New Apps For GTAB

Okay so I just found some cool new apps that work on Vegan GTAB5.1.1...
task manager
improved performing gallery3d
launcher2 with wallpapers fitting entire screen...not zoomed
app center ( for market )
screen shots below....

3D Home is another home launcher app but in 3d...
video player app is also different and now all videos fill the screen. HD video plays smooth now and is in sync. This only launches from the 3d home app
programs app is in 3d and only launches from the 3d home

Never got the 3d launcher you show in the picture. Launcher apk didn't have any kind of options to edit either. Looked cool in the pics, sticking with launcher pro for now.

Do we need to move the .apk's to system/app then change permissions for this to work?
Can't wait to try these out when I get off work.

I believe it was launcher2.apk for 3Dhome. It states that it is 3d home when you install it. Simply place these apk's on your sdcard and install with file explorer of your choice. The 3d home doesn't allow additional widgets just launches the better apps. The other home launcher allows for full widget support and full screen wallpaper. No forced zooming on your wallpaper after you select it.

This is a neet launcher. Thanks. You were right, I loaded the ilauncher.apk. I just converted my sealab 2021 DVD to flv so I could take some laughs on the road this week. So fare the video looks great and no weird sync issues. Very cool. Just wish now I could use the movie player outside this launcher, its snazzy but I always(after a few weeks) end up back with LP.

Havin problems with the 3d programs and cant interact with home screen to get widgets to come up?

You have to install all of the apks that are associated with the 3dhome.
programs.apk, shuttlevideoplayer.apk, gallery3d.apk. The only widgets that work on the 3dhome are the two that came with it. Weather and news.

What to search for in market?

I tried searching for it on my EVO since i have a better market on it, and cant find what I'm searching for.... I got the 3dhome to come up and the gallery, video, mail, internet and settings work but not the programs or music.... which one of the downloads in this post is for the programs and music?

the music doesn't launch and I have attached the programs.apk

Great app, I just wish they would build on it with more options for change...

Thanks, Tested all ok on vegan but uninstalled didn't like the rights they requested, I have only kept that market...

I was able to get it installed but the only problem I have, is the music icon isn't associated with anything. So whenever depressed nothing happens. Do you have any idea what is wrong? Also this is by far one of the best docks that I've seen to date. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have tried the 3D launcher in the past, but due to complications, and not linking and customization available, it wasn't for me.......too bad though it was different!

Both working good.
Music Player has classic look and it is fully compatible with AudioFx.

Anybody knows how to push user apps as system apps? In lollipop, system apps have their own folders with exact names. And also in lollipop, if lockscreen is secure, no user installed music app could show lockscreen controls access. Could anyone advice the proper name for the folder that must be created in order to make it as a system app?

Change it to a system app using Titanium Backup.

Even setting the app as a system app does not work. I placed pandora as a system app and I am still unable to have the app control access from the lockscreen. Any other suggestions?

This is cool. How'd i wish i can use ColorOs Music app in CM ROm as well. but yeah, thanks for this.

Unfortunately the weather app keeps FC . Currently on CM 13.

Help! Can anyone help me connect my p20 Pro to my Gear 360 (2017)?

Hi I have read this should be possible and I have followed the guides to the best of my ability and have downloaded the samsung accessories pack and the modded gear 360 app BUT although the gear 360 seems connected, when I try to do Live View or view the images on the gear 360, it buffers/tries to load endlessly??

Same issue on Nokia 6.1 plus

Unable to set memories

Google with recent Google photos have provided the option to set memories as bg image. However, i am unable to find live wallpapers in wallpapers section.
I downloaded and installed pixel live wallpapers but don't see the Google photos memories option. Anyone able to do it successfully?

yes I'm encountering the same issue also it seems to have happened on the most recent December pixel update for Google The Google photos update a couple days ago added the function and I was utilizing it but as of this morning it's not even available to pick to use I just don't understand why they can't just make the photo frame option like it they do for all the other devices like smart TVs and nest hub work the same for wallpaper on a phone

Question For MIUI 13, where is the folder that stores the video wallpapers

Back when I was still using a Mi 9 phone, I figured out a way to quickly populate a list of video wallpapers that I can use: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/animated-wallpaper-for-miui-11.4063667/
The method worked also for Mi 11.... until MIUI 13. Now it seems the Themes app no longer recognizes the files in /sdcard/MIUI/.videowallpaper/ ...
Although I can still add my .mp4's one by one into Themes to be used, it is much less convenient. Does anyone know the name of the folder where the video wallpapers are stored, so I can just directly copy my wallpaper .mp4's into it like before?

Storage\Android\data\com.android.thememanager\files\MIUI\.wallpaper
For live wallpapers:
Storage\Android\data\com.android.thememanager\files\MIUI\.videowallpaper
