I am currently testing out DU 10.3 6.0.1 MM.
In order to upgrade my phone to the 20o, I just format everything except external sd and flash, or do we need to flash a bootloader, modem, or something first?

please follow the previous post. remember when we upgrade to 20i, you need to follow the same steps...... .kdz. install recovery (bootloader, etc) and then root.
after all that, then you can flash this rom........ this is the normal path......
so far, this rom is cleaner...... I know because of the traces and files that are left after wiping......... this upgrade is nice........... no big visual changes, but I believe they improve it under the hood.....
I will migrate all optimizations from 20i to 20o, in steps.... (too many....lol....)
Running nicely at 32c

This is failing to work for me when it comes to the TWRP part of things. I have my TWRP image on my SD Card and in the ADB folder on my laptop. It keeps stating that it cannot load the file due to no such file or directory. I know I used these steps last time but something isn't cooperating this time.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but can I flash this over one of your 20i roms or do I need to flash stock 20o first?
thanks

That's not a dumb question. that's the first question it comes to our minds.
Negative. you should flash the .20o kdz first. This file updates a lot of files in hidden partitions.......

So for now is it good to dirty flash over the 7-05-16 build.....and also the link must be broken, but found it nonetheless.

You should theme the quick setting panel base color to be dark transparent. I think it looks really clean.

Theoretically yes any 2.32 kernel should work however everyones phone handles kernels differently. I would suggest staying with Hydra he is a very reputable dev and has been making quality kernels for a while now.

My goal was to slim this Rom down as much as possible. Overall performance is directly impacted by the removal of bloatware, zipaligned apk's and ocuv kernel. This is how I like my rom it may not necessarily be how everyone likes it the beauty of XDA is choices .

Thank for this ROM and not using the "M" word in your Post. If you take the "M" word out of your thread title, I will recommend this ROM to all my friends.

You can drag and drop them on to your SD card then navigate to them using ES File Explorer. As far as the apk's go when you try to install them you'll be prompted to allow "unknown sources" just check the box return to your SD card and install which ever ones you like. If you put the wallpapers onto your SD card and open the gallery app it will automatically find them for you and you can select them as wallpapers from there.
Sweet!!!

You can connect your phone to your computer via usb mount the phone as a disk drive then drag and drop them either on your SD card or put them on the Internal Storage. Trust me once you either open the gallery or try using the "wallpaper mechanism" the phone will detect the pictures you just added.

which version are you running the 1.15 or 1.113 ghz and are you using setcpu?
I thought Wireless Tether didn't work properly on 2.2. Isn't it ad-hoc only? The ##778 modification seems to work well from what I have heard for Hotspot.

I am using the 1.113 Kernel. I do not own a copy of SetCPU. My understanding was that the processor in the incredible was not able benifit from overclocking. Plus I don't want to kill my battery.
Also I can't seem to get Wireless Tether to work. The first time I launched it I got an FC. Now the app will launch but when I try to activate it I get a FC. Anyone get Wireless Tether working?

Some notes for Droid 4 owners:
According to this thread on XDA the Arctic Rom is flashable on the Droid 4 as well.
Some things to note:
The keyboard's backlight will not light up. (MAYBE fixed in 2.3.3...need a tester)
Flash as your own risk. I am doing my best to get this Rom to work better on 2.3.6 Gingerbread, and I am going to start with bluetooth.
Shady_lanem has given up Razr work and has granted me permission to his Arctic Rom.
If you are going to flash this before the fastboot files are out, do so carefully and in safestrap. (Even then I don't recommend safestrap until we get a Droid 4 version from hashcode).
For rooting use the Droid 4 Utility threads for Mac/Linux and Windows. (by skylarmb)

Scimitar ROM is a ROM which is meant to be lightning fast, battery friendly, and have customization options. It most certainty doesn't disappoint. It is based on Rascalo's source with the main difference being that it's built from Linaro with few customization here and there.

I'll look into that for the next build. In the mean time, could you direct me to the Superuser that you flashed to avoid chaos?

Screenshots are in the tab, I suspect your a mobile user. I might just include it in the OP if it causes inconvenience.

One thing I see is that chrome FC's and I have a fix that will fix it. The app just needs to be updated and I'll just include it in the next build which will be up either tonight or tomorrow
I don't see anywhere to download anything...I looked on the web..I see nothing?

New Build up & Fixed Chrome FC.
Also, guys who are asking where the downloads are, you have to be on the desktop version to see the downloads tab. I just find that since XDA has made it organized for us to use, that we should take advantage of it. This however, can be changed if you guys don't like the system
i hope people who tested this out can share their screenshot.
i'll not waste my time for a ROM that'll replace in 1-2 minutes after first glimpse.
any SPECIAL feature compared to the stock/AOSP roms?

