i using custom rom 8.1. When i flash stock rom via mi flshtool i can't connect to wifi. It shows wifi but after entering pwd it shows only saved. Can't connect at all.can u explain procedure when flashed stock rom.

I found the culprit.
The reason here is to lose 'baseband'

did you try flashing the modem.img through fastboot?

Edit: I solved this problem.

I skipped Checked Device in the program and I solved wi fi issue

hi there i am new here , just some question need to be ask or else it will never be solved .Here how it goes , got a phone from a friend that he said he dont want this phone and he give it to me , when he give it to me i am quite sastified with the conditions but one thing he Lock the phone , Not network lock but phone lock to prevent acess to it. when i ask him do u remember the password and he dont remember . so is there any way that i can remove the authorization in it ? please guide me through as this my first PDA phone.

I was install email.apk ported from SGS II, but forget backup original email.apk from I9000XXJVO.

i had a boot problem , and i have result it by Jtag option. but the problem is that the version of android after Jtag is 2.2.1 , and i wanna use the 2.3.6 for my galaxy mni s5570
i try to update via odin but i got the same old problem of boot ! so i need to use another time jtag ...
have u any solution for that ? i try Kies but he give me a message

Search on samfirmware for you right firmware! Use the 4-packet file on odin not one pack! Make sure debugging is on your device!! Good luck never had problems with odin while flashing!!
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda premium
1. go to samfirmware.com and download latest firmware and flashing program for your device.
(i using XWKT6 baseband)
2. after downloading, open Odin, choose .ops file, extract firmware from archive, and choose files in odin (BE CAREFULL WHEN CHOOSE FILES!!)
3. put phone in download mode (home + vol down + power)
4. put phone into usb and click start in Odin, wait untill PASS message (~3-5 min)
5.thats all
extra:
now you can install clockworkmod recovery and flash custom rom.
if you need more details, you can tell me
You need to flash firmware that has 4 files, APBOOT must be included.

First downgraded
Then flash stock ROM
And use cwm zip go to cqm recovery then use other zip file

the galaxy mini is a single SIM device and the one in the photo have two sims..
check that the problem isn't from your SIM card if not then flash stock rom from sammobile.com

is the device locked to a network provider?
and can you check if it is a hardware problem? check it as my mini got a similar problem and i changed the network antenna and the problem gone
