I think maube for smaetview on stock you must use smartmirror, samsungconnect, copy related permissions and multiwindowpolicy.jar. from a certain rom.
I am not 100 percent. I have a version with it working on ours. I will check and see.

I am not so sure it's a user procedural error because at least for me, it's crashing and throwing "has stopped" and "keeps restarting" errors upon execution. So I'm not thinking it's the procedure (it's just not that difficult to follow) unless the procedure is so specific that the littlest thing done wrong causes the crashing. Unless there's something I'm not understanding.
I think it was a specific variant of the app apk if im remembering right. I will look tonight
well maybe one of you can make it work since apparently it is something complicated

I don't think that's quite right bro I'm just a vessel lol
so first thing i found was that there is no way to control background data. there is an option call ultra data saving mode, but when you click on it or toggle it it force closes

I have never paid attention to the background data stuff, I'll look into it, but till then, go to developer menu and disable whatever u don't want running. Or under applications.

Actually now I think about it, I recommend boot manager module in Xposed. U can control what u want to start running at boot.its amazing

There's no bootloop. Flash the rom, the edge, then the Mina kernel the SuperSU zip then encryption breaker.

It can't be the j700t specific twrp has to be the one I have listed the general twrp for the j700; It sounds like u didn't flash Mina kernel bro

i got it up it was a rookie mistake i was flashing min as a zip instead of the img.thanks for the quick reply i apreciate it, and its all good im using the rom as we speak

Awesome happy to hear you got it booted... Yeah I forgot it would prob work on the other twrp too. Thanks for the reminder bro some of the ROMs I have been working on need the one and some need the other.. depends on what you're working with. Bugs: 2 calling apps, 2 contacts apps- Only one of each works, calling app on home screen works fine, the contacts app that closes is the one that doesn't work. Simply disable them and worry no more, they will be gone in beta.
Samsung Messages- force closes, some framework probs, haven't had time to fix yet, disable and download android's native messaging application(its way better imo.)
Toast @ boot- a quick toast whenever you boot the phone says "not allowed MM6.0" it doesn't seem to affect anything at all, just visible at boot for a split second. Its something mapcon related and it follows the very first boot with a text stating your IMEI. Again doesn't affect anything. If anyone can find a fix for this please share i welcome the help.
Xposed- Xposed is installed but it is my first time pre-installing xposed and i left something out, so when u boot up, you have to allow it to update via installer; OR Alternately, flash wanam xposed 87.1 zip during install right after rom before 1st boot.
Theme Store- it had a dumb bug so i deleted it.
That is it, and these will be fixed asap. None of the bugs listed interrupt using this rom as a daily driver

Pretty sure it will work fine, our roms are interchangeable..just make sure to back up via twrp of efs, radio, modem, and radio img just to make sure...

I have seen that as well. When I push the call button. I assumed it was part of the phone bug....also if you try to edit the shortcuts on the apps edge panel it will force close. It does this on the dream ux rom as well but I had found a way to fix it.....don't remember now but I think it was something as simple as a permission.

I would like to know what happen to (locking my apps) from my woman ..... red flag help asap lock app does not work and where is the private mode dag boss man ..... is there another quick fixes to fix the small problems with this rom ????????????????????????

Not much apps that I had remove like Microsoft apps, some gapps, samsung apps. Still got some bloatware that you can remove manually. So far I got no lockscreen delay.
Alright, I have tested your custom rom and I have a few things to say.
- Wifi doesn't work
- Status bar only shows one sim
- Dolby ATMOS works, would like to know where and how you got it so I can try it on my stock ROM
- How did you completely remove knox? I would like to know this also cause I can't use private browsing in the samsung browser or the s health.
Previous firmware was from a deodexed russian nougat stock.

Thank you for the effort, I will try to test your next release.
The dolby soundmod is just the next best thing ever.
I retried to use the rom again to do some further testing, it seems that bluetooth is working but wifi and cellular data is not picking up. The no encrypt zip still does a 5 second delay when unlocking the phone with a zip or a pattern. I suggest not flashing the zip.
As for the knox, particularly I want to remove the knox version which can be found inside software information. I have already removed apps that relate to knox however Samsung internet still gets stuck in "importing data to secret mode". Completely removing it might solve this issue and probably to give myself a peace of mind..

INSTALLATION
- Download the rom zip at link above and place it at ext sdcard.
- Boot into TWRP and wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik/Art, System. (3 x)
- Flash the zip rom and wait the process until done.
- Reboot to system.
- Wait it boot succesfully. ( it take about 10 minutes).

*switch from screen capture to screen recording option in the quick notification panel
*in the alpha D kernel, there is an option to switch on wifi calling in the network settings. Is it possible to have that in this rom too?

I'll try to make option for rebooting for next update.
Screen recording mod will be take much time. Currently it not in my planning to make it.
Wifi calling is related to firmware base and location. I don't think it work globally.

The prerequisite for flashing my Rom is Full wipe.
If u Dirty flash . Its on you!
Installation Instructions:
Option 1
- Format data
-Advanced Wipe - Wipe everything except efs, extsd
-Flash my Rom (Choose Aroma stuff carefully. Its different from other Roms- Those Debloat options are to remove. Not Install!)
-Reboot
-Setup the 1st Boot stuff.
-Reboot to TWRP
-Flash CSC
-Reboot.
-Done
Now encryption in your phone is removed!
Option 2: A select few users cant boot the Rom
Since Encryption removal script is causing bootloop in your phone. We will skip it for now
Steps:
- Format data

-Flash my Rom (Choose Aroma stuff carefully. Its different from other Roms- Those Debloat options are to remove. Not Install!)
-Choose No root Option
-Reboot
-Setup the 1st Boot stuff.

-Done
-Encryption is still intact.
Option 3
Corrupted Zip File
I used heavy compression on the Rom to reduce its size.
So while Copy pasting some error may have occurred in your Phone or PC
I will use light compression from next time to prevent this issue!

works on all Exynos S7 Edge. Dont Flash Modem and bootloader if your Model is something other that F/FD

It has Exynos chip correct? I think It will work on Korean Varient. Since I havent tested I cant say for sure. Just Dont flash Bootloader or Modem.

Doing RC is quite troublesome. I Cannot make RC without 3 to 4 RC devs.
Making RC is not a problem. But everytime a new base comes out I or RC Devs have to redo all the mods, Which is a problem.
Its like a small company cant do bigger things without backup lol

-Stock - Doesnt change anything. Keeps stock TW Launcher

This rom for international s7e only , korean variant has different cpu so it wont work at all , i guess its snapdragon not exynos

I havent tried downgrading modem as it doesnt create any issues.
If you have doubts u can just skip modem installation. Oreos roms works perfectly with nougat Bootloader and modems for now.
If u are never gonna use odin and always use custom roms then you can upgrade modem now. U will not face any issues in future.
If u plan on using odin. U better wait for someone else to confirm this.
I will upload a flashable modem zip for you in case u want to flash modem in future and choose to skip it in Aroma.
