[ROM][TMOBILE][S7_SM-G930T][Oreo Rooted] - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveri

I created a new ROM with WifiCalling: [ROM][TMOBILE][S7_SM-G930T][Oreo 8.0 Rooted][WifiCalling]
ROM last updated: 9/24/2018
Introduction:
HUGE thanks to the guys that got this going like root & figuring out hybrid stocks! This thread here is just my take and customization on what they already did. Ultimately, I wanted Oreo rooted & modded, but I couldn't find a single guide. And the ROMs that existed weren't exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something exclusive to Tmobile. So I did a ton of reading and compiled it all together into a HOPEFULLY easy guide to follow. PS If you like Samsung bloatware, this is NOT for you!
Description:
EXTREMELY debloated! Nearly bare minimum, while still retaining hardware functionality. Eg, Samsung Gallery & Camera exist so we get 4k recording, and there aren't errors when we pull up the Gallery to edit, etc.
Everything possible I replace Samsung with Google
Solid ROM, very fast
There are very few options in Aroma to limit issues & repeatability. There are many options once booted up after initial setup
If you hate Samsung SW and just want a solid working ROM with very few install options to get you up and running this is for you.
Aroma installer layout is a little wonky, apologies (If anyone knows how to fix this please chime in )
This will delete all of your data! This is the only way so don't ask. Backup your data!
Features:
Optional Tmobile Apps
Optional Google Apps

Meant no offensive at all, I assure you. Did I completely misunderstand the point of the xda community? I clearly gave you credit and didn't say I created this from scratch, rather pieced it together, literally what every Dev here does. I am not doing this for money. I mentioned & thanked you, which is probably how you found this thread. All I am trying to do is give back to the community. I spent a TON of time going through guides, updating what I found, creating a guide, and testing this - I didn't just rebrand it.
That said, I did use part of your work so I'll give you the choice: can I use part of your work and allow the xda community to benefit, or do you want me to remove your segment & Lanc app this comes with?
Btw see the post above yours. And shouldn't this chat be on PM? For reference, what I used from you was your apks so I didn't have to redownload & retest them and aroma script for a starting point, but the script is 90% different at this point.
Again, I did not mean to offend, but please let me know if I have your permission. Thank you

Good news! We got @Lanc-City 's blessing to continue to use his base ROM & LancControl app. This XDA community is AWESOME! Don't forget to go and check out his original Mod'd ROM: Project L s7 Google/Samsung Oreo Rom CRF1

VoLTE icon fix
Not sure if this will work for everyone. Download System UI Tuner by Zach Wander from Play Store. Once in menu, go to TouchWiz, scroll down to IMS VoLTE Icon and toggle on then off. I did not apply the fix that you have the link for above, and I was able to uninstall the app and the icon does not come back.

Hey, I am trying to use your ROM but after I flash the zip file and finish set up with Aroma and reboot, I get stuck in the boot screen where the rainbow colored X symbol is spinning. I followed the guide exactly so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe my default options in flash fire are not correct? All the boxes in that screen are unchecked. Should I mount /system read/write? I just hit the checkmark and flash. Also I did hit Install Root with Interactive Governor, if that makes a difference. Any help? Thanks.

Copying/Pasting PM I sent you for others, and added some things:
Did you let the "rainbow" sit there for at least 10 min? (It should be 3-5 but who knows.) Are you soft-bricked in your current situation? If you start again, at "Install Stock Oreo:" does this at least restore your phone back to stock Oreo? If so, then try again and proceed with ALL the remaining steps again, CAREFULLY reading the instructions again & again.
Also, what phone model do you have? And I admit I haven't tested the CPU governors in the root script ; I ALWAYS chose none - I'll remove those options in the next version since I have tested them and there are plenty of CPU overclocking options once booted inside the ROM.
If you are able to restart this process and get stock Oreo back, AND chose NO CPU governors in the root script, maybe you want to either try "NO" to Google & Tmobile options just to make sure you can get Android booted- If it boots fine, then try the ROM again and pick Google and/or Tmobile to isolate any issues (things that are breaking)
Have you used ONLY what I provided, such as ODIN (version is important), etc?
Re Flashfire: Default options should be fine. The ROM script will set all the partitions, mounts, permissions, etc.
Good luck!
*Above response I guess is for overall troubleshooting the ROM, if any issues present themselves.
On another note: I'm actively working on this ROM as time allows. Trying to ease the install process, correct some issues, further customize, & improve...

