OpenGapps choose ARM>7.1>micro/nano/pico (micro might still be too big... unless you use the custom install options that allows you not to install everything from the package)
Either way, you might want to further customize your installation (both gapps and system apps), refer to this tutorial
REMEMBER:
ONLY use TWRP 3.0.2-1 or up
/!\ Before installing, read post #3. /!\
HOW TO INSTALL
Requirements: Unlocked Bootloader, a Nougat compatible Custom Recovery and the Downloaded Zips.
NB: as with CM14.1, with a Lollipop compatible recovery like TWRP 3.0.2-0, you will get stuck to recovery, It is MANDATORY to update to 3.0.2-1.; the following error is still present : E:unknown command [log] but will not prevent install.
Place the rom and other like Gapps on the internal Storage or on a USB OTG
Reboot to recovery using the hotkey ( PowerOff+Vol- => With Vol- Go to Recovery => Select the recovery option with Vol+ )
Do Wipes (Data, Cache, Dalvik and System partitions) if you are in a different ROM.
Select the Zips
Swipe to install (if using TWRP)
Reboot and wait 2-3 min
HOW TO DIRTY UPDATE
Same as above, without the need of wiping of reflashing gapps.
HOW TO COME FROM CM13/14?
The Best practice way is to follow the clean install way.
BUT it is also possible to update from CM13/14 using an EXPERIMENTAL data migration build.
Here are the Official recommendations :
This build will allow you to ‘upgrade’ from CM to the signed LineageOS weekly
This build may wipe permissions (you’ll have to re-allow app permissions), but should retain all user data
This build will be watermarked with an ugly banner to ensure that you don’t permanently run this EXPERIMENTAL release, and upgrade to a normal weekly after.
The process for this installation will be as follows:
Install EXPERIMENTAL migration build on top of cm-13.0 or cm-14.1 build (don’t try to install LineageOS 13.0 on top of CM 14.1, that will not work).
Reboot
Install LineageOS weekly build
Reboot
Re-setup your application permissions
Given the EXPERIMENTAL nature of this process, we are going to remove this option in two months time.
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
As Always, DO A TWRP BACKUP before trashing your device!

Notes, Bugs, and miscellaneous.
Tips and notes:
When choosing a Gapps package ensure it can fit into /system when flashed.
Nano gapps package is recommended as it fits and provides everything in a base package you will need for gapps support. Then, you can install the other google apps from the store later on if needed.
Remember nightly builds are experimental: they can and will be broken from time to time. Always have a backup at hand.
To transfer files from/to PC when plugged in you will get the charging mode prompt status in the status bar, then click it to change from charging mode to transfer files.
Considering the quite low amount of Falcon users left over here, I'm not sure about making a full-sized FAQ;
For now, the following will take that purpose:
[SIZE=+1]Q1: Question?[/SIZE]answer [SIZE=+1]Q2: How to get Root?[/SIZE]
go to : https://download.lineageos.org/extras
and choose "su (arm)" download.

It's been a long journey since I brought this device... Thank you so much Dev for supporting my 4 years old device... Downloading... LineageOS for falcon... Fingers crossed...

Long live falcon!

Great job!

Question, is there a list of what is working and not working on this rom as far as of hardware?
Thanks

Finally... Officially Supported.

Basically, what worked on CM14.1 works on Lineage on this device, I didn't thoroughly tested it, but I didn't encounter much regressions after the migration (I performed the "Experimental" migration, to be in worse case scenario)

long live my (g)old device

ROM installed, so far so good, device performs as good as a brand new kick ass phone.
Keep up the good work!

Clean installed, seems to be good...

