Xiaomi.EU ROM patches for DPI change & replacement of Xiaomi apps with Stock apps - Xiaomi Mi Max 2 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Othe

Hi all,
I have created a few TWRP installable Zip files to modify a Mi Max 2 (or indeed any other MIUI8 phone) in order to make the Max 2 more closely resemble a Stock Nexus or Pixel phone.

There are three sets of zip files, all of which patch Xiaomi.eu firmware:
MIUI to Google Apps - this zip replaces the MIUI apps with stock Android apps. This includes the Launcher, which is replaced by the Google Now launcher by default
Google Now and Pixel Launcher - These install either the Google Now launcher (included with the MIUI to Google apps, but allows us to swap between Pixel and Google Now), or the Pixel Launcher, which also modifies the build.prop to enable Google Assistant. Note that these are generic zips which can be used to install either launcher as a System app on any device.
MIUI DPI changer for 325dpi or 440dpi - This will work with any MIUI device with a 1080p display to change the DPI from 'high resolution' (325) to 'low resolution' (stock 440).
Installation
Firstly you will need to unlock the bootloader of you Xiaomi device, flash TWRP and copy a Xiaomi.eu ROM into the file system of the device.
1. Install the Xiaomi.eu ROM
2. Install the MIUI to Google Apps package
3. If you would prefer to use the Pixel launcher with Google Assistant then flash the Pixel Launcher package
4. If you would prefer to fit more content onto your screen (e.g. for a Mi Max / Mix series device) then flash the 325dpi package.
I have written up exactly what is removed and installed in the MIUI to Google Apps package here in case you wish to see precisely what changes are being made to the OS.

Hi,
Which dialer you are using ? Xiaomi or Google ? When google dialer the call-list/log are working ? Only with the miui-dialer the call-log are shown, but in the google dialer i can not see any calls in the list. You fix it ?
cheers, Peter

Yes, I replaced the Xiaomi dialer with the stock Google dialer.
You are right - the Google dialer does not record history. I'm off on holiday tomorrow, but I will have a look at it when I return.

I will take a look when MIUI9 is more stable. The zip file simply deletes and installs the apps that I have listed here, so may well work without modification on MIUI9.

Wow this makes everything so much smaller, maybe even too small?? Is it possible to have a dpi between 325 and 440?

Hello, i tried it for Xiaomi EU ROM MIUI 9 and it worked perfectly. Only issue was Clock which was not opening.
After going to clock 'app info' and clearing data and clearing cache it is working perfectly now.

Sorry if this seems to be a stupid question.. what is DPI? is it Dots (or Pixels) per Inch?
if it's then I'm confused how come 325 DPI is consider higher resolution than 440 DPI?
Screen density is a ratio of resolution and display size, which can be quantified as dots per inch, or dpi. The higher the dpi, the smaller each individual pixel is, and the greater clarity. Simply put, a higher dpi means more detail is displayed per inch, but does not necessarily correlate with a higher screen resolution.

Yes, it is a bit counterintuitive. DPI is, as you say, short for Dots Per Inch.
What you change the DPI setting in the phone, you are effectively fooling the phone into thinking that its screen is bigger than it is. e.g. if a 1080p screen has 440dpi it would be smaller than a 1080p screen that has a DPI of 325dpi. Android, therefore, compensates by making all the icons and text smaller so it doesn't appear too huge on the 'larger' display.
The effect of this is to make all the text and icons smaller on the screen, which makes it look higher resolution.

Thanks a lot for explaining.

Can I install just that dpi changer to Miui 8.5 global?

[Collection][Guide][Adaptation] *Pixel-like Nexus 6* [stock][7.0+]