So I did let it sit for a long time, maybe like 30 mins, but nothing happened. So I tried again from installing from stock and repeating each step. I'm using the odin files you supplied. Same thing. I was using install Google Apps and No T-mobile apps, and interactive governor for both situations. Stuck on boot animation screen. I did not try the options you suggested above since I eventually got it to work. So while stuck on the boot animation screen, I just ended up holding the Vol down, power and home until it rebooted and said entering recovery mode and let go before it went into download mode. From there I just wiped data, and cache, which may not be necessary, and then rebooted, and everything works. Thanks.

That's odd since the installer does exactly that. But I added this to the guide. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the tutorial. Deeply appreciate the effort you put in foraging the resources and putting all the pieces together. The rom works great and all but I can't seem to get the lockscreen to display the wallpaper. It's just black lol. The adaptive clock works however. Would be grateful if you could drop a fix for this.

(Not sure why I didn't get an email from XDA for this post.) Mind walking me through the exact place this setting is? Here? PhoneSettings->Lock screen and security->Clock and Facewidgets->Clock Style->Select a style for "Lock screen" tab at top->Done? (Im able to get these to work)
BTW, Im glad you found this thread resourceful! & Im working on another one, which will be better & more original. Takes a TON of time!

Hey i have two questions, if i'm on oreo already do i need to flash base? And, does this need an unlocked bootloader?

Your stock oreo should work without issues but I always flash his stock firmware just in case(it's smoother too I think). And no, it doesnt require an unlocked bootloader.
Oh and happy modding

There are a couple ways an installer can work for custom rom mods like this: start with base then remove everything we don't want. OR: delete everything then add in what we want. This rom happens to work with the latter method. You can see why the base would be so important with the first method. (Because if we don't start with a given base then we can't predict the results because we don't know what u froze or deleted). Regardless, for expected & reliable results, I would always start with an Odin flash of stock for a rom like this. Roms like this are different than vanilla AOSPs because we strip what Samsung & tmobile brewed up, and we often then refer to it as a hybrid- as opposed to vanilla aosp which would be google only & only Samsung for drivers, etc. Hope that helps.

Btw I'm working on another rom with tmobile wifi calling working. I had to start from scratch, literally to get it working. Btw I'm curious if anyone else got it to work after the fact with a custom rom. If so, PLEASE chime in & let me know. Thanks!

This may be a stupid question, but would this method allow the installation/modification of any system files while keeping official status and remaining unrooted (i.e. something like Viper4Android)? Or does it just enable the manipulation of system files that are already present in the stock rom?
Either way, awesome work! Looking forward to trying this out.
You have made this phone great again. This runs great!

Did everything to a tee, but cant get wifi calling. I can live without, but it is nice.
It activated after a resart.
Jrkruse can you make one for the s7 flat or explain what I need to do
I asked this in another thread but..... is there any way we could get any of the sound mods to work? Or maybe an edited sound file that helps make the audio better? I loved my sound with the mods but hated the way the phone ran with root.
FYI.... SamFirm has VZW Nougat files for Odin now.
Also, what about White Pages Caller ID?

No viper requires an init.d script to run which those simply wont work without root.

Yes this may be a possible
I figured out how to get the boot recovery files. Is the VZW TMO hybrid files s7 edge exclusive or can it be used on both s7 phones
Could you implement the Zero Camera modified bit rates as well in this rom!?! (https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/themes/zero-camera-mod-v1-0-increased-bitrates-t3439870)
you have a donation coming for sure my friend, keep up the awesome work!! What is your paypal link?
Thank you!
I installed this method but substituted the Verizon Nougat CSC file.... Still worked like a charm, except for Samsung Push Service keeps force closing.
Can we root this?
This is amazing. I was getting some annoying lag once I rooted but since my main reason for doing it is ad-blocking, this is perfect!
If we don't want to use VoLTE or WiFi calling can we just omit that step?

Samsung push service gets deleted in the install. Did you updated apps or let apps restore. It shouldn't be there. You can still use package disabled pro to disable apps. Download it and disable Samsung push service if it's still there
You can also download from playstore and reinstall if you want it
Does the OTA have to be taken first or can this be flashed over MM?

Method B
Use Odin to downgrade to 6.0.1 then flash zip with flashfire.
Download
I'll add more screenshots tomorrow
As of right now, even with the custom ROM, there is no root, correct?
I installed it, and every time I boot, I get a System UI has stopped error.
@NateDogg1232
Did you wipe?

