About CyanFOX
- CyanFox is a free, community built distribution of Android 4.4.2 kitkat which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone and to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

- Well, as i dont have ubuntu, i can just port, but it clean ROM
- But still its fastest KitKat ROM as far i used on my vibrant

Screen Recorder doesn't work. And the ROM bugs out when you are trying to multitask. ART stays enabled, but it isn't helping much.

There are no any noticable bug, maybe little hidden, but its stable and battery friendly ROM

I would like a voice recorder in the next build if possible. Can I flash it from another KitKat?

Allready have them, thanks! The rom is good, I did a full whipe before installing and I'm impressed it definitly is smooth, I cant seame to find the custom lookscreen wallpaper but it's ok, I'm installing Facebook now to see if it has contact sync hach (if it's not there I dont mind). Great work dev, do you have a banner I could use at my profile to let the i9300 know of this wonderful rom (I dont have a job now case things arent good on my side but I'd like to help in anyway I can)

Core is just playstore and basic app
Standard is most common apps
I always flash core and get rest from my backups or playstore

Isn't it supposed to be a setup in the beginning? I didn't get a setup. Also the first thing I experienced with this rom was LAG! LAg in the launcher RIGHT AWAY. Also lagging when typing in numbers on dialer. Also recorder is low fps, and the battery is garbage.

first Srry i m being rude ..
But if u donot know how to flash a rom and then saying it has LAG and all then simply donot use this rom ..
1. our build is personally tested before releasing it to public
2. u need to flash Gapps to get Setup
3. do a flash with full wipe
-- know kindly don't spam thread!

I did wipe everything before flashing rom including dalvik cache and system.

Getting this error when I tried to sign in with my Google Account. I tried Banks Core, Banks Standard & Standard Kitkat Gapps. What should I do?

It's preety smooth here man, maybe you should search for mega whipe script for s3, sometimes when you come from touch wizz or lower android versions the system files are in the wrong place so a full whipe dosent work. search for megawhipe in s3 forum, it completly deletes the rom you have and lets you start fresh!

I'm using Banks Core and o issues...go under wireless and networks > mobile metworks > acces point names and see if the default network APN is the right one, if not choose the right one or create it and implement the settings manually

This was the Lollipop Rom that I've used the most, glad yo see it Marshmallow based

1-cpu temp remains 58 - 60 *C

Sir i found few bugs in latest nx rom 10.1
1. Charging led doesn't work if screen is on
2. Launcher force closes if press back button from app drawer
3. Can not edit mobile no. in settings>>Sim Settings
4. Data connection not showing in status bar

1. Install LightFlow, it works fine for me.
2. I install Apex Launcher and works fine.
3. I edit my mobile number from phone (system app)
4. Data connection is showing in my status bar.
I did a clean Rom installation.

To all the uninformed Android users out there: Android Marshmallow does NOT display the Up/Down arrows for data connectivity.
If you want a workaround, use Internet Speed Meter (Check it in the Play Store).

But internet seems to be working normal. BTW i m using redmi 2 prime 2014818 . i am using two sim cards one is airtel and one is bsnl

try these ---- regularly updated, worked with all the roms i've flashed (5.1.1, 6.x) + individual apps may be selected for update/replace default ones
though i have not tested this one

use nxgapps which is given in nxrom.us site...bcoz it makes some modifications so that the cm rom looks much more similar to aosp rom....

Chroma is a lightweight AOSP ROM focused on battery, performance and stability.
The philosophy of Chroma is to stay relatively close to Google's stock Marshmallow with the additions of essential features that should have been included with stock Marshmallow as well as providing the most up-to-date security patches.

Instructions
1. Download ROM, Gapps and put it on the SD CARD
2. Boot into TWRP recovery.[ IF U WAN TO USE SPROUT8 THEN USE TWRP 2.8.X]
3. Coming from a different ROM? Perform a factory reset using TWRP and wipe /system in Advanced wipe. If you're upgrading from Chroma ROM, proceed to dirty flash (nandroid backup before flashing is a good idea)
4. Clean Installation: Flash ROM, GApps
....Dirty Flash: Flash ROM, no need to wipe
5. Reboot and enjoy.

Ah, Chroma was the best ROM I've ever used on my Nexus 4. Glad somebody is compiling it now, I was about to compile it myself when I got time..

Sorry for double posting, just a heads up for @nazmul.rr, the Chroma's boot animation doesn't seem to be included on your build. Please check your chroma vendor tree (android_vendor_chroma) and make sure that you have included the chroma bootanimation from the prebuilt folder to the makefile (products/chroma_sprout8.mk).
EDIT2: SuperSU doesn't seem to be included, it should be (I've been using an official chroma build). You really need to check your vendor tree to match the official ones. I could do it probably this weekend.

I think Layers Manager need to be installed from Play Store, that's what I did when I was using Chroma on Nexus 4

I checked your Stock Recovery but I'm not able to see the correct paths in it as it doesn't extract properly. You'll have to post your stock boot.img
Also I would prefer the peformance mod as the Dolby Audio gives some issues.
I can build ROM for G531F but it would be better if the ROMs of G531H work on your device because they've development nd MOds, a lot of them which might start working on G531F.

No but he is trying to make one for us.

tested by me. ROM looks to be good, ram is good, battery is good too. but camera bug is present when make manual focus with flashlight on back camera, its from cyanogenmod, right?
everything else is looking good. thank you @Has.007

Man this ROM it's cool, But you could leave the stock camera i don't like the cyanogen camera plus always is bugged and anyone can't fix it, sorry but you fuc**d up this great ROM with that camera....

Man dont blame him he did a good job. Its up to you if u dont like cyanogen camera then change back to stock camera its easy to do so. Good luck

I'm uploading for xcu it'll be available in half an hour. Don't worry there won't be any bugs except the camera flickring on focus, you can use other camera for that.

Welcome. Yes that's a source bug in all Cm12.1 ROMs for our device. You can use Google Camera instead or Moto Or HTC camera nd the bug would be gone.

Yes that's right. I suggest you to use Open Camera from Playstore, recently tried it nd it is quite good.
