I just got home from work and I'm getting the same error. Google cache can pull the site up, but I still can't download the file. Maybe too much traffic? Hopefully someone who downloaded it can post a mirror.
EDIT: It's downloading for me now.
EDIT 2: Downloaded it and uploaded to my Google Drive. Here's a link for anyone having trouble:
https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1qgcJXgnk3ExWXT3D9VBjPM3gNFP4hCb7&export=download

This file is working because the others give an error in the installation.

No idea, haven't installed it myself, it's still pretty early on, I'm in no rush and am OK waiting for it to become more stable personally. Just trying to help those who wanted it.

update link

I can not install this with the same error !!

There are just boot.img and system.img in lineage.zip.
You cannot install it by twrp.
fastboot?

does our twrp not have the ability to flash .img files?

I would steer clear of this rom for now until we have a *fully* working TWRP. Currently flashing an A/B OTA will break things, not to mention you probably don't have firmware on your other slot, so you're risking potentially bricking your device.
Trust me, I'm the one who got Lineage running on this thing. Wait for a bit, there will be a thread with more information soonish.

Thread closed. OP please PM me once things (TWRP, workaround) are fixed.

While flashing I'm getting the error that the zip file is missing system.img, I checked the file and it was there, redownloading now and will update.
**Update** Redownloaded, MD5 Checksum matches source, still having the same issue.
Just finished flash
Not that I was expecting anything different but no obvious changes.

If it fixes all the bugs related to this phone I wouldn't have minded if it was released in January

I was waiting for 5.0.1 with my 4.4.4... but i don't know if I switch now.
And here is the ota zip file!! ??

I am going to do a complete wipe and reinstallation to ensure the best chance of working.
We are good to go now. Manually flashed and it worked. Appears the issue is with Windows Technical Preview. Thanks!
You can flash/root with the Wug toolkit too.
I can connect to corporate wifi now. At least one bug is fixed for me.

I haven't done this in a while, do we need custom recovery to flash or can we flash this with stock recovery. I am completely stock with just an unlocked Bootloader.

Android N preview flashable zip

Is it available? Or it is too early? thanks
I would really love it if we could get this.
The Nexus 6P already got it.
hopefully someone's working on one. If I knew how I would.
Android N Developer Preview OTA image - it is official flashable zip. So, we need someone who grub this OTA link.

i used twrp to flash the N boot.img and system.img, since twrp flashes img files now. and i ended up dirty flashing it over pure nexus. took about 4 minutes.

If I want to flash it as my primary I would have done it when it was released.
I want to test it as a secondary rom using MultiROM.
It supports only flashable zip.

This is the same file name and size as the link in the OTA thread to go to NPC56P from MMB29V. Not that I doubt you, but are you sure that this will install as is as secondary in MultiROM?

What's the point of those two threads you created? There is already a thread for MIUI7 and things related to MIUI. And why a second thread for Gapps? Its exactly the same link as the link you provided here...
And MIUI7 for the Nexus 5 has been out for some time. I just don't understand why you made a thread for this, there is already one.

Ah, Okey... well I think it won't really make a difference. Soon or later this will turn into the same thread. Probably turns into a "ask for help thread" because there are always some newbies asking for help who just don't search in the thread for the same questions. ( nothing wrong with newbies, don't get me wrong )
Is this the stable one or developer version?
Developer version.

Yes I did and it runs pretty well for a Dev version, just give it a try if running into some small problems isn't a big issue for you.
It's good enough for a daily driver.

i cant install this rom with twrp 3.0.0.0, already tried cwm recovery 6.0.4.5 but the result is still the same. which recovery do you guys use?
the error is::
mount: no partition named "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc. 1/by-name/userdata"
target: Android/aosp_hammerhead_fp/hammerhead:6.0/MRA58K/6.4.21:user/release-keys

Maybe flashing the factory image with fastboot will solve that partition problem. I used TWRP 3.0.2.0 to flash MIUI7. Don't forget to unmount the /system partition before you flash MIUI in TWRP, because if you leave /system mounted you will get an error. I hope this will help for you. (You can also try to wipe /data, /system, cache and dalvik-cache instead of flashing the factory image and flash MIUI7 with the /system partition umounted. If that doesn't solve your problem I suggest you to start clean with flashing the factory image and try again with my tips. Don't forget to make a backup of your important files because if you use the automatic flash process with the factory image it will wipe your whole internal storage.) Good luck :good:

I do also have this error. When I rebooted after the installation. It just worked fine
Probably it is just some problem in the script. Let's see if MIUI will fix this
Btw, I recommended you to use RACER kernel with this rom. It is such a good combo

Same here, the installation eventually finishes after ~15mins but then phone gets stuck at google logo with TWRP claiming no OS is installed. I'm using TWRP 3.0.2.0, tried CWM 6.0.4.5 - same thing happens.

You need to flash a MIUI Nougat firmware before flashing Lineage OS. You'll find all the links in Lineage OS thread if you read the instructions carefully.
Wow, fast reply. A lot of guides seem not to mention this. I'll let you know if it works.
Thanks
EDIT: All worked. For anyone who needs help, these are the links i used:

You don't need to flash whole rom. Flashing the firmware it's enough. You can find TWRP flashable firmwares here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5/development/tool-flashable-firmware-twrp-easy-t3474898

twrp gives error 7 when it is unable to write to the system partition.
check in recovery if you have mounted the system as read-only.
twrp-->mount-->check box at the bottom.