I even did it again using the default recovery just to make sure.
More screenshots
Please, upload more screenshots, I would like to install this rom but I do not know if I really have any problems when using it, as it is in terms of speed, can it really be used now?
@RaghebAlama
Sorry I am having problems uploading more screenshots (used all my data this month)
I'll be sure to do it this evening when I'm on wifi.
I've been running this for a week now and haven't had any issues yet
But after the above comment you might want to grab full Odin updates as well, just in case you need to recover
@NateDogg1232
What method did you use to install?
What device do you have?
I would recommend going back to stock and giving it another try.
I apologise tho, I tried to get a few testers this time but never find any. It's hard to test every scenario with just one device
I used FlashFire from actually your first GPE ROM.
I have the J320A
I will reset from stock and try again as soon as I can and try again.
Whether it works or not, though. Thank you for your work on this phone
I bet that's it, I'm not sure I tried to install from v1.
Can't think of why it would fail except maybe if goodlock has files on your sd and this systemui is trying to use them... If you want to test that just pull your sd, because wipe already did your internal sd
I'll test it later this evening
[EDIT]
Nah wasn't that, it was a mistake by me. Two actually.
Testing a quick fix now. And I'll upload a full fixed Rom while I sleep
[/EDIT]

try to explain in detail the installation process since 7.1.1 the eng_root does not detect it ODIN if it is not in .tar format, after installing the Eng_root, you have to start the normal cell phone and then the second.pass with the Install.bat ?

I fixed the systemui error and another popped up, sigh... ill let you know when it's fixed.
The only way to install this currently is from 7.1.1
@RaghebAlama
Eng_root is a tar. Flash it with Odin.
Your phone will stay on the logo the entire time.
Then just run the bat...The script waits for your phone, copies the required files, then it flashes the original kernel back and reboots.
easy peasy
... and it really does work installing this way
Sorry for the delay. Uploaded fixed version, OP updated
Alright, this looks AWESOME. Will try it when I get time. But about the root problem: I don't know if nobody's thought of this, or if I don't know something you do, but to get root for this, couldn't you add Magisk-14.zip (or another root method) to the queue in Flashfire, or include it in the install.bat? Flash the ROM then root, then reboot to system? I've tried to install Magisk before on stock Nougat with its new way of installing, which is flashing a boot.img that Magisk Manager patched, but Odin always failed on Operation: Write. I was going to go back to Marshmallow to try flashing a ROM and Magisk with Flashfire.
Hello. Can I get permission to make a version for j320fn/f/g

Odin will not install a custom boot image on our device.
There are other ways to install the custom kernel, but our bootloader will not allow it to boot.
I can install SuperSU, but our selinux policy will not let the system load. The way I know it's rooted tho is that I can get a root shell thru adb, but that's useless since the system will not fully load... We need a new permissive boot image (engboot)

Root [TWRP + Magisk] kills device Security :: Pin/Fingerprints broken

Hello XDA, I'm going to keep this short and sweet - I was able to root my device using the TWRP + Magisk method and some online guides. I believe after experimenting and flashing over the weekend, there is a bug, race condition, or something that prevents bio metrics and security from properly working on the Note 9.
If I set a pin, as it's required for me to add my fingerprints - when I later try to unlock the phone, the device will say the wrong pin. Deleting the cache, reading guides etc will only get you in a bootloop.
I'm in a state right now where I'm rooted with no device security, as adding a pin will effectively brick the device until flashing with Stock Android again.
_______
I was able to root last week Friday. I didn't bother setting a pin as I was happy to have root. Yesterday, I decided to go ahead and set my pin and soon enough, was prompted to use it to disable security.
I really thought I had mistakenly confirmed a stray character in my pin, and after toying, researching, and flashing my device over the weekend, Ive come to a crux where I could use some expert assistance.
Some guides I used had links to an RMM disabled or some ****, another guide had two zips for a different type of disabler. I'm not linking them, because apparently none of them work, but I believe this is where the problem lies. I think one of the zips is to remove the OEM Integrity Check or some **** Samsung wrote to secure the device. One of the packages I flashed took all those packages but nothing has worked.
Setting your pin during setup, or later in settings yields the same results - you will lock yourself out until you flash Stock Android to restart the process.
We're almost there guys, just need to be able to lock my device like a normal cellhpone user - thank you