Pixel Nexus 6
I know there are a lot of different threads with all the things I will explain and share in here, but I've decided to open up only one thread to collect the whole stuff for having an almost complete Pixel experience on the Nexus 6 running stock Android 7.0 and above.
***DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE - YOU DO THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK***
STEP 1: Launcher
I recommend using Nova Launcher (Prime, latest beta) wich is shown in the atteched sreenshots, because it is in my opinion the most customizable Launcher to adapt the original Pixel Launcher so far.
Nova Launcher in Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher
To join Nova Launcher Beta: http://novalauncher.com/beta/
Nova Launcher G+ community: https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/113183067148724183791
Settings in Nova Launcher to look like Pixel Launcher:
go to Nova settings and turn off permanent searchbar
in >Searchbar Appearance< choose the pill and the colored "G" in it, scroll down to choose the weather content, if you want
go to widgets and drag the the quicksearchbar to the top of your homescreen
back in Nova settings you have first to go to >Apps & Widgets< and turn on "Swipe to open", then go to >Homesreens< and enable "Swipe to drawer indicator", at last in >Dock >Background< choose color = white, transparency = 76 and enable "Draw Navigationbar"
Under >Gestures< you can set your Homebutton to trigger "Google Now" (enable "Only on default page", too)
I also suggest to install Pixel Launcher & Wallpapers cause it is used for other things.
Pixel Launcher is already available in the Play Store for many devices.
fashable .zip to have latest Pixel Launcher, Pixel Icons & Wallpaper Picker: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8ab2RCWGVpeU9lSEk
STEP 2: Icons
The new circular Pixel Icons (included in the zip-file above) are only available for a few Google-Apps, so I recommend to use an icon pack in Nova Launcher (>Appearance >Icon theme<).
There are many Pixel (circular) icon packs in the Play Store, but for my flavor these three are the best and completed ones out now:
Pixel UI (free): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.themezilla.pixelui
Pixel IP: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ciaostudio.pixeliconpack
Pixelicious: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pixel.circle.launcher.icons
STEP 3: Wallpapers & Live Wallpapers
You can download Google's new Wallpaper App (already included in the flashable.zip) in the Play Store for free :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.wallpaper
For Pixel Live Wallpapers you have just to install these two apks:
Live Earth Wallpapers: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8aeTlBWFRDQ1I1VGc *"Our Earth, Solar System" is not working*
Live Data Wallpapers: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8adUtQN0MxQzFSbzQ
For Live Data Wallpapers, especially to get "Aurora" working right (changing color by the time of the day), there is a version for rooted devices:
Live Data Wallpapers (root): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8aRG5oQVQ4Z01BLUk
This one is not installable. You have to create a new folder called "WallpapersUsTwo" with the permission 755 in >System/App<, copy the downloaded apk to this Folder (don't forget to set the permissions of the apk to 644) and reboot your device.
STEP 4: Camera & Dialer
Just download and install:
Google Camera 4.2: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8ad240N2pTU0MteDA
Google Phoner 5.1: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8aLWE1ek5MTVNqY2s
STEP 5: Google Assistant ***only for rooted devices***
There are many tutorials, flashable.zips and ways to get the new Google Assistant working on other devices, but for me this method is the most recommendable one to get it working right so far:
become a beta tester for the Google App https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox
download/update to latest beta of the Google App
go to your build.prop in system partition
*for editing build.prop I suggest fx-File-Explorer with root-addon: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.fx
- rename product model to Pixel XL "ro.product.model= Pixel XL"
- add the line "ro.opa.eligible_device=true"
- save build.prop
clear the app data of the Google App
- go to settings > apps > google app > manage storage > clear all data
reboot your device (wait a few minutes after booting up)
- press and hold the home button - Google Assistant should come up
*train voice screen comes up continuously*
go to build.prop again
- change product model back to what it was before (your device)
- delete the added line "ro.opa.eligible_device=true"
- save and reboot
when it reboots you shuld have google now again
- go to settings of the Google App
- got to "Okay Google detection"
- tap always on
- retrain your voice model
go to build.prop once more
- rename product model to Pixel XL
- add "ro.opa.eligible_device=true"
- save and reboot
once it reboots, wait for abaout 5 minutes so build.prop changes can be recognized
Done! It shuld now comes up Google Assistant when you say "Okay Google" on every screen.
STEP 6: Theme ***root is required***
One thing also exclusive on the Pixel Phone is the darker System UI with the blue accent color.
The only possibility to use themes (overlays) on stock is to use "Substratum Theme Engine". It is very simple to use, but you need root access on your device.
Substratum on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum
Substratum G+ Community: https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/102261717366580091389
There are a lot themes for "Substratum" in the Play Store with many adjustment possibilitys. "Pixel UI" is the simplest way to get the Pixel Theme on your device.
Pixel UI on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=substratum.xdnax.pixel ***only for 7.0+ so far***
How to use:
when you have downloaded and installed "Substratum" and "Pixel UI", open Substratum and select >Pixel UI<
in "Pixel UI", enable all overlays
- for the "Settings App" you can choose between two font styles - Custom (capitol letters) & Normal
- for the Navigationbar, you can choose between Pixel Style & Stock
press the FAB and choose >install<
when promted reboot your device
READY! Now you have the Pixel colors (and Navbar).
STEP 7: Pixel Bootanimation & Sounds
Pixel Bootanimation:
Pixel white splash screen (boot logo) & bootanimation: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8aV0dub21XbjQxeU0
Pixel black bootanimation (without splash screen): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8aeGQwQXdmWWhSUUE
Just flash your choosen one in custom recovery (TWRP).
Pixel Sounds:
Pixel Audio: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwTHKJQ6CD8abjFhQ05tWE9JR28
This is a flashable.zip ***if you flash this in custom recovery, it will erase all of your previous alarms, notifications, ringtones an UI sounds and replace it with new Pixel sounds***
To prevent erasing original audio you could also unzip the file and manually copy the .ogg files separately to >System/Media/audio/...< using a root explorer.
That's all for now to enjoy the Pixel experience on the Nexus 6.
I hope you like it !!!

