Lockscreen topbar?

U know when lock screen the taskbar on top doesnt remove.How can i hide it and how ?

i dont think its possible, since i have had my SGS i had ran about 30 different ROMs and the notification bar is always there.

It's possible. In Launcher pro there's a setting for it

Don't think launcher pro affects the lock screen though.
I know you can hide it if you're using widgetlocker.

badge icon

hi how can i add apps for badge icon in huawei home ????
in new update for instagram it added in badge icon in home setting

If you mean the application icons then i want to know as well, instagram had its icon updated but it doesnt update for me stays the old one

look, when i have notification for caller or email we'll see number of them like balloon
but only for some apps i want to add apps like telegram in this option
when you swipe out in screen>>settings >>> badge icon>>there is some apps
how to add apps there?

you can't add apps...if you want the notification icon you need to change the launcher (for example nova prime)

so why instagram added this option?
so should be a way to add apps in apps development

I don't use instagram and i don't know what this function is but, maybe, instagram devs want support huawei launcher... if you are a dev you can try to understand the huawei launcher and create an app that enable notification for all installed apps

Q: How to change Oreo rounded icons on mate 10 Pro?

I am using p20 Pro icons on my mate 10 Pro. But lots of app shapes are rounded. I think its about android Oreo. Is there any way to change their icon shapes like emui stock mask?

emui-theme-editor. you can change a lot of things, but you need to download and start using a theme downloaded, not installed. I use it on my mate 10 pro and it's fantastic ?

I already have it. I just want to change third party software icons. Because i love so much this P20 stock icons. So when i change the icons for example Whatsapp, İnstagram, Twitter, PLay Store etc. I have to import them any another iconpack which i already installed. This time icon sizes are different from stock. bigger or smaller

Camera shortcut on lockscreen?

Hi, I used to have the camera shortcut on the lockscreen but now it's suddenly gone, how do I get it back?

dunno what you've done, mine is still there... Are you using a 3rd party launcher/ lock screen

Lock screen changed? Even changing to a different one from the Huawei theme store can remove this shortcut, you need to pay attention to the themes and lock screens.
And as the other reply, using 3rd party apps can also hide this.

Dual App with another launcher

Hi everyone,
I have a small problem when changing the default launcher. If I change the stock to another one (nova or lawnchair) I lose the dual WhatsApp app. I only can see one shortcut to WhatsApp so I only can use one.
Has anyone change the launcher and have two apps??

Firstly delete the dual app and try this... Switch to lawn chair or nova then setup the dual app from scratch and your second shortcut should appear.

Use island app for dual application , it is much better than default one. U can find it on playstore

It seems there isn't that issue on eu rom

Ok, i intended about changing launcher, not about dual apps. Maybe some update can change this issue. Are you in Nova's beta program?

Yes. I can change the launcher. But the dual shortcut disappear. Even if I do it before or after changing the launcher.

i m using nova launcher and also using 2 facebook accounts.. u can try this trick. keep the smart sidebar option on and select the dual app in it..it will show no matter whichever launcher u r using..

You can try this. Lock the cloned app in memory on recent apps. Now change the default launcher to your favourite one. And that's it. You can launch rhe cloned app from recent apps whenever you want.

I have Samsung S10 launcher enabled as default launcher and still using both WhatsApp easily .
For any launcher , Enable dual WhatsApp in side bar , u can also set as floating window
Go to Settings > convenience aid > smart side bar
in side bar settings choose a both WhatsApp and cloned whatsapp

This is just a workaround. There should be no issue accessing cloned apps outside default launcher in the first place.
