:fingers-crossed:
Apart from these, I find the tablet way better and responsive compared to the stock ROM.

So here we go guys. I'm sharing this amazing work with you, It is not mine but I realized that most of the people are unaware about this so I should share this. By this you can have Xposed fully working on your lollipop 5.0.2 even without deodexing the Stock ROM. You can use this on both, Deodexed & Odexed.
Prerequisites
Mind Obviously. :silly:
Stock Lollipop 5.0.2.
Root Access.
It is highly recommended that you debloat the ROM nd factory reset the device so that you don't face any problems or crashes.
TWRP Recovery, If you don't have it you can find it in the attachments.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
1. Download XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4
2. Install it, It'll not work yet.
3. Download xposed-v8***-samsung-5.0.x-By-dkcldark.
4. Place it on the sd card.
5. Reboot in TWRP
6. Find the zip file nd flash it.
7. Wait for the installation.
8. Reboot
First Boot Takes Some Time So Be Patient.
NOTE
If you're already using any version of Xposed then first use the uninstaller of that version nd then follow all these steps.

Use the thanks button instead
Debloat means to delete the useless Samsung stock apps from system. Which gives you more free ram, smoothness nd more free space in system folder.

I'll highly suggest you take backup of your data then debloat the ROM nd factory reset it. Nd after that setup the phone nd without installing too much apps, go to recovery nd flash the zip file.
This is for all of you guys, the more amount of apps you've installed, the more time it'll take to boot up.
Wait. You're already using Xposed v65, So you'll have to use the uninstaller of that version first nd after that follow all these steps.

Nd don't worry about the first long boot it is totally normal infact it heats up too as it Xposifies all of the system apps nd framework. It has to integrate in all of the parts so it takes time Cheers

No one even uses CWM anymore. It is better that you use TWRP, I've attached it in the OP go nd flash it with Odin.