Bober, first of all thanks for taking YOUR TIME to respond - as a senior member I feel like we can make progress
No, my phone is not encrypted - there is no lock when booting up, just the Stock Samsung animation
I do not use any system encryption or anything like that. I’m a hardware first guy, and use a suite of my own private encrypted cloud software
I played with my Note 9 before I rotted cow TWRP + Magisk - all tutorials out there mentioned flashing various encryption/security zips which I have - I think those zoos are geared for Knox
After you root the phone, you cannot set any type of biometric security or pin or you will be stuck in a bootloop/lock loop as the device is unable to authenticate your pin

ive never seen this. what firmware are you on?
have you tried to download the very latest and completely wipe your phone? use samfirm tool 0.3.6 do dl the latest.
fill up all the slots with the md5 files u dled with samfirm and flash using odin( in csc slot use csc.md5 instead of home_csc.md5.)
go dl
magisk zip:
https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/v19.2/Magisk-v19.2.zip
and apk:
https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/manager-v7.2.0/MagiskManager-v7.2.0.apk
ketan oem fix +root
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=281291
once back on latest stock firmware root again using twrp 3.2.x.x tar
flash it with odin but go to option and uncheck autoreboot
and flash twrp.tar in the AP slot.
once successful, manualy reboot phone to recovery( dont let it boot to homescreen! so hold vol up + Bixby +power
once in twrp swipe to get in recovery. go to wipe button and Format ( type yes) and go to reboot button and choose reboot to recovery
once back to recovery go again to wipe button and choose factory wipe.
once done flash dr ketan oem and root zip. ( within the aroma setup of that zip choose yes to both option for root and kernel)
once finished you can now flash the latest magisk.zip as dled earlier.
now reboot and setup your device. once done you can install magisk manger .apk that was dled earlier.
Bober, I did your steps exactly as described and used the links you provided and got it working w/ Biometric Security
I've flashed my phone like 20 times so the process took like 15 minutes max - this was also the first time I flashed all the files in the firmware download. Other guides out there tell me I only need to load the AP slot when flashing for this phone.
The "ketan oem fix +root" is the only security/system level zip I flashed using TWRP - besides looking like an early 2000s rootkit, the Terms of Use had an old version listed and said the binary was from 2015
I couldn't take screens, but everything went well when I checked the version
Thank You so much - in the future, will this root method hold for the life of the Note 9? Like when the new Android after Pie is released, will it be as simple as
1. Backing Up Phone
2. Flashing Android 10 Stock via Odin
3. Reflashing TWRP and Rooting
or is there a more streamlined approach to this? Thanks mate

actualy the root method that dr ketan created is just a way to bypass an issue that not all phones have(rmm state aka binaries error when booting.
but technically the method should be;
flash twrp, format, reboot again to recovery and flash official magisk .zip
you can also rely on rom developpers to flash their version instead of stock android via odin. this allows you to not always have to go through the twrp/root procedure each time and also rom devs include nice additional features.
anyways glad i could help.

Swap Back and Recent Apps Buttons - Magisk Module

Thanks to the efforts of @Tulsadiver, we now have a flashable Magisk module to swap the back and recent apps buttons, so you can have the back button on the right.
(Extremely useful if you're used to Samsung phones! Or other phones where they give you an option for this...) Modified from a version that worked on some Pixel devices.
There are actually two modules here. One just swaps the nav buttons, the other ALSO gets rid of the camera and assistant shortcuts on the lock screen.
(It was something else Tulsadiver was helping me with, and just combined the functions into a single module.)
If you just want to get rid of the shortcuts, I'm sure there's a way to poke around the module files and remove the button swapping stuff.
Anyway, I hope these help someone! And again, all thanks go to @Tulsadiver!
EDIT: Since I installed the newest security update, the module that made the lockscreen shortcuts disappear doesn't seem to work anymore. But the button swap still works! If you can figure out how to get the lockscreen one to work, do let us know!
I thought there was no twrp or ways to flash files for moto g power and stylus yet though. How would a flashable file get installed?

There is no TWRP yet, as far as I know. But things can be flashed via Fastbootd using ADB.
Check the rooting thread in the Moto G Power Guides forum.
There's another thread over there that talks about how to get the bootloader unlocked, too.
Good luck!

