For me, remixosplayer.exe just doesn't open. I've run this as an administrator, no luck. Then when i saw the instance in task manager, remixosplayer.exe does run, but closes immediately. What should i do?

Hello
I have developed a tool to rotate the screen and emulate a joystick using the accelerometer.
Everything here:

ATTENTION:
Only tested on XP

Great to find someone developing with Shift device in mind!
Unfortunately your link is not accessible right now! (wrong link? server down?)

And I cannot make it run on windows 7.

I just used Google Translate to translate the guide into english and followed it to the point:
http://tinyurl.com/32ctocu and http://tinyurl.com/2v9o455
I set all three files to XP compatibility mode before running them though.
Let me know how it works out for you
Ok it works! Thanks pptan and khals! One question: how can I rotate screen in windows 7? Is it impossible?
Rotation for ours Intel GMA is disabled in windows 7 env. , I still need to understand if this lock is on drivers or Windows 7 registry.
Once unlocked it will work same as XP.
If some other is trying this please let us know here about some progress.
My actual test driver is 8.14.10.1930 on win7 ultimate
Does it work for Vista?
is there any way to run Gsensor.exe with rotation enabled first not joystick?

virtual joy shows up in properties.
unfortunately try running gsensor-r brings up an error:
run-time error '6':
overflow
does anyone knows a way around this?

if you're on Win7, try disabling UAC, and run the app as administrator and see if it works for you.

I have the same problem, (win7 64bit) i tried disabling UAC.
That didnt work for me stil cant open aio toolkit.
Does someone have any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
You're probably more loaded than the army just to be in the safe side. I'd say it's probably security software witch require knowing how to use, as everything else. I don't use other than a simple anti virus at windows and I've never had any issues with uac or 64 bit, never with any apx/nvflash nor usb/smartflash drivers.
Don't press thanks if you don't get it.....

[Q] ADB Not Working

Hi all. I'm trying to get ADB to work. I installed SDK x86. However, I have a 64bit system. Someone told me the x86 works better. The tf701t connects fine to view files, but when I turn on usb debugging, it plays the sound like it didnt detect properly. Also, in device manager, I have the yellow ! triangle next to K00C and base system device. Any suggestions?

If you are talking about windows, Isnt it a MTP driver issue usually? I thought you had to reinstall that. I wouldnt expect that the x86 version is going to be better. Maybe it is! Either way its a mess. You could try linux on a stick. Its easy!

Im not sure if you can use it for production off the stick, but you can put it on a usb stick and try them without harming you system. Then install it if you like it and possibly dual boot it if you like it.
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows

http://distrowatch.com has a good list of other linux distros.

hax is not working and emulator runs in emulation mode

So essentially the topic line says it all.
hax is not working and emulator runs in emulation mode (windows)
That's the message I get from Android. I've done everything I can find online, I keep downloading more and more and more tools from SDK Mgr, it never ends.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks ahead,
Sergio

If you mean Android Studio, then yes. It's free for personal use and is very fast. There are youtube tutorials to show you how integrate it into Android Studio. I had a problem getting the default emulator started and switched to Genymotion.
If you're using a computer with Intel processor, you need to download Intel haxm software. Your computer must also support Intel virtualisation (VT) technology for the software to work. Go to your bios to turn VT on then install the software. The emulator should be running fine.

Remixosplayer.exe won't open?
