The releases are based on Samsung Nougat kernel sources. If you are facing issues regarding the radio stack, you need to flash official N to get the new baseband. The M baseband might work, but it unsupported!

I tryed. I installed and boot up. Everything works fine so far. At first it didnt recognize the SIM Card, but after one reboot it worked.

The exynos 7880 is a 64bit processor.. so 64bit should work no problem
OK, now I noticed that the SIM Card is recognized now, but it cant find any provider!
Whats better, using 64bit ore 32bit. I know that its a 64bit processor, but I wasnt sure... Thank you!

I fixed that in my device tree, should work fine in the next release

Hi, do you think this ROM can run on Galaxy A7 2017 (SM-A720F)?
Because the A7 have similar specs with A5, the only difference between both phones are the display and battery size.
I prefer pure Android experience so i'm looking for a lineage rom, but there are none for A7 so far.

Upon SIM insertion, it will detect the new UICC card and ask you to reboot (so you can use calls + data).
I checked it on my device, made a few calls and such and it works fine.
I think there is a problem with LTE.
It only finds a Network Provider when I set to 3G.
LTE doesnt work for me, after several reboots.
3G works fine...

Sometimes speaker and mic are not working while in call..a reboot fixes it
File manager not shiwing mmc files its showing same folders like internal storge, themes not present ! (leave it if its is a noob qstn ) advanced reboot not present,

I can't test but... It's says beta. Maybe is possible. Try to provide logs, also using last firmware.

Okay, this has to go with permissive SELinux for now, until all denials are properly handled. I'll upload a new build soon.
I can confirm this. Best to start installing and skip wifi. The phone can than be used normally for a short time. However upon enterin a Wifi password, you will end in a boot-loop. You cannot recover from that, unless you factory reset the phone.
Trying to change settings also results in spontaneous reboots.. Unless you succeed in reaching air plane mode you will not be able to use phone at all. Switching on air plane mode makes it usable in a certain way. But without internet or phone that is a limited pleasure...
Just give me some time. This device is no longer my daily driver.

I'm a straight up Pixel Launcher man myself. It doesnt say anything about flashing Magisk after gapps....i assume that'll be okay right? lol

When in doubt, I'd flash it. Keep in mind LineageOS doesn't officially support or endorse root so I wouldn't expect them to tell you.

I know it's in "testing" status....but it's massively unstable. Dragged down the notifications and the phone locked up. I may have to flash back to LOS 15.9 until the teething problems are ironed out.
Running pretty stable here. Only issues I've found are :
Volte for TMobile users I'm guessing(although TMobile had issues on the open beta too)
Phone locked up once on boot but after it was fine.
SMS wasn't working at first.
Swiping on the keyboard cause it to crash.
WiFi calling (yet again the open beta had issues)
Magisk also passes
I'm not getting Bluetooth playback but other than that, it seems solid after installing a pixel launcher and Gboard to fix the swipe on keyboard issue.
@LuK1337 shouldn't the installation include flash twrp after rom? Otherwise you reboot to the LOS recovery
I think the "locking up" issue lies with the other launcher that comes with the ROM. I accidentally set it as default and thats when the problem started. Now i have Pixel Launcher set as default and its working absolutely fine.

Reporting Bugs

Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)

boots and all main fuctions work havent found a reliable gaaps yet so cant totaly test finger print ok phone ok message ok wifi ok data ok, bluetooth ok

So this is the first Android Q ROM for oneplus 6T
found a gaaps that work every thing is a ok so far no setup wizzard so im restoring my backup dont feel like completely setting up phone from scratch right now been along day. will post screen shots after backup. made a few calls listened to music over bluetooth browsed web over data and wifi no issues to report. didnt install any apps other then gaaps

As I am a so called BuildBot, I don't know how to fix bugs for Lineage 17.1, I have a build for XXU Lineage 17.1 but it is very buggy. I am building LOS 14.1 because I wanted to revive this because the only thread for LOS 14.1 has dead links. Or if someone has posted in threads are the older builds.
I can build any ROM you like with any android version I can try to manage.
Also no ETA's xD
