But it only shows me the information of a SIM1 .. I want to make the changes in SIM2, someone knows what happens, greetings friends.

need urgent help my xt1103 every time I dial it appears "call ended" and then drops the carrier signal when I go on the menu * # * # 4636 # * # * and place "only lte" I can send sms and navigateon the internet but still not make calls, I think the problem is in the band based on the frequency of data, my carrier is VIVO, other operators appears only "no service" already installed customroms and stock in other countries but does not solve, flash other radios and still going, someone can discover what is it? or me through the original radio and baseband nexus 6 xt1103 and how to configure it?... Need a lot of help here in Brazil does not have support for the Nexus 6

Sometimes this works for me. Power phone completely off. Wait a minute, then power back on.
Hi, guys. I installed OmniROM 5.1.1. There is no normal engineer mode on our phones. How we can change bandmode of GSM? Of cause, there are EuroBand, USABand and etc... But some frequencies don't work in my region, for example. What're we be able to do in this case?

If your phone is destined for your country region than why you asking about this? Device should automatically scanning for gsm band which is supported by your operator and connect to closer signal tower. In hidden menu (on stock firmware) MAYBE you was able to select frequencies per band, like 850/900/1900/2100 but phone normally do this automatically after modem starting (booting phone or turning off airplane mode).

Edit: I attached application from I9100 CM (of course full credit for team CM) which working on Ace 2 LP ROM, so should working on S3 Mini as well.
Try install as normal app or push to system/app chmod 644, reboot phone.
How to use?
In dialer type:

Go to DEBUG SCREEN > PHONE CONTROL > NETWORK CONTROL > BAND SELECTION > AUTOMATIC (scan all available frequencies) or choose one from WCDMA BAND (900/1800/2100) or GSM BAND (850/900/1800/1900).
Don't know if change's are saved after reboot.
MI 5 with latest lOS and latest firmware.
In the Netherlands MI5 doesn't support all the LTE bands . But in general it doesn’t give many problems. Only on the country site it’s sometimes difficult.
However it's strange that I can receive no LTE at all if there is only one SIM card in my phone. I tried everything but H+ is the best I can get. Even if I change the settings in * # * #4636 # * # * I can’t use LTE.
Anyone a solution?
And yes, I know. Just put in two cards and the problem doesn't exist.
Greetings,my mobiles Network doesn't show any 4G signal it shows E,H and cannot be used since I'll updated to 12.5.1,and yet I'll already change my simcard to my others phone,it works and the network are perfectly fine but when I'm switching my sim card back to my redmi 9 device it's still have the same problem

Try typing *#*#4636#*#* into your dialer and trying to turn on 4G that way if it's off.

if this method is not working, install force lte app then set to lte only option...
