I have the XT1058. Mine was locked to AT&T, but I unlocked it with a code. There is some bloatware, but most of it can be disabled without root. The only thing I had to use root to uninstall was the AT&T address book. It should pick up LTE just fine, but I'll let you know for sure later tonight. I'm not in an LTE area right now.
LTE works great.

TMo version on AT&T, LTE

Quickie... Since TMo version is missing some of the LTE bands that the AT&T version has, will this affect it's operation on ATT LTE in the near future?

Note 5 sm-n920c With cricket Wireless?

Anyone have Model sm-n920c on Cricket or AT&T? I see that with them they have 2g/3g/4g and LTE plus many more bands than MetroPCS. Does the note 5 get better signal on Cricket than Metro??

Yes I have n920c on cricket. Works great. Gets LTE. Metro runs on T-Mobile. I only get edge coverage here so I can't test LTE on metro.

On Cricket do you get good Signal? I have mine on Metro and the LTE is good but my signal is mostly 2 bars in most areas.

Stupid question

Is there any chance that this phone will work with Verizon?
Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
I believe it depends on the version of the phone and which bands it uses vs Verizon's
No. Verizon is CDMA. This phone is GSM only.

Tmobile USA P30 Pro users.

Does carrier aggregation work or not? I doubt it but thought I'd ask.
Cheers

It HAS the option under more in the Mobile Network and it is turn on. If it is working I don't know. I have an L04 from Telcel Mexico and I am in Puerto Rico using T-Mobile. It doesn't connect to Band 66 as it should., it only connects to Band 2 and 4.

Well one way to find out is to run an Ookla speed test using LTE using TMobile sim. Then compare the speeds in particular download Mbps with a branded current TMobile device.
