Hi i have huawei p8 lite ALE dual sim , my problem is that the phone is suddenly does not join any WiFi network and said ( network access denied ) and i didn't do any thing to it before no roms no root nothing just the last official update the company send to me from about 3 months and after that the phone was working perfectly nothing just from a couple of days it cant join any WiFi network but Bluetooth and 3g are working normally note that the phone doesn't fallen or something like that and thanks

Even my phone has same problem . the wifi is not connecting anymore frome distance ( it will get connected when we keep phone closer to router ) and bluetooth is not working anymore
only way to get this fixed is to take it to the shop. its not software related I had same issue and a few others in the forum had it also. I think they replace the Bluetooth antenna

They replace whole motherboard.
Yup. Chinese phones for you. You need to get it to repair.

Hi, I have noticed that a few have already complained about this issue
I'll tell you what happened to me:
I went on holiday from Israel to Jordan for 2 days.
My Kaiser did not roam as my sim wasn't open for Intl. Roaming so it couldn't find a network.
Also I did not charge it so the Battery went dead.
Following that two days I got home gave my Kaiser a full charge and could not get the network back.
I have done many Soft resets, 2 hard resets & spoken to HTC Help Desk.
The only thing HTC could tell me was to send the Kaiser to the UK for repair as they have not heard of this issue before.
Obviously I do not want to send it as I am sure it's not hardware but something else only.
My Kaiser was perched in the US (made in GB)
Network is Cellcom , which by the way I have tried other Sims in me Kaiser since this happened but with no success.
This issue is very frustrating as I feel helpless regarding this issue & I don’t know what to do

First, try just removing the SIM card, then re-inserting it to see if the phone reconfigures itself. You may have to do a power on without sim card, before you re-insert it.
If that fails, do a hard reset so it goes back to factory default settings, then the inserted SIM card should set up the phone settings properly.

I think this MIGHT be a bug/issue
I had this last week for almost 4 hours. I dont think the network was down but if it was then T-mobile did not state anything anywhere
I had reception all day and then suddenly around 5:30pm, I lost it and did not get it back until late evening

Hi , yes its the same problem
It shows the networks arround but it can't register to them only the !.. icon
This has nothing to do with the network carier as the sim works in all my other phones .

I have THE SAME situation. I believe this is the bug which MUST be solved by HTC! Or at least by someone. I still haven't found the solution. Have anybody done??
Has anyone tried what happens when 3G is disabled (GSM mode)?
I'm having the same problem for the last couple of days in the UK with Orange, but when I switch to GSM (Settings->Personal->Phone->Band->Network Type = GSM) it works fine.

I tried to do that - no result. I have made hard reset - no result. I have dowloaded update WM6.1 from offical site HTC and installed it - no result.
Also, during two days, I calculated at least 20 persons who had this problem around the world. I can not believe that nobody researched this problem yet!

I am also suffering from same issue.
My kaiser drop network at around 5PM till 1 hr approx, it hapeend for a week almost then I update radio then it was working ok, but still its not permanent solution.
Now a days my kaiser leaves network anytime and then it will not connect how hard u try, reset, hard boot, flash anything and after sometime suddenly it works.... magic.
I check sim with other phones its working gr8. but with this phone network gives trouble, I dont have 3G here in India, so its running on GSM.
Please somebody find solution, I'll post if I get any solution.

Did you try with manual selection of mobile network (start->Settings->Personal->Phone->Band->Network)?
i did the network setting and put it as GSM and it works like a champ
BUT
i lost the 3G capabilities. One of the reason i purchase Kaiser is because the 3G capability.
using other Kaiser will give me a full 3G capabilities so i start wondering whether this is a hardware issue or software

I got my Kaiser and from about two days got sometimes problem whit connect to network and to see sim card , its orange network. I put in that simcard to n95 and works exellent but not on kaiser ;/ Need i to change radio ?!
In my room nokia got full network but htc only one point ;/ first days when i got that pda everything was ok .... please help.

I'm not sure what is causing this but I would recommend replacing it if that is an option. For it to suddenly not get reception suggests to me a device fault, rather than reception issues.
If you are within the returns period, take it back for a new one. If not, then it might be worth flashing a new radio.
I found 1.27.12.32 and 15.32 work quite well with Orange.
Have you tried switching to GPRS rather than 3G to see if that makes a difference

So how do you work that one out?
does that mean that local cell is impervious to failure?
T-mobile has been having a lot of problems recently too and the call centre staff are not much use, i havent been able to make or receive phone calls for over a week (i have to dial and 15times before i can get through to anyone) and use my HSDPA properly it keeps cutting on and off, soo annoying!
So better way is give back to get new one , if that happend again i'll possible put in new radio se how is running. My N95 work's well in same place and got avalible 3G :/.