If you had read his messages (for example, in Thomas' threat), you would not ask.
I did read in issues only no hdmi out but who knows.. it seems strange to me that's the only problem in the first experimental build and unfortunately I won't be able to try it before tomorrow evening (no internet) ;( well I'll see tomorrow great job in any case tilal thanks for keeping developing on T :good:
Yes RIL and GPS are both working in any case. That is why HDMI out is listed as the only bug.
You are great at last a official thread about omni can't wait to try it thanks to you!
Downloading
Has anybody tested the multi-window, does it work?
EDIT: Multi-windows IS working, haven't had anny issue so far. Thanks tilal =D
Everything seems to be running smoothly, even without full wiping from CM 10.2. Unfortunately, it seems that the OmniROM features haven't been included in this series of nightly builds, so I'll probably hold until they are merged.
Good work, @tilal6991!!!
Fantastic work @tilal6991!
Just flashed and had a little play. So far so good. Alas, I'm up for work in 5 hours so I need to sleep. Will use fully tomorrow and will report back.
Again, nice one.
Great!!! Good luck

Make sure the file you downloaded isn't corrupt, you can also wipe data before flashing
for any reason I am always stuck on boot after flashing...I followed instructions in OP precisely of course...feel a little noobish :silly:
EDIT: ok, got it workin now...that's what I did (maybe useful for others in same situation):
- flashed OMNIRom 4.3 first
- booted in Recovery
- flashed OMNIROM 4.4
- Full Wipe
- reboot
- booting back in Recovery
- flashing Gapps
- reboot
fyi, I was coming from latest MIUI
First of all, thanks tilal for your great work!
Not any major issue so far. Sound seems a bit laggy though. I also got 2 blue screens.
Suggested recovery for flashing this? TWRP?

WHAT IS THIS?!
This is our beloved Stock Vanilla Android as we know it - but instead of taking Android Open Source Project's projects from the latest stable branch called Android 4.4.2 revision 2, I changed the default branch in the manifest to "master", so that these builds always include the latest and greatest stuff from the Android Open Source Project - before Google's Android team releases a stable version of it.
WHAT IS THIS MYSTERIOUS "master"-BRANCH?!
All new commits to the AOSP go right into the "master"- branch and - to make a very long story really short - when an important bug fix or a bunch of new stably working features got committed and Google feels like it, it publishes a new version of the amazing Stock Vanilla Android which includes all the new additions previously committed to the "master"-branch.
RELEASE CYCLES
I will probably stick to (half-) weekly updates, except there got some new great features or really important bug fixes introduced into AOSP which I suddenly want to have in my builds. You don't need to do anything else than just the usual update procedure like described down below (see "UPGRADING TO A NEW BUILD OF THIS ROM").

Yes, great work man, waiting for first build to pop out .... Thank you very much, finally official nightly with support from the legend codeworkx
I'm glad this is up
Thanks!
Am I going crazy over here or Gapps just won't work for me with this build?
I did a full wipe, installed the nightly, then installed PA Gapps and gapps just crash like crazy right after boot.
I then did a full wipe again, installed the rom, installed banks gapps hoping it will work this time, but NOPE, it doesn't bite...
Here's me doing a full wipe again, installing the rom and waiting for it to boot, then reboot to recovery, flash Gapps, but same thing happens. Setup wizard crashes and everything else gapps-related crashes too... This is a lot of fun! I'll keep trying to fix the problem, but I'd also welcome suggestions. ^_^

Yeah, mobile data is not working for me too, just noticed it coming home from work...

Flashed the nightly, after a system/data wipe. I get stuck on setup wizard and google vocal assistant (if I remember the name) force closing, after entering my SIM PIN, regardless if I flash latest KK GApps, LP ones or nothing at all apart from the ROM. Is there anything I'm missing, that I should be aware of?

ROM stuck at animation boot?
this because you must change the file system from F2FS to EXT4 to done boot process
* reboot to TWRP.
* go to Wipe -> Advanced Wipe.
* check Data -> Change file system -> select EXT4.
* swipe the screen to wipe it .
How can I fix Sim?
* go to Settings -> Extras -> disable "Sim Card Slot2 " and reboot.
How can I enable Google Codecs
* go to Settings -> Extras -> enable "Use Google H264" (it's a bit laggy but better than nothing).
How to enable Double Touch To Wake?
* go to Settings -> Extras -> enable "Double Touch to Wake"
Should I reflash the vendor partition if come from other roms?
* if you coming from Emui 5.x, the answer is no because the custom rom are based on Emui 5.0 source code, so all you
have to is flashing your favorite custom rom

