partiton crashed

out of nowhere i started getting app launch issues. I rebooted and got the error about sd card removed. i tried to mount it or load it into a reader and it just asks for formatting in windows and in linux it doesnt show up. I attempted to load parted on the phone itself and when i do the print command i get an error.
Error: can't have a partition outside the disk!
I have no clue how to fix/recover this. anyone have any ideas?
Well lets say that your sd died. I have changed my 16gb sandisk microsd hc every three months average under warranty
thing is, the apps are still there. it sjust the portion of the sd card thats dedicated to the phone ot simulate the sd card itself for the phone. so the card is still working, its just the sdcard partition isnt showing up in the android os.

Sd Card not reconised.

Hello guys!
I've got a Galaxy S i9000 and i have a 8GB microSD. I used that SD card on my Xperia Play (sold it, but without the SD) and after i got the Galaxy I put my SD in it. Everything worked well, it recognised everything... but today I wanted to put some music on my SD and i noticed that it loads very slowly, and after that i got an error which said: "the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error". And I got that error everytime i tried to copy/paste something from/to my SD.
So I said, ok, I'll just format it. I formated it in recovery, and everything wen well...it was fast again so i just tried to copy some music (2 or 3 GB)...but when it was at 80-90% i got that error again.
I searched on the Internet...and found SD Formater and I used it to format my card again. And after it finished I rebooted my phone. After it loaded a notification came up... "SD Damaged"...i tried to format it again in recovery but nothing changed.
So does anyone know how to fix it? Please help me!
Thanks in advance!
PS: Sry for my English and for the long post.
Try to format the SD card in your Computer or another Portable Device like a Camera, External card Reader etc.,
Always safely remove USB & try to enable USB debug mode.

Anyway...thx for your reply.

SD card- weird error messages, forced to format internal SD

Hi,
I have strange problem.
Everything were working fine, until one morning my phone started with weird error messages.
When I wake up my phone it always starts to scan SD card - it says something like checking for errors, sometimes it says SDcard is empty.
Last time it told me to format SD card ( so I did it, but havent helped).
Ineteresting thing is, that it says only when my external SD card is IN (mounted). When I pull out Ext SD, everything works fine.
I tried to format Ext and alson Int SD card, but didnt helped. Also tried clean reinstall of ROM (CM10), tried another ROM (Remics-JB 3.0.1) - didnt worked.
Do you know what is problem? Why did it tell me to format Int SD, when the problem is only when Ext SD is mounted??
I would be very grateful for advise...
Thank you

My phone restarts after I introduce de PIN CODE after "Starting Android"

Hello everyone, thanks for reading this, my problem is this
I have a Motorola E5 Play Android Oreo 8.1.0 Build OPGS28.54-53-8-15
My phone was working normally, but it suddenly rebooted itself with no reason, after reboot, It asked me for the PIN as usually, but after the message "Starting Android" it tries to continue the boot, but after a few seconds it reboots, and ask me again for the PIN code.
When I remove the MicroSD card it starts normally, but my data is on the Card, and it is encrypted due to it was formatted as Internal Storage, I cannot access to my files.
I Cloned the MicroSD Card Using HDD RAW Copy Tool to a New SD Card. But the problem persist with the cloned Card.
When I insert the MicroSD Card when it starts with no MicroSD Card, it reboots itself immediately, no matter if its the Original or Cloned Card.
I tried to test if it could be the MicroSD slot, formatting the new card as internal storage, the reboot is normal, but I don't know if it is enough to know the integrity of the MicroSD slot.
I tried to reboot the phone in safe mode, when I boot the phone with no SD, and inserting the MicroSD Card, but it still keeps rebooting. I don't know if there is another way to boot in safe mode.
All those test makes me think that is a Corrupted File System, and I'm wondering if there is a solution to fix it or recover my info from the original MicroSD Card since it is encrypted and the data is inaccessible in the normal ways, please help me.
Thanks in advance.
