Hi I've created a prerooted firmware using PRFcreator by @zxz0O0
everything seems to work fine, I have root access (tested with root checker)
How to install: take a back up of your current rom just in case
1-Download the flashable.zip
2-Go to recovery (I have used cwm) wipe data,cache and dalvick cache.
3-Flash the zip

note: if you are coming from cm,pa,etc,etc do a clean installation.

This is 4.4.4 update. I really didn't test yet, but it seems to be very smooth, no lag at all and camera has been improved pictures are very clear not blurry like in the 4.4.2 update. can't tell you about the battery yet but feel free to ask and I'll test

It will work on both LB/UB but you need a working recovery for this

mine works fine.
I haven't found a problem yet, although the battery doesn't seem any better. Still getting a lot of drain from Play Services

No it's not
This .zip will deodex your Z2 D6503 running the newest build number 23.4.A.1.264, disable signature verification (AKA super user mode) and will give additional permissions for the external SD card. Over 350 MB can be gained by deodexing and deleting apps that get reinstalled every time you do a factory reset. Demo video will be deleted too.
Download from MEGA
Download the .zip, put it in your phone, install via recovery (Tested OK with TWRP) and after finished clear caches. If you want to keep the SuperSU app please reinstall the SuperSU installer. NDR Utils will also be deleted. This is a good opportunity to install the Xposed Framework

U can simply deodex ur 232 by using SVA deodex tool.. Here is the link for u.

Fc settings when open sounds ang not.
Fc some user apps (like uc browser)
I suggest.its better if you make a simply stock deodex rom without modification on themes(system ui,lockscreen)
Overall performnce is good

It work with c636b158 via dirty flash but it's buggy, when I hide navigation bar it can't be shown even with swipe from down, missing Huawei apps like TV remote,can't get on playstore, can't do factory format from settings, can't access developer options... Flash with data wipe gives bootloop

You need to have installed fw b17+,make a full wipe on twrp and install.should be working on all variants.

Weird thing, TWRP can't write on system partition this rom, no error showed but missing kangvip apps and files in system/framework.

decrypt data,make a full wipe on twrp.should be working.
you need to have installed the latest fw.
soon i will make a new post.
The instructions may be helpful, e.g., need latest TWRP. Does that mean the TWRP 3.0.3-1 or the TWRP in the original post, and if so do you flash the twrp.img in the decompressed .rar file, or is there an extension change.

Xiaomi EU is based on the Chinese ROM so possibly, back up data anyway.

Just go into fastboot and then:
fastboot format userdata
This will wipe everything and after that:
fastboot flash recovery (file)
fastboot boot (file)
Flash the zip file and reboot

Can you tell me how to move the app to system? If I use Nova launcher did I only need to move the Launcher or I have to move all the apps.

I used titanium backup and in the backup/restore tab selected Nova launcher and move to system. Then reboot. You only need to move the launcher.