Thanks for the compilation. Nice to have it in one place. To let others know. Do not install Substratum Pixel UI from step six if you are on Nov patch for Nougat. It will boot loop. Wait for an update that states it works. It will cause a boot loop currently. Found out the hard way by not reading the comments.
Also do you know how to stop the weather on the search bar from displaying the ?. It will show the weather once in a while and then it will show "?"
So Substratum still doesn't work on Nov patch????? Another question, is the google assistent working on german?????
Substratum seemed to work fine. Pixel ui app is what caused the boot loop.

Thanks for this. Some of the configs I used. I passed on the Google Assistant step, it just seems like too much work and I really don't know if I "need" it. But the other things are great.
Is the Pixel camera app different from the stock camera app? Is this the one that supposedly gets rid of the shutter lag?
It reduces shutter lag and gives you manual brightness after you focus.
Google assistant didn't work for me. is there a link to the latest beta of the google app?

[PORT][APPS]Google Pixel Experience: navigation bar, colors and guide

Google Pixel Experience
Navigation bar
The Google Pixel phones have their own phone specefic apps. Also the navigation bar is special made for the Google Pixel phones. Charles Chow made a guide to port the (animated) navigation bar to your phone. To avoid duplication I make this thread where I will make the ported navigation bar available for diffrent roms for the OnePlus One. I will try to make a version for every new build of the Nougat AOSP ROM.
The only thing you need to do is past the apk file in the SystemUI folder (/system/priv-app/SystemUI). Then give it rw-r-r permissions and reboot your device.
Pixel blue colors
To get the new Pixel colors, you need to install a new framework-res.apk. These are also ROM specefic and are available on the download link, given below. To install the new framework-res.apk you need to delete the old first. Go to /system/framework/ and delete the old framework-res.apk. Now copy the new and past it in the /system/framework/ folder. Give it rw-r-r permissions and reboot your device.
I am not responsible for bricked devices or lost data, which can be caused if you don't make a backup first. Every version is ROM (BUILD) and PHONE SPECIFIC!!!
If you rebooted and the app SystemUI keeps crashing, you can also reflash the latest zip in twrp from the ROM you are working on to restore the old systemui.apk.

Flashable zip can be downloaded here, also the SystemUI.apk and the framework-res.apk are available here.
Flashable ZIP downloads
Flashable zip to install the full Pixel Experience apps. The zip consists of:
- Google Pixel Camera
- Google Pixel Round Icons
- Google Pixel Wallpaper Picker
- Google Pixel Live Wallpapers
- Google Pixel Contacts
- Google Pixel Launcher
- Google Pixel Messenger
- Google Pixel Navigation Bar
- Google app with Google Pixel Assistant (Change build.prop - guide)
- Google Pixel Blue Colored Rramework
- Google Pixel Bootanimation
- Google Pixel Audio
Somethimes it happens that the live wallpapers are not working. The simple fix for that is to go to the folder /system/app/WallpapersBReel/ and install the apk that is in that folder. The video function of the camera app is not working too. This is a know problem with the Google Camera on the OnePlus One.

