I downloaded from Facebook page, flashed with
Android one firmware partition system but it didn't
Work, it altered my bootloader, changed the infinix
Logo to a Robot and won't boot.
I tried over and over, with open gapps and supersu
V6.74 no way. Used TWRP 2.7.8, 3.0.0, 3.0.2 None worked
Will have to flash Infinix Rom partition and try again

Worrenty void 0×1
When I was flash this twrp 3.1 on my samsung galaxy on7 SM-G600FY 6.0.1 and flash custom rom CM 13.0 Then it will flash. Bt now my samsung galexy on7 shoes worrenty void 0 ×1)(2) what I do now. My original rom allso not flashing so what I do. how I reset this worrenty void.? ?

I flash stock rom but I m not getting OTA update. And if I flash my original rom 6.0.1 this is allso my official rom for Samsung Galaxy on7 SM-G600FY. Then my phone goes in to Bootloop. What I do I m stuck on lolipop 5.1.1 which is my stock rom. On download mode I was see the worrenty void 0×1(2) how I reset to 0×0

I wish I had an answer brother. When this happened to me, I fortunately found flashing the custom ROM enough.

Root problem
The device in question was with brick, I downloaded the Stock Rom on Samsung's official website and flashed by ODIN. However, when you start it, it is not possible to leave the welcome screen because every time Google Play Services stops working. I decided to install TWRP to put a Custom Rom, but it gave an error and a message: "Custom Binary Blocked By FRP".
How do I troubleshoot this phone and install twrp if I can not even exit the welcome screen because of the Google Play Services issue?

I can't offer an exact solution but to all other users, I recommend leaving OEM unlock and usb debugging as enabled because everytime an error occurs and you try to fix it, the solutions offered mostly require those things to be left on.

I think this recovery is only for SM-G600FY as the title says. However you can try flashing this and can revert back to stock recovery if it doesn't work.
If it's working just flash Magisk to obtain root.

I suggest you people to use magisk su for routing your devices after installing twrp
don't wipe anything
just download files

Use mm stock ROM flash it via Odin
Then turn on your phone enable Dev options by continuously clicking on build number turn on OEM unlock in developer options you can now flash the two via Odin use magisk zip to root n remember not to wipe anything

Just want to thank you for the work you have done. I installed on my i815 and functions as described. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help get the 4G radio working. I don't know much about building roms but willing to do any testing.

Is the device and kernel tree stable? Hoping to *aquire* a tab 7.7 from a generous member on the cite and hybris 12.1 is much nicer to work with than 11.

I think this ROM was the best ive tried for my p6800 out there. There is a few bugs but I dont mind it becouse I'm only using my tab for watching anime.

I tried flashing. It booted back to recovery. The correct version is the 2.03 build, correct?

yes...... it's working properly... flash oos and twrp in both the sloats,flash aoscp and twrp in sloat a the restart to system, if u face any iisues wip data once

If not booting, format. Will boot straight up.

When trying to flash with TWRP, it breaks decryption process. So you end up with a bunch of scrambled filenames when you try to flash gapps/magisk. Just like Omni basically. So I guess you have to fastboot this one with a computer.

Can someone post ss of that windowtoicon? Really curious to see that

Just remove any pin, password or pattern before booting into recovery & you will be good to go

Doesn't work. It still scrambles filenames. Only difference is that it won't ask for a password when booting into twrp.. sorry.

Doesn't happen with me

boot into rom if files are unreadable in TWRP.then back reboot to TWRP.files should be visible now.presumimg than aoscp was flashed,now flash gapps and magisk.

An essential tool for anybody that loves to modify their Android device is a good custom recovery. TWRP has been around since the invention of the wheel back in 1996 and has been providing modders with all kinds of great tools.
Okay so..I managed to compile TWRP 3.6.1-9.0 finally for this device. I started with stock recovery kernel which obviously didn't work due to the "unsupport". So after a month, I tried @djeman's TWRP 3.2 OREO kernel which worked, maybe it had a feature which booted it up. But Android Oreo will never work on our device. Thanks to @NMTdontknow who tested my TWRP ​

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!
If you have SM-J320FN/F/G/M, flash the J3XLTE twrp image!
If you have SM-J320H, flash the J3X3G twrp image!
Installation instructions

Turn off your phone
Restart it in download mode by keeping volume down + home + power
Confirm the entry in the download mode with volume up
Plug your phone into your PC and run Odin (you should see the COM port in blue)
Click on AP and select the .tar recovery file
Click on options (Disable checkbox Auto Reboot) and leave only "F. Reset Time"
Click Start
(Your device will not restart automatically this is voluntary because otherwise the original rom will erase TWRP.)
To restart it keep down volume down + home + power as soon as it goes off restart it on recovery by keeping it up volume up + home + power
When you boot for the first time on recovery, it will prompt you to change the language and avoid deleting the recovery.
Note: For this device it is necessary to have enabled OEM Unlock in:
Settings -> Developer Options -> OEM unlocking
Or you may encounter "BLOCKED BY FRP LOCK" on boot.

Hi,
It's not really oreo that don't works on the j3 but I never found a compatible gpu driver ...
Android have modified deeply the gpu driver interface on oreo and the driver is not open source.
So I abandonned but all the boot sequence was good only this driver was missing.
Thanks for the new recovery

Hey djeman, I didn't except that you are going to comment here lol!
You're welcome for the recovery! I might try to bringup other recoveries like PBRP(Pitch Black Recovery Project) and OFRP(OrangeFox Recovery Project)

I can confirm that it works. The touch is simulating a mouse however, I think. The click action is weird. But usable.
Also, both recovery images work just fine on my device, I actually do not know which of the 2 variants my phone is. I think they are pretty much the same so you can just offer one recovery for both. If the device has the nfc chip soldered on or not should not matter for the recovery.

Yip, this is an issue because this device tree "has been ported" from j3lte (Snapdragon variant of the J3 2016) . I guess that's why the click action is weird

Already did figure out why it is lagging. Making test builds to make sure the click isn't weird anymore

Fantastic! I will enjoy it in 10 years then when some retro computing geek finally creates a new rom for it.

because if you port from Lenovo A1000 it won't work fine

why can't we use software rendering tho? BUT because of our processor it would be VERY slow

Hello dev, TY for this recovery. I have a problem with latest version (sm-j320fgm-twrp-3.6.2-20220614) The sdcard can't be mounted. TWRP treat it as if it were the internal storage. So, when I try to mount the sdcard, the internal storage is mounted instead. Also despite the file manager shows "sdcard", it access to internal storage. Finally the "/storage" folder is missing. Testing in SM-J320M.
