Do i need to downgrade 6.0 before flashing rom or flash over stock n7 ?

I had the same - you have to unzip that zip and there is another one inside, that you put onto sd card

Honestly I dont remember sitting on this rom more than a day or two. It was some time ago. There are many better roms.

Hello, I have a big problem..After using this ROM for 1 week I decided to reinstall a Roma stock. So I made a full wipe and then I tried to install the Roma stock of my country but it does not work anymore. Worse, my phone no longer detects my sim card now..I am stuck ..
Btw : the rom was very good ! clean and no problem

Hi, if u want to open his link you have to right click on it then open in an other tab then you have to delete what's before the https.

Hey! I have been running JX's original Loogle rom for a couple of years now and it has been super solid and smooth. Missed this update though and would love to check it out but the link seems to be out of date- get into Mega but it just tells me file not found :/ Could JeromeX or anyone post a working file link I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

This is an unofficial port of LineageOS cm-12.1 to our Samsung tab 7.7. I'm a beginner in building custom roms, so please be patient with me. This rom is based on the device tree of DanielHK with small modifications to run smooth with its low memory. Compare to my CM-13.0 - here almost all works - Bluetooth, Kindle app, DRM. Installation
Download the ROM and optionally GApps (ARM-5.1-pico) onto your device
Reboot tablet into TWRP recovery. I use version 3.0.2-0 here.
Wipe data, cache, dalvik/art-cache and system. Coming from stock rom, also wipe internal sd.
Check that your partitions are formatted Ext4, not F2FS (not yet supported)
Flash ROM and GApps.
Reboot System. (First boot takes 5-6 minutes. Be patient.)
Root
Download SuperSU version BETA-SuperSU-v2.52.zip and install via TWRP recovery, newer releases will not work.
Known issues
Google Play Music app installation fails at first try with -504, but works at the second try.

Just want to thank you for the work you have done. I installed on my i815 and functions as described. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help get the 4G radio working. I don't know much about building roms but willing to do any testing.

is the device so outdated that it can't be used on daily basis ?

Is the device and kernel tree stable? Hoping to *aquire* a tab 7.7 from a generous member on the cite and hybris 12.1 is much nicer to work with than 11.

I think this ROM was the best ive tried for my p6800 out there. There is a few bugs but I dont mind it becouse I'm only using my tab for watching anime.

When rebooting to recovery I have to enter a password to decrypt data and then I have access to the recovery, but I shouldn't yet because I have also a password to the recovery. So without the password, I can format data etc, and then when I want to reboot to recovery it asks for a password, which is a little late, don't you think?

Thanks. Indeed, this is a known issue (relates to FBE encryption). It will be fixed in due course (at least it doesn't compromise data security, because the correct password is still needed before data can be accessed).

I had a similar problem, I had to flash TWRP via bootloader (not the official, the one by Arian, that works better) and then as I had been having trouble with the ROM I also wiped system and caches and flashed the ROM and GApps, after booting I went again to recovery and flashed OrangeFox, no problem so far since then

INSTALLATION FROM STOCK:
0. Backup your ROM and all your data
1. First install TWRP by ashyx via Odin and follow ashyx guide (so flash also RMM bypass patch and Force Encryption disabler) https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...ecovery-twrp-3-2-3-1-galaxy-j6-j610f-t3875150
2. Format data (you will lose any data in your phone)
3. Download the OrangeFox zip file to your device
4. Reboot to your custom TWRP-based Recovery
5. Install the OrangeFox zip file as a normal zip installer
6. Let the phone reboot to recovery himself
7. Enjoy!

Why it is needed....If it's the same as Grarak's ...The DATE is not decoded...

The CPU temp path on the A70 should be /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone18/temp.

Still getting error 255 when backing up data. Los and Stock.
Decryption not holding after format data and reboot to o.s.

I noticed that charging the battery in real time does not work, the path is probably incorrectly spelled out. When the charger is connected, the numbers do not change.

My device is sm705f, I try to use disable force encryption, and the internal storage is decrypted even in twrp, and you can try to backup normally.

Im asking for model sm-a705mn only. I understand twrp and haky 86 Los works on other variants however, some issues with the a705mn variant on both twrp and Los.
update: i did as you suggested and that resolved the issue, thanks.