I got error 7, how can I fix that?
* use my own TWRP recovery. or you can simply remove the whole assert line in the updater-script file inside the META-INF folder save and re-flash.
How can I fix RIL Crashes
flash root.
Copy the phone.prop into /system/vendor and /vendor.
reboot, now you should able to do calls for more than 2 minuts
Calls still crash even with fix SIM
Run adb shell and type the following command xxd /sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id .
the result will be something like the following out ( for single sim devices):
1|hi6250:/ $ xxd /sys/firmware/devicetree/base/hisi,modem_id
00000000: xxxx x000 ;xx.

Search for your xxxxx000, and setup the following flags .
ro.config.client_number=1
ro.config.modem_number=1
persist.dsds.enabled=false
persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds (remove it properly)
for dual sim devices just edit these 2 flags:
ro.config.client_number=1
ro.config.modem_number=1
Save and reboot.

I want to test this Rom, any suggestions?
Just wipe everything and flash the Rom and gaps?
By the way, i want to put my feedback on the code of honor page where I download the Resurrection Remix, but it says "Cannot Load App" its just me? Or its the webpage?

Code of honor is no more... Server died and now we collecting donations in telegram group to buy new server.
And as for this rom, if you got addicted to RR customization options, this rom is not for you then. It doesn't have not even close amount of customizations like RR ?

Since I'm a PHP developer, I can offer my personal cloud-storage for hosting forums on a dedicated server. This is some of my recent forums project (with daily backup rofl) https://forumdesign.pw will not accept adsenses and bull**** since I'm funding this out of my pocket.

Im pretty happy with the Rom. Only Problems so far were that I had kind of a bug when switching from built in speaker to headphones, it would not recognize the headphones until I rebooted with headphones in the port/socket.
I fixed that by flashing Viper4AndroidFX 2.3.4 via Magisk Manager.
Only other complaint that I have is that energy saving mode is slow and laggy.
Is this ROM still worked on?

[ROM][12][UNOFFICIAL]LineageOS 19.1[WIP]

Code:
*** Disclamer
Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

Rip Arrow Os
I don't understand why Arrow was dropped in favor of Lineage ? Is there any specific reason to it ?
Hey OP, The ROM link goes to the old Arrow ROM.

cause lineageos sources now cna be build without too much trouble and i only build lineageos normally
Updated latest build with working audio and bt and mobile data
Just tested latest build both VoLTE and VoWifi works, as for issues - so only FOD is pending
How do I mount the system as rewritable? I'm unable to in root explorer. Thanks for the rom it runs great so far. I have noticed a bug that status bar tuner doesn't open btw
Also, I don't believe that NFC is working correctly. I was unable to pay for gas, NFC kept turning on and off according to Google pay and trying to open the connectivity settings freezes and/or crashes the settings app, which actually happens on my pixels stable Android 12 anyway..lol.
I do have Magisk however all of my backing apps work and safety net is passing
For me dash charger isnt working.Start charging for a sec and then it stops. Quickcharge 3 charger works
Got this from Octobot, it was for PE12 but it works great. Flash this TWRP zip through FK kernel manager and reflash Magisk if you are rooted once TWRP boots. No crashdumps...etc.
Has anyone had luck getting this to work on Verizon. Just installed, and it doesn't detect sim
Is this project still alive? I switched because there were no updates. Probably going to stick with EVO 12 when released tomorrow, unless this is still in the works... I'll have to at least try it

I'd assume the community took a break since it's the weekend of Christmas in the US, not sure if that would apply to the dev working on this project or not. I'd just be patient.
Of course. Im not one of those who nags at the guys who put in hard work to provide something for free, nothing irritates me more,lol. It's just been a while since the last release so im curious whether or not I should keep an eye on this thread or if Josh has moved on with something else for a while.
waiting for the stable version on oneplus 6
