Has anyone had their Nexus 7 screen replaced by ASUS? How much did they charge?

I did but she said she can't tell me.
All she said was £45 to inspect plus the cost of the screen

Indeed, chances are it will be close to 50% of the price of a new one with the chance of them messing it up instead of fixing it. And you will be without a tablet during the repairs (which can be 5 weeks + from what I've read others say). Probably best to cut your losses and get a new one. But since it's apparently a hard to give answer, I'm beginning to become curious as well

[Q] Choosing Digitizer for Atrix HD

Dear All.
I want to buy Digitizer Replacement for my Atrix HD on Ebay.
But, I doubt which one will be working well.
Does anyone have clue or something about how to choose the Digitizer?
My friends said that the good one will have ATMEL on the chip.
But, I couldn't find the one who got ATMEL Chip on the Digitizer.

Do you have any experience to find the replacement digitizer based on Serial Number??
I think only Motorola who knows about the Serial Number and I don't think on ebay will be easy to find it.

Nope, no markings IIRC. I'd just say to get any digitizer that says compatible with Atrix HD MB886 and you'll be fine.

[Q] Digitizer

I have cracked my Xperia SP digitizer and I'm currently searching for a replacement. I found many, although the thing is that there are some that have the logo costing about 20 to 30 EU and some without the logo costing under €10. Is there any difference between them? I really do not care about the logo, the only thing that concernes me is the quality, meaning sensitivity, accuracy and durability. Are the OEMs worth their money or is it the same quality on both? Can I post the links from the sites I found them, so you can check? Thanks a priori!

I changed once to nobname digitizer. After 5 minutes I bought used original one. Cheaper and much better quality. So I suggest to search for used one in good condition.
These with logo can be also not original sony digitizer.
Ive found original one in sony store (live in PL) It cost about 50eur.

I accidently cut the digitizer's cable/link, i think i have to buy the whole thing for that

For who want to know, i ordered digitizer for 4,5$ from Aliexpress. I applied that and everything's working fine and acceptable for 4$ money. I only have some responsiveness a little [not so much] . Rarely the touch speed is slowing down for 1-2 minutes, but it comes back then. And the light sensor isn't working for me ( it's not problem for me)

I ordered a digitizer from Amazon, no issues whatsoever. But I think it was originally from China, because it was very cheap. Judging from my experience, a digitizer from eBay, Aliexpress might do the job just fine.

The white one's sensors wasnt worked but black's works fine.

I just said that my white colored digitizer's sensors were not working. But the black colored one works just fine.

is it related to the holes of the sensors what is the difference between black and white ? ( already have a new black one but its doesn't work)

I don't think either that it's a color-based problem. I think it's digitizers problem because some digitizers chip's are different.Maybe their sensors also different.

guys could you give me a link to a digitizer you bought which works on CM13-CM14 custom roms.
I bought 2 digitizers and 2 of them are only working on Jellybean. Not working on 4.1.2 + roms ...

sorry bro i got mine from a scraped phone the one i bought didnt work at all but make sure that u buy one specific for your phone model mine was c5303 and u might want to try different frimware if u bought it from china try a chinese frimware or something

Screen cracked

**** ****.. My Axon dropped on the floor this morning resulting in a cracked screen.
I've bought this phone from Amazon and got it shipped to Belgium. So, getting it back to ZTE will be a hassle and cost me a lot of money. Did some research myself and found a full screen for the ZTE axon elite (I have a pro, is there any difference?) on the site parts4repair.. Is this trustable and if it is, isnt it too difficult to change the screen yourself?
Please share your advice with me,

I'm living in Belgium too , have you fix your screen because mine is broken too, and i'm looking for someone to fix it in Belgium

Any update on a guide to replacing the screen. I have a cracked Axon Elite and want to order a new screen, but no guide seems to exist on how to swap the screen.

White copper available in india

So my question is have anyone got the white colour as its available now in india.. And if anyone got it pls post some pics n also check if their is any issue going on..
My previous n7p was black colour and it was having yellow display issue but i have got the refund and again bought it. Only difference this time is i ordered white one..

3 to 4 hrs but it depends on ur requirement.
In my case i choose amazon pay balance
If u choose any bank account to get the money refunded then it may take a day or two.
Bdw m also waiting for one+6.

K I got the device today white copper n it is having the same issue. But this time I can't go for replacement nor the refund as I only have this phone only. Let's see what happens with future software update

The display is tuned to be on the warmer side for imitating the saturated and punchier colors. It's fine if it's not overtly yellow.

In my opinion yes.

I bought white one offline. Offline stocks are very limited for both models.

Nope there ain't any display issue at all (white/copper)
