Problem in cut off sound - Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018) Questions & Answers

Anyone here had some experience about A8+ sound? I have same experience with both a8 (i bought it on march 2018) and a8+ (I'm using it now). Sounds that come from both speakerphone and sometimes earpiece sometimes cut off periodically, especially when I'm on charging while using the phone (make a call or playing mobile legends)

[Q] Humming disturbance in earpiece after ICS upgrade

I have recently noticed when I made my first call after ICS upgrade, at high volume during a call, there is slight disturbing humming with the voice of the other person as if something is vibrating inside. My note has never ever fallen from my hand even on my bed or sofa, so there's no possibility of any physical damage. Or could it be that the quality of earpiece speaker is really low that it starts giving such disturbances after some time. Also I checked from the service menu the dimmer option which gives constant beep sound from the earpiece speaker, but there's no disturbance heard with it. Anybody else experienced this?

Samsung Level U Pro - BT Headphones - Wow

Picked these up on Amazon for £70, main reason was level app gives all the function and tuning sound to suit plus the two speaker per earpiece design.
Cut to the chase stunning sound. I am picky with around 10 pairs of headphones ranging from Sony, Beats to AT. Also an ex audiophile coming from full on active Naim Audio system. Reason for mentioning that was the way Naim exerts grip, control, detail and ease rarely phased.
This sums up the headphones, never experienced this sort of deep controlled taut bass on headphones coupled with a clear midrange- normally one ruins the other.
The sound level when you attach the right size buds is shockingly loud - at max phone and headset zero distortion.
Plus you get all the notifications and crap s voice. Can take calls not tried says has two microphones.
Negatives, neck surround it very hard and stiff, ear buds do not totally seal and on my set BT occasionally disconnects but worst of all an ongoing BT skip every 15 - 30 seconds.
Hope I can solve the connectivity as even my cheap mpow have zero BT issues.
All that said an awesome headset.
Update: Reset the level U and unpaired, then repaired - all sorted NO BT connectivity issues, also have my Gear S2 and Car BT connected this morning.
Wore it to work, forgot I had it on as it was just hanging on my shoulders, realised when it vibrated (notifications).
Tried a few call, very good, I prefer to use it with 1 earpiece, mic quality (has 2) seems very good to the other party.
What about battery life?
Not really timed it but on a full charge 6 days ago have had 5hrs use in the app still shows more than half.

Hi
I have the samsumg level u pro anc . In my opinion i can say the sound is not the best
is normal like any other device .The anc version sorry to say this but it's garbage and the Uhd I don't see a big difference when is on or off . I had many bluetooth headsets and i can say for my the best bt headset was the motorola s9 a real HD sound after that the s10 and s11 they didn't have a sweet sound
btw. I have stuttering too I don't know if it's the headset or the samsung s7 .
I hope samsung gives a fix for this.

Bought this unit today and paired with Axon 7 Mini and instantly hated the sound and volume level.....of course i was driving away from the store and just had to try it. I immediately put the headset on my center console in my car and left it till i finished up my other activities and didn't touch it till i got home and downloaded the Level app from the play store. Pulled up reviews on amazon, and Headfi and saw people raving about the sound quality, put my laptop down and started going through my settings on the phone players(Neutron,Poweramp beta, and built in ZTE hi res player)......then setup Samsung Level app and changed the silicone tips to a set that fit my ears perfectly and then .....DAMN ! These things DO sound amazing. The quality of the drivers is beyond what i expected and the volume is just perfect....I love to crank it up,but my ears have been damaged through playing in live bands and crazy loud car stereos, and the volume was loud but not painfully so....These are keepers and sound great with the Dolby Atmos turned on. My two cents .....great deal when you find these now for $39.99

Hissing Sound from Earpiece in Mi A2

I am experiencing a high frequent but low volume hissing sound from my earpiece. Especially at night, when the environment is very quiet, it is noticeable. I guess it is somehow related to the proximity sensor, when I cover it with my finger the hissing stops und when I release the finger it starts again. But it can also start/stop completely randomly. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I am on most recent software (August 2019) but the issue is present since I have been using the phone in June. (Phone is completely stock, bootloader locked)

Question S21 Ultra Microphone Background Noise Cancelation too aggressive on speaker calls

Has anyone noticed the background noise cancellation when using the speaker microphone is too aggressive in a VOLTE or video call? Any time I lay my phone flat and step > 3' away and talk out loud at an angle that is not directly pointed at the phone, the receiving party complains that my voice is too low or cutting in and out. It happens with multiple video apps but is less prominent in Duo. I wanted to see if anyone else has been experiencing similar issues. This has been happening on 2 different devices after my first replacement.
Using a case or skin? Don't obstruct the mic ports, they tend to be very small.
Maybe just be the design, a setting or a firmware issue (hopefully Samsung will patch if so).
Been a wet dog year for Android and Samsung...
Yeah, i have tried without a case and the problem still exists. I think the audio processor for the Mic inputs may be too aggressive or not tuned for my voice. After looking at similar problems with other devices, I think the solution lies in the location of the audio configuration files; particularly in system/vendor/etc/audio_effects.xml and audio_platform_info.xml. I'm not too familiar with editing configuration files on a non-rooted device. Is there any way to modify some of the config files to play around with the stock noise suppression?
Try disabling or covering one or more of the mics.
Eventually Samsung will probably roll out a firmware or software fix

I understand this isn't the correct place for my reply but I just bought two phones one came from Samsung which is the S21 Ultra 5G but the other is the Samsung Note 9. Both new. Every time I try to talk to someone with my note 9 they say they cannot hear me. So I have to Culp the phone and my mouth as like making a sound tunnel, if you will, from my mouth directly to the phone and they are able to hear me but not sure how well. So if you find the solution I'll keep and eye out so I can hopefully fix my problem
Historically, Samsung is known to switch to the top mic for speakerphone mode, and lower mic for handset mode sometimes ... Maybe try speaking into the top mic and see if the noise cancellation is still aggressive.