Welcome to JASBR!
Just Another Stock Based Rom
Yes, this rom is very similar to NoleKat, but is based on the latest T210 firmware I could find (OB1-Feb.2015)
No, it does not have any theming.
No, I don't plan on theming it.
Yes, it works for both T210 and T210R (maybe T2105, give it a try and let us know).
Full version
Mildly debloated. Most apps available in the Play Store have been removed. Most of Samsung bloat is still present, but you can disable anything you don't want using any package control app (Titanium Backup). Rom zip about 650mb.
LITE version
This is a highly debloated stock-based rom that is very light, but still has some good mods that enhance the user experience. I have removed most of the Samsung stuff and just about everything that is available in the Play Store (including Gmail, Hangouts, etc...). I did leave a few things (ex. camera, gallery, file manager) that I prefer using. The rom zip is only around 400mb. Nova launcher is installed as a data app, so you can replace it if you prefer.
Be aware that the LITE version of this rom is heavily debloated and has most Samsung dependant apps removed. If you rely on those things, use the full version of the rom.
FEATURES
Based on Feb 2015 T210 Italy firmware
Deodexed
init.d
sqlite
Rooted - power by SuperSU
Busybox
App Ops enabled
4-Way Reboot
4-Way Multi-window
Most all apps that are available in the Play Store have been removed
Added secondary symbols to keyboard
External sdcard fix for KitKat
Custom Boot Animation
Safe volume warning popup removed
Airplane mode warning popup removed
IR Blaster does work (for T210R users)
Silent boot sound
Annoying "SD card inserted" notification message removed
INSTALLATION
Download rom from link below
Boot into your custom recovery (recommend latest TWRP)
Perform a factory reset / full wipe (rom install does not wipe data)
Flash rom zip
Choose options in Aroma installer
Reboot and enjoy
Report back any bugs you find
I recommend a full wipe, but you can always try a dirty flash.
SCREENSHOTS
Coming soon - maybe. You guys know what Nova looks like.

I don't use T210R firmware because it only has a couple languages built in. T210 firmware is better for more languages.

lucky i visit tab 3 thread again and found a new rom
my stock rom is getting worse and worse everyday so i go try this later, thanks for the update!!
edit: i got an force close on "Setup wizard"
i try to clean + flash again, right now remove the phservice and still i got the same error
i'm using twrp v2.8.7.0 & my tab SM-T210
2nd: already solve the problem using your custom bootanimation
i wanna use the stock one ( not because i hate yours, i just like stock bootanimation )
hope you will fix this issue, once again thanks for the wonderful rom, very smooth
I have the same problem as the guy above. Setup wizard force closing but for me it doesn't matter if I use the custom or stock boot animation. Can't even test the rom out because of it.

As I do not have this issue, I can not fix it without more information. Clean or dirty flash? I need a logcat also to troubleshoot.

After flashing the ROM I'm greeted with a prompt to select my language, followed by a prompt to choose a wifi network. However, when attempting to enter the password for my wifi network the keyboard fails to launch correctly using all 4 of the different ROM flash configurations for phservice and the launch screen. If I attempt to click the "skip" button, I go to an all black screen except for the battery icon. From the all black screen I can expand the notification bar, but nothing will launch from the notification bar, and I can raise or lower the volume.
I've attached logcats for each of the configurations, except the configuration with neither option selected

@andybones, does your patch enabling Powersaver mode require a written-to system partition?

Unfortunately. :-/
I tracked the F/C in the HTCPowerManager.apk and was just a simple boolean change.

What would be the best way to edit the shortcuts in the notification bar? To get rid of nfc, and add some others? Is gravity box the best?

hey @andybones, got it all running good. I cant believe they seriously removed the QS feature in system tuner. Can we possible add tiles and rearrange via default.xml, i couldnt make it work on the stock OOB rom, was wondering if it could be edited in prior to flashing?

I know, VZW must have really went out of their way, there are a lot of sku Id checks, wish I was better at smali and could take a hack at it
You can decompile and edit the tiles in system ui.apk, you'll find them in values/strings.xml
Don't think we can add any but can remove, rearrange

Yes, Gravity Box works. I have it running on my stock Verizon unit. Sense is now such a "light" layer that Gravity Box works like it does on AOSP and Sense Toolbox does not (and is not ready for Sense 8 anyway).

Excellent thanks! I used it on stock. But couldn't get rid of nfc with it. So I was curious.