Try this if you like.
Warning to those who want to still try this. I really wanted to swap my back and recents button so i gave this a try on the latest android 10 update and it caused my phone to bootloop constantly. after every bootloop the phone asks you if you want to reset all data on your phone or retry booting again.
its very easy to wipe your phone by accident. I almost lost everything after this bootloop. Luckily i found a way to boot into twrp and flash a magisk recovery app that let me run a terminal command from twrp and control magisk and have it disable this module.
after that i was able to boot my phone with no issue but i almost lost everything so heed my warning and dont try it on the latest rom unless you get your hands on an updated version.
here is a link to the magisk recovery for those who end up in the same situation as i did. it saved my rear from nearly losing everything on my phone.

[ROM][OneUI 2.5][TWRP] NcX 2.5 for A71 [SM-A715F]

NcX 2.5 A71 ROMPretty straight forward, I took OneUI 2.5 firmware, debloated it and added a few features which can be found here: Link to MODs
My plan is to make this the best version of OneUI 2.5 with more features and fixed things (my mission is to fix Secure Folder in the near future) Fixed
Anyway, let's get started.
Code:
Your warranty is now void.
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about flashing this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you. HARD!
Features!
TWRP Included
Full OneUI 2.5 features
Debloated
Added camera features
Dolby Atmos without earphones
Optimized
Edge Lighting fully enabled
Secure Folder fixed
Smart View fixed
Samsung Health fixed
Samsung OCR service
Bugs!
Secure Folder broken (will try to fix later) Fixed on 2.5.1
Samsung Pass broken (because of knox 0x1, duh) Removed from ROM, it will never work.
Bug with AOD brightness when you use fingerprint unlock method. This bug happens when you have AOD to always show. If AOD is showing, then you turn the screen on to only show lockscreen clock and then turn the screen off for AOD to show, the brightness of AOD will reduce to the most minimal and it will be hard to see, regardless of what brightness you set up. There are 2 ways to getting rid of this bug:
Disable unlocking phone with fingerprint
Unlocking your phone and then locking it again. This will only fix it until you trigger the bug again
Fixed, clock animation removed.
You tell me
Changelog!

PrequisitesMANDATORY ALWAYS: SD Card. It IS possible to have it on internal storage but ONLY if you are not encrypted. If you are encrypted, then you will need to FORMAT DATA and that will delete everything in your internal storage and you won't be able to add it back to internal storage with TWRP because MTP is broken. For installing 2.5.1/2.5.2:
Installing and following NcX 2.5 installation steps, as well as its prequesites
TWRP Installed (included in NcX 2.5)
Download multidisabler.zip (link: From Telegram Group (also attached on this thread) and add to SD Card or internal storage
Download Magisk zip installer to your SD Card or internal storage
For installing 2.5:
Update to bootloader U3 (either install OneUI 2.1 or OneUI 2.5 fully with Odin), otherwise you will have problems with camera
Fully unlock bootloader. I don't mean just turning OEM unlock on in developer settings , I mean FULLY unlock. If you didn't know, Samsung changed up how you unlock the bootloader on newer devices like this one. @topjohnwu gets a little more specific here: Explanation but I'm going to quote the important stuff to FULLY unlock bootloader:
Unlocking BL on modern Samsung devices have some caveats, so I figure this would be helpful.
Allow bootloader unlocking in Developer options → OEM unlocking
Reboot to download mode: reboot and press the download mode key combo for your device.
Long press volume up to unlock the bootloader. This will wipe your data and automatically reboot.
If you think the bootloader is fully unlocked, it is actually not! Samsung introduced VaultKeeper, meaning the bootloader will still reject any unofficial partitions before VaultKeeper explicitly allows it.
Go through the initial setup. Skip through all the steps since data will be wiped again later.
Connect the device to Internet during the setup.
Enable developer options, and confirm that the OEM unlocking option exists and is grayed out. This means the VaultKeeper service has unleashed the bootloader.
Your bootloader now accepts unofficial images in download mode.