I am only working now to give some users the pixel navigation bar. But in the future there will come a full Pixel based ROM, which I make together with Evolitist. In the meantime I can say to you that it is not difficult to give your system the Pixel blue accented collors. The only problem is that it asks a lot of time... So maybe for now I can help you with saying that Substratum is a good theme app and there is also a good Pixel UI theme available.

I will try to make a port to that ROM today. I will send a pm to you to test out if it works. If you don't want to test it out, or don't want to have the risk that your phone doesn't work anymore and you need to reflash the rom with the risk that your data is gone. Well, than it is better to wait until I am sure that it works on that ROM you said and then I can share the apk.

Are you able to to get to the Google Now panel by swiping right? The way I read the XDA article about this release of the launcher, as long as you are on a Pixel or Nexus device, root is not required (even though I have root) and it is not required to be installed as a system app.
Quote from the XDA article:
"All you have to do is download the Pixel Launcher that we uploaded below and install it onto your device. It doesn’t need to be installed onto the system partition (meaning it doesn’t need root), and if you already have the Pixel Launcher installed then it will just install right on top of it. Enjoy!"
I have tried installing the new launcher over the older one I had installed and doing a clean install of the the new .apk you referenced and the .apk referenced in the XDA article and I cannot get swipe to the right to take me to the Google Now panel. The calendar/weather widget is working fine so I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Any ideas?

I think XDA post means that Pixel 2 launcher itself doesn't require root to work, but the google now feature still need root access.

Thanks for your response. Some additional research I did (which I won't bore everyone with for such a small issue) also seems to indicate that Google Now will work with the new Pixel Launcher without it being installed as a system app. If it ends up that it does need to be installed as a System app I'm going to switch back to Launcher3, which lets Google Now work without Launcher3 being installed as a System app, and it has some other nice features.

There is a rootless mod version here . However, the vanilla pixel 2 launcher still need to be installed as a system app.

I saw that earlier, I really don't want to do a bunch of work arounds. If I get no other by the time I wake up tomorrow afternoon I'm going back to launcher3. It worked perfectly for me without modifications and I have it backed up with Titanium Backup so it's just I simple restore to get back to where I was. Thanks.
Seems to work out of the box with version 1.2. No work arounds required

Absolutely, Launcher3 version 2.1 works great but I have seen some decreased battery life using it. I like the new calendar/weather widget and the bottom search bar in the new Pixel launcher from the Pixel 2 so that is why I switched. Both of those work great after I installed the new Pixel launcher and my battery life increased quite dramatically, but I can't get swipe right to access the Google Now panel to work. From the XDA article here, the way I read it is if you have a Pixel or Nexus phone the .apk does not have to be installed as a system app for the Google Now panel to work:
"We should note that the Google Now panel will not work if you install the official version below on a non-Google Nexus or Pixel device as the Pixel Launcher needs to be installed as a system app in order for it to show the Google Now panel"
It indicates the same in the install instructions:
"It doesn’t need to be installed onto the system partition (meaning it doesn’t need root)"
There is a modded version that allows the Google Now panel to work on non Pixel and Nexus devises but I have a Nexus so I don't think I should need to use the modded version:
"Alternatively, you can install this modified version of the Google Pixel Launcher by XDA Senior Member paphonb. His version works on non-Google devices and allows you to use the Google Now panel"
Maybe I am just reading it incorrectly but it reads that the unmodified version will allow swipe right to access the Google Now panel.

That's the modded version from the XDA article I linked. I was hoping to go with the official unmodded version but it appears that that is not going to work. Thanks.

I use Magisk for root. Do you know if making it a system app with Titanium Backup will mess up passing the SafetyNet check?