Problem Fixed By assistant from orange shop
3G And 3,5G don't work propertly in my Town in UK.
What Man in Orange shop did is only changed in Band Settings NETWORK TYPE : AUTO to *ONLY GSM*.
He said that some of phones has problem whit auto search proper network type.
Ex. N95 working well whit automatic selection but not my kaiser , sometimes tytn is lost and fully disconnect from network when trying swich to 3G mode.
Now My Tytn is working well but if i whant too use video konference i must swich manualy network Type to AUTO or WCDMA.
So i think my version of kaiser got a bug somewere but im thinking if that is on Radio or on Rom ?

mine is the same, at home I dont get a good enough 3G signal to make or receive calls, so have it on GSM, then if I want to use video calls or www switch it over. hence the reason I suggested it earlier on
Hey guys , just received my RP2 today and out the box i put my nano SIM in but i have no LTE connection at all ... Here a picture of the issue :
I've tried the dial solution [*#*#4636#*#*] but it not workedd ... APN options same .... disable adblocker vpn same ....
I've check the band for LTE connection for where i am ( France ) and its seems to be okay but no LTE anyway ...
Someone have the same problem ? The razer phone 1 had a lot of issues too with network but i've deal with them during 1 year ( it was hard ) but if the razer phone 2 i've take for replacement of the rp1 is worst ,i think my journey with razer is gonna end here ... dont have time for more research on basic smartphones function ...

Same problem here. It works on every Italian band (3,8,20) but sometimes (and it really depends on the tower, as the issue is geo-localized) it connects to the LTE network but it doesn't have connectivity (like you, the annoying X belove the signal).
This leads me to think that it is a carrier problem; nevertheless, so people that work for the carrier itself said that in Italy (and most likely across all Europe, so it applies to you as well) carriers have a list of well-known device manufacturer, LTE will work properly with them (as they are whitelisted) while won't work (correctly or at all) with "unknown" devices. You can easily tell that razer is not a "known" device for those carriers.
First of all, you need to disable VoLTE, both on the device and carrier side (if they have a whitelist for VoLTE as well, very likely). Then you can report us back. Maybe we can try to find a solution together.

Like u have said my device is labelled "unknow device " in my carrier portal , so maybe this is an unsolvable issue ? I need a working phone for my work so i ve send back the phone a few days ago and will replace him for a huawai mate 20 pro model . So i dont need anymore help for this now . I have an issue with my mi 8 Global Stable miui 10. One day it stopped working the sim, calls and data. Suddenly the wifi also didnt work anymore. And I still havent unlock the bootloader. So I started looking everywhere, tried a lot of methods and stuff but none of them worked because the bootloader is locked.
And worse. I did a hard reset trying to fix it, but it got stuck on Mi Account to activate device, so I cant pass this because it cant connect to internet on any way, wifi or data connections. I try turning on Wifi but it disconnect by itself.
Please somebody can help what should I do?
(Once I could connect to wifi and finished the set up, but when I tried to add account to unlock bootloader, on developer options, the sim still doesnt work at all, and so wifi's,because I had to turn it off)
i got a dead phone on my hands...

That happened to me this vacation, I had the phone in warranty so it went to the service center, no reparation was possible so they offered me a refurbished phone instead.

I have a Chinese K20 Pro with unlcoked bootloader and running india firmware 10.3.5.0
Previously I had Huawei Mate 10 Pro working with VoLte flawlessly. but my K20 Pro VoLte option was not present in the menu so i searched a little bit and find following code to re enable the option *#*#86583#*#*
After enabling the volte, to be sure that if it really works, i tested avalablity of internet data when i was talking to someone and it was ok.
But from 2 days ago there were several(if not all the time) that when i got a call or when i call someone just seconds after connecting the connection dropped 4g volte icon disappears and mobile signals goes grey with cross icon on it and after just a seconds it turned on again, it was like i pulled out the sim and insert it again.
I have not any problem if i turn off volte option and i was almost sure that the problem is some incompability between my phone and operator volte but i tried something else too, i switched the sim from sim1 to sim2 and with volte on i don't have any problem so i got confused do i have hardware problem?
Any idea?

Yes, it's working fine last week. I will try swaping cards. Maybe it's a software related, updated to last beta from xiaomi.eu on saturday. Problem arrived after that.

Please swap the sim cards and test, it is almost 2 days that volte on sim 2 is working ok.
Edit 1: it is almost 4 days that i use my phone with volte ON using sim 2 no call drop no problem, can anybody confirm the same behaviour?

I switched to sim 2 after reading here a few days ago and the problem seems to be resolved.
Before I had to restart the phone in about 2 days, because I just stopped hearing the person who calls me. Or switch to 3G. But to use VoLte again I had to restart. It just happened every other day...
Now everything seems to be fine... with that problem.
I still have the problem of not being able to use the Google Assistant to unlock my phone and can't turn on location history on Google maps.
I guess it's because of the Chinese ROM.
Anyway thanks for showing me a way to use VoLte less struggling

Glad that it helped, but it is strange problem
By the way i didn't use chinese rom, i am using indian rom which is almost the same as global rom but the device by default was from china and was running chinese rom, my theory is that devices came from china have some incompability with the bands or volte with other countries...
Volte disappearing and data & voice calls get disconnected.
I bought my k20 pro last month & last week all of a sudden volte got disconnected & appeared again.
Then after few moments my friend called me and all of a sudden call ended & I saw No network on the screen & after a few seconds volte was enabled again automatically.
At , First I thought it was just data or APN problem.
Then the things got worse when I was playing PUBG game and volte disappeared again and same thing happened again and again every 6 to 7 minutes .
I am frustrated of this , can you get me out of this mess , can you tell me what should I do to solve this issue

It seems nothing we can do about this, just disabling volte solves the problem.
My guess is that K20 Pro modem is optimized for China's cellphone towers so volte is not quite compatible with other countries. it is just my guess.