Download Magisk zip installer to your SD Card or internal storage
Download multidisabler.zip (link: From Telegram Group and also attached in this thread) and add to SD Card or internal storage
Instructions!For installing 2.5.1/2.5.2:
Reboot to TWRP
Flash NcX 2.5.1.img or NcX 2.5.2 as "super" image in TWRP
Reboot to Recovery
Format data if you are coming from Stock ROM. If you are coming from NcX 2.5 then you don't need to wipe or format, you can just skip this step.
Flash multidisabler (this is required always)
Flash Magisk zip (optional)
Reboot and wait patiently
For installing 2.5:
Reboot to download mode and add AP_NcX 2.5 A71 in AP on Odin
Uncheck the Auto reboot option in Odin
Flash
When it is finished, force a manual reboot (keep pressing VOL - and Power buttons together)
Immediately when phone reboots, boot to recovery mode (VOL + and Power button)
If your phone was unencrypted before, just do a normal wipe. If your phone was not unencrypted before, do a full data format (Go to WIPE option in TWRP, select FORMAT DATA button at the bottom and they type yes on the keyboard. This will completely wipe your internal storage so be sure to backup and photos, music, etc... you have in internal media.)
Flash multidisabler to ensure you do not get encrypted
Flash magisk (I don't know if this is mandatory, I would fully recommend it though)
Reboot and wait patiently

How to report a bug/Ask for a change
Over the small amount of time I've been doing my edits and shared them with the community, I've noticed something that seems to irritate me. I can't speak for all the developers on this forum, but I do edits/ROMs/PORTs/etc... to what I like. I don't work for anybody else but me. I share my work because it may have something of value to other people and/or some people may share the same taste as me on regards to what they want on a ROM.
That being said, that doesn't mean I will completely ignore what the community has to say.
First and foremost, it must be said, I am merely a beginner. I do not claim to be a professional developer that knows how to add everything, I am nowhere close and I learn as I go.
There are ways to ask for something and/or report a bug when it comes to ROMs, and this post is my attempt to try to explain how to (and how not to) report a bug in order to help me out as much as possible to try to fix something
You can also ask for something to be added, but there are also ways to ask for something
So, here we go
Keep in mind:
I do not add stuff that can easily be downloaded from the Playstore
I, myself, don't do kernel edits
I COULD remove stuff if NOBODY uses it
---REPORTING BUGS---
How NOT to report a bug:
"SystemUI (or any app)is crashing, please help!"
"Instagram doesn't allow me to edit my post, what could be wrong?"
"My bank account app is not letting me do such thing"
These posts are sort of pointless as they only state something but I have no context on what could be causing it. Also, I can't really control (for the most part) third-party apps, so if you're going to ask about them this way, don't even bother
A slightly better way to report a bug:
"I clean installed the ROM and was working fine, after I installed Facebook and logged in, I immediately uploaded a photo and SystemUI started to crash. Can you look in to it?"
"I tried to install Black Neon theme (a link to it would work as well) and it was working fine until I tried to activate AOD (or anything else for some reason) and SystemUI (or any other app) is crashing, could you look in to it?"
"My bank account app doesn't let me take a screenshot of my accounts. I get a toast notification saying "Can't take screenshot due to security policy"
As you can see, this provides a bit more context and explanation on your current situation. This gives me a little more detail on trying to replicate the problem and hopefully could fix it by replicating it. Well, except for point #3 which is out of my hands for the most part (I think). If you include what kernel you're using would make everything better! Also any significant change that would require root (like xposed and or anything that modifies /system also needs to be informed for better results)
The BEST way to report a bug:
LOGCAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please learn the ins and outs of a logcat, this really helps a lot on finding what the problem is. Also, please give a brief explanation as the above examples when providing a log cat
---ASKING FOR STUFF TO BE ADDED---
How NOT to ask for stuff:
On your next update, add iris scanner
You should add (app) on your next update
Hey, please add (app or feature) on your next update
No, I do not work for you. Even if you say please like the third example, that doesn't mean you're being polite. It still sounds like an order lol so you should probably rephrase your request.
How to ask for stuff to be added to my work:
Would you be so kind to add (feature) to your ROM, if possible?
Would it be possible to add this app to your ROM?
Please, can you add (feature) to your ROM, if it isn't much to ask?
See how politeness makes everything better? You're not demanding it, you're just politely asking to see if maybe it is within my grasp to add something. And if all request would be like this, I can assure you I'd try my best to add said feature
I hope this is useful to you or I at least hope that some people read it.
If not, I can just tell you to return to stock ROM, probably better than any ROM I put out anyway
Enjoy guys, keep on the lookout for updates. I plan on adding more MODs and fixes

If you've already rooted, that means you have fully unlocked bootloader and it means that you can now freely install my ROM.
I installed it, it look very good. Its a big timesaver also. I used to root this device in a time comsuming way. This rom is very easy.... Very nice work!

Are you getting to boot animation?
Were there any red messages in TWRP when you were installing?