I converted it to a system app using Titanium Backup and it doesn't appear to have affected the SafetyNet status. If Launcher3 is updated to include the calendar/weather widget and the bottom search bar I'll probably switch back as I like some of the other features it offers.
I actually just found that there is a Magisk module called "App Systemizer" that would have probably done what you where looking for also.
guys there is a link to the newest google wallpapers.on this youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=97-4GjMzOgw
i installed them and it fixed the white "G" in the search bar to the multicolored one.
it looks amazing

Wrong times in Now Cards
Hello everyone. The application is installed as a system. Everything works as well, except for the time of the sports cards. Shows my upcoming games with a wrong time zone, not my local time. This happens only on the preview of the football match itself (shows 2:45 PM). When clicking on the card with the additional information, the correct time is displayed (in this case 21:45). See attached images.
Where to search for the problem - in Pixel Launcher, in Google App, or my account? If it matters, I delete the data of both apps and set them up again without success ...
By returning an old version of Pixel Launcher this problem is gone.
What is the best way to get the Pixel bottom Navbar? I see a lot of screenshots with the Pixel Navbar. I'm running Pixel 2 Launcher, rooted.
Highly the final version !!! I prefer to stay for the moment on MOKEE

FirstEver Android 8.1 for Nexus 5 (10-01-2018)
Mod Edit
This is my new project dedicated to all Nexus 5 users!
It is based on unofficial Unlegacy Android Project 8.1 Beta.
I’m not a great programmer, but I know how to achieve my goals.
The goal is to reproduce the Google Pixel 2 system.
This ROM contains some useful tools that can be easily uninstalled.
Before we start:
Please ignore all posts from #1 to #93 because they concern an earlier unfinished Android 8.0 Project.
From now on, the first post is #94. If the moderator can clear this thread, I would be very grateful.
What does UBR stand for?
The letters UBR stand for Update By Recovery.
This is a very non conventional way of flashing - a bit crazy/extreme like me :silly:
This backup does not contain the EFS partition which holds your personal IMEI number,
that's why you can use it on any Nexus 5 phone!
Why you should install this ROM?
+ Really easy flash by swiping only one button in TWRP!
+ Quick Installation (it usually takes 3 minutes)
+ It works instantly after reboot
+ If the phone is not damaged it will always work
+ It looks like Google Pixel 2 from the box (in 99%)
+ It has extra functions that can be uninstalled (Magisk etc)
– It has a 4 times larger installation file than standard flashable ROM
– Other applications from your Google account will need to be installed manually
What's under the hood?
Super Smooth Android 8.1 based on AOSP
Flash Friendly File System (F2FS)
Google Apps 8.1 Installed
[*]Magisk 15.2 Installed
SafetyNet Check Passed
WakeBlock Installed
Google Lens
Google Adaptive Icons
Unlimited Google Drive storage (before 16 Jan 2021)*
True Stereo Sound (Left/Right channel)
Google Pixel 2 Live Wallpapers**
Rounded Screen Corner
Boot time only 20 sec (Power Button to Home Screen)
* Free for Pixel devices - Google can block it in the future.
** Some live wallpapers from Pixel 2 won't work.
Mod Edit
The size of the project is 1.31GB - why it is so BIG?
This contains: ROM (298 MB) + OpenGApps Nano (141 MB) + Other Modules/Mods+ Other Google apps.
After installation you can remove all unwanted apps including Magisk (Unroot).
Please DO NOT uninstall Google Gboard App, unless you have other keyboard app installed !!!
In case you need only ROM (298 MB), please visit this thread Unlegacy Android Project 8.1 Beta.

I also wanted to ask if someone know how to activate Pixel Navbar on Lineage 15.0 - Google found nothing
Pixel Navbar for Lineage 14.1 won't flash.
[OT 1] Google Phone/Messages apps will use Adaptive Icons (it will be similar to Google Maps on my picture).
[OT 2] Is there any new Google Camera / Camera NX app for Nexus 5 ARM (not ARM64)?
[OT 3] SafetyNet Check test passes randomly - do you have the same problem? (Magisk 14.3)
[OT 4] I will try to upload 400GB (my personal images/videos) to Google Drive from my Nexus 5 - LOL
I'm ready to flash this!
Today I got permission from tathanhlam66 to use his Lineage 15 ROM - Thanks!
I gonna try this rom, when it's ready.
Looks great!
Waiting for the zip eagerly.

Are you sure you can include gapps in your custom rom? The last time I read, it was against Google's guidelines.
Excited for the rom, will try it out on weekend.

