I am the owner of the phone, the version for Russia le2 x527,and have problems. - LeEco Le 2 Questions & Answers

Hello everybody.
I am the owner of the phone, the version for Russia le2 x527 (Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 MSM8976)
Most of the owners of this version are faced with a problem when you turn on the screen, the squeak of the usb-c, if you put your ear to the quick-disconnect couplings, then the sound clearly audible, as well as for video recording and voice recorder.
In your phone there is a problem?
So as there is no direct access and the firmware itself, for our version.

I cant understand what are you saying. But there is no noticeable noise/sound on the Indian version x526. Maybe its defected piece or some software bug.

The man says his phone x527 for Russia, there is ultrasonic noise from the port Type-C.
Noise can be noticed if you hold the phone port Type-c to my ear.

I tried to listen to the USB-C port after connecting and disconnecting the charger, there is a very low volume squeak which remains for 5 seconds. No sound is heard when phone(x526) is idle.

In our model, Le 2 (x527) this sound is always there. Without the charger!
You can find out? Which display should you have on your phone "Panel ID" ?
You can see in the program AIDA64 > display > Panel ID
In our model, is the display called "boe nt35596s fhd vdo dsi panel"
I would be very grateful !

Always?
I can also hear a pretty loud noise on my test device (x527), but only when the screen is on.
But I doubt it's about type-c port, really. It's more likely a display/backlight issue.
When the screen is on, you can hear the noise, and if you press the power button to turn the screen off, it changes to a weird hissing sound for a sec, and then disappears.

comparison of the two devices x527 and x520, on the device (x527) this sound is present constantly while the screen on the device x520 such a sound when the screen is not present!
The sound (squeak) is clearly audible when recording video and voice conversations, this is very disturbing!
how much this will be a critical factor in the device?

Alex, did you manage to solve this problem?
Was it a user error, software bug or a hardware problem?

Problem with Kaiser.

Hi, I have recently bought a new HTC Kaiser.
I have encountered the following problem:
Whenever a sound plays , the rear speaker starts by making a creaky noice.. It continues to produce a low output vibrating sound that can only be heard if you put the phone near your ear and at the end it produces a new creaky sound like the first one. This cycle of sounds continues whenever the rear speaker is set into action.. Whenever it starts or ends working it produces this creaky sound and in the meantime it produces the low output vibrating sound.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Is this a general bug of the device or is my device faulty?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Background noise headphone issue

I hear the sounds of the processor when my music is on a low volume (like 1 our so). It's a slight hiss (goes on when the processor starts to do some more work (like playing music, so it always bothers me when listening to music)) and clicks when the hiss goes on and off. I noticed it about a month ago. I think I would've noticed it if it had been there before. Anyone any idea on how to fix this?
Bump. Really, nobody?

I have no idea mate
Can any expert tell what is causing this, i have same sensitive hearing too and compared to Nokia 5800 which was silent 100%. Is it possible to remove this background hiss with some special headphones???
Ive experienced this with my computer. didn't have a clean power supply because of ghetto wiring in my home and it made the cheaper capacitors in my motherboard "hiss/squeak".
so it might be your power supply to phone
are you using the official samsung battery? cheap batteries from china have reported to really explode!
everything new out of box 1 month old, i do not use phone when charging...
I had this problem when TV-OUT is selected..
uncheck TV-OUT in settings and see
tv-out is unselected if i selected tv-out then hiss is 7x much worse, i still suspect maybe CPU emits electronic noise???

This is a common problem. I dont think you can change it. I have had the same problem all along and even asked for the same before.
Seems like some hardware/software problem. I even tryed all kind of different headsets, no luck.
You can try one thing. Try to disable data (if you use it). I sometimes notice that the phone stall a bit when it activates the dataconnection. Just a suggestion, dont realy think it will work out for you.

[Q] Fluctuating Sound Problem?

Hello,
I bought my One on Tuesday and it's been great so far, but today I've noticed that playing it on the top 3 volume levels causes the sound to kind of fluctuate, as in, some parts of the song play louder than other parts.
This is less prevalent with beats audio turned off, however I believe I can still slightly hear it.
It's most noticeable when I plug it into my car's aux port and turn the volume on the phone up to its max.
Has anyone else had this problem? is it a software issue? or will I have to take this phone back?
Thanks
the phone have 2 speaker one in top on in bottom.
2.1 speaker working in phone perhaps the song getting change between to speakers and you think that happened.

Bluetooh volume problem

Hi people,
So i got my new Realme x2 Pro yesterday. Overall i'm really happy with the phone. Today when commuting, i used the bluetooth earphones (sony wf1000-xm3) and... Surprise! the maximum volume is a third of what it was the they before yesterday with my htc u11.
I'm pretty sure it's an option of the OS that is screwing me up, but cannot find the fix. Someone has a similar problem to mine and a way to solve it?
i tried:
- disable the dobly atmos options in sound settings.
- on developer options: disable the absolute volume.
non of them worked.
Oh, forgot to say: I'm on the European version of the OS

I have the same setup and don't have issue with max sound .... have you tried putting the volume up via the headphones directly (touch gesture slide up on the right cup) ?

Hi Jake, It's The WF model, not WH (have them too). The WF does not have volume control (because there is no space to swipe)
but once i arrive home, i'll try what happens with the WH.

So, I'm trying now with the WH-1000xm3 and it's the same problem as the WF.
The maximum volume i'm getting is as best a third of what i had with the HTC U11.
There is something very wrong here.
So, at the end really was a problem with the headset.
no problem with the phone bluetooth.

Hi
I have experienced the same problem with a set of Bose earphones and a bluetooth speaker. The volume is significantly less than when these devices are used with any other mobile phone.
It is categorically an issue with the OS (unless I am missing something flagrant, or worse yet it is a hardware issue). Grateful for anyone's advice.

verify within the app of bose the volume of the headset (if you have the option there)

Thanks I will look into it, but these are fairly simple bluetooth earphones, not aware of any app optionality.
I note the December ColorOS updates included a bug fix for "low sound when connected to AirPods2 headset".
Would imply this is a wider issue.
I came across the same problem with the WF-1000XM3. I managed to fix it by changing one of the touch functions of the earphones to volume control. Then I just adjusted the volume on the earphones to the max and now I have full volume.

Question Popping and crickling noises when stop, start and fast faward a video/music

I noticed that whenever I start, stop or fast forward a video/ music, a crackling and popping noise suddenly appears. For example when I exit a video on YouTube with the home button. The weird thing is that the weird noises only appears with youtube, Reddit, Netflix but not with Samsung music player. The noises also show up when I plug in headphones so I don't think it's the speaker's fault.

need more info on your setup. model number. root status. mods applied. Also better description of what you hear- pops, clicks, tone, volume, duration. you write the noises are showing up - is there something visible on the screen that is different?

The model number is SM-G998B/DS and the phone is unrooted. The noises are more like instant pops and when they show up, there is nothing visible on the screen that is different. The noises do not always appear when I stop or fast forward a video. It appears pretty randomly. I added a video that shows that noise when I for example stop a video.

No popping here unless I'm going deaf! Btw, screen recording won't actually help here as could be a hardware issue. You can record again using another device so that we can hear the pop.

Are you sure? The screen recording recorded the popping... I can hear it from the recording.

Hmmm...then I need to get my ears checked.
I'm not sure I hear distinct popping noises in the recording. You've applied the most recent security/feature update?

It happens when I exit youtube with the home button, and I have the June update. Not the August one.