Oooooh nice...waiting for it
Hope you fix that size issue before the release date
I'm waiting for it
Could you post a build also without any Google app? I'm used to use MicroG in their place and close to no other G app. Moreover, my bandwidth in 4G/WiFi is limited, I can't download such a big ROM. Please post two builds and let users decide what they want to use. Anyway thank you for this work

Magisk Bootloop Protector
Made by R9_lancelot_TRH on Telegram/R9TRH
[SUPPORTS MIUI 12 A11, MIUI 13 A12, UNKNOW MIUI 14 A13]Github page to be aware of updates: https://github.com/R9TRH/MIUIwidgets/releasesNo donation source (warn me if you find it)Thanks @wetito for telling us to use Magisk Bootloop Protector.
Incase anything goes wrong, the module will automatically boot into safe mode so you can remove any modules causing bootloop via adb. (to check if it saved you from bootloop, it usually gets stuck on bootlogo for around a minute, then proceeds to reboot to safe mode, if it didn't, it will just bootloop (and maybe won't get stuck ~1 minute on the bootlogo)
Incase any module fails to flash correctly, or isn't compatible with your device, Magisk Bootloop Protector module will patch a boot image to automatically boot into safe mode incase that occurs.
Just as warned on their Github page, if any module modifies system directly and causes bootloop, it wont boot into safe mode automatically and MBP wont be able to help.
Its still recommended you flash this before all of the package to avoid any issues.
Thanks @wetito again for telling, much appreciated.

i use some of these modules from some weeks, and are very cools! fore miui new widget store i have switched to indosian rom, cause is compatible and can by enabled via customiuzer. nice post bro!!!!
a tips: install chinese app vault carefully. global version is suggested. INSTALLING MAGISK BOOTLOOP SAVER IS HIGH RECOMMENDED. in the past i have bricked my device after a bad module activation. and sometimes recovering system was be difficult
Thanks for telling bro, i learned that the indonesia widgets come from the Global app vault, and with the Launcher mod it installs CN app vault 5 but youre still able to use both of them if you dont want some Chinese language widgets
And the mi launcher even comes with a working bottom search bar that most people really wanted
But for me when I use customiuizer it just says ",Impossible to open... Are you using MIUI?" If i remember
Anyways, have a nice week

For me it didnt, theres lots of Chinese widgets to choose from. It might depend on the user usage of the phone, and the mod installs App vault CN separately from the Global one

ps: MONET UI IS MY PREFERRED

hi, no need for credit I just wanted to share this module I accidentally found
Does anybody knows if any mod works to get rid of the 1GB memory expansion on the Poco M3 Pro (64Gb RAM version)?
I know that in the 128GB I can't add more 2GB.
My ideia is to add more memory in my low end device, but the mod in this thread don't make this, as I expected.

I successfully add zram in gsi by flashing magisk module. you can install delta version or fox manager to manage private repo.

I'm wondering..... Does the module low ram detector fix the bad ram management in miui, or does it only modify the value that apps and settings take.... It proly shouldn't, but worth asking ... Does memeui enhancer help either?

Low ram detector removes the detection in MIUI of a device that uses 4GB RAM so it unlocks the limited features from more higher end devices (like the dock or apps closing animations).
It does not help with optimization however, and is more of a tweak to remove the limits that Xiaomi added under 4GB RAM devices.
MemeUi enhancer does help with optimization, but theres a chance 4GB RAM users dont see a change at the RAM usage, possibly 6GB RAM users too, or atleast a minor change in both, but MemeUi Enhancer can improve your device efficiency and perfomance and personally I saw a big bump of perfomance improve.

Thanks for replying!
One question, what exactly did you notice when you said you saw a big bump in the performance?
I guess I'll root my device then, I'f memeui enhancer can work the slightest against ram management... Plus there's a couple more modules that are listed here that I wanna try

In my opinion, I could notice that it was a bit faster than usual. I might not remeber correctly though, since it was months ago before I broke it and couldnt use it for 2 months. And I didnt do any benchmarking or CPU throttling tests, but I could notice it really helped.
You can do some tests yourself if you prefer.
Also I might update the theme patcher so you can have Super Icons (MIUI 14 features) if you are interested in that, but I cant right now
