I'm currently using lineage OS with twrp installed. Can I install the latest MIUI rom via twrp? It would be a great help if some could help me with this.

Search in Q&À thread, this question has already been asked many times
A sticked thread would be nice, I just bricked my device because the MIUI site instructions are so poor.
Clean install :download fastboot rom-download mi flash tool- flash the rom with mi flash tool and there you go.
Dirty install: download recovery rom - select rom with updater app- reboot to recovery from updater app et voil

Cant return to MIUI from LineageOS

Wipe everything
Install global developer zip file
When reboot, twrp says no OS installed
Help pls
if the recovery method of flashing the full rom fails, then you have no other recourse except to flash via fastboot method.
take note of this "Please wipe all data in Recovery mode if you want to update to a discontinuous ROM version, or downgrade to an older ROM version using MIUI full ROM pack. If you upgrade from MIUI Stable ROM based on Android M to MIUI Developer ROM based on Android N, please flash it via Fastboot update. Recovery update might cause upgrade failure."

Did you just tried rebooting to system after flashing? I also got that error "no OS installed" in TWRP so many times, but rebooting to system with no problems at all.

Unmounted system before flashing ROM .

The reason is, that you can't flash OFFICIAL Chinese (Developer/Stadle) Rom with cusom recovery (TWRP). But you can flash anything esle. Like Lineage OS. If you want to use MIUI Rom, you have to flast a Xiaomi.eu ( developer or stable) rom. NOT OFFICIIAL CHINESE !!! If you prefer Official Chinese Global rom, you must download a FASTBOOT rom (not recovery) , and flash it in fastboot mode, with MiFlash.
instead of beating around the bush, why not follow the official procedure of flashing an official miui rom
if you are coming from a custom rom, as specified herein?:
http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
When can we expect official RR for mi max 2?
It was already available for redmi note 4 which is having the same processor.
You have to wait for custom Rom until miui release the kernel source which is must have to develop a custom one. please be patience...
If you flash rom with out error, Even no os installed warning, you can boot into system without problem.

Problem with LeEco Le 2 X620 MTK Chipset/EUI/TWRP/

Hi,
I had a problem with EUI 5.9.028S and i decided to install twrp and another rom to my Le 2. After a great effort i managed and i installed EUI 5.6.014S version..Now i have other problems, every time who i turn on wifi the device download the newer version of EUI,but when rebooting to recovery (to finish the update) shows up the twrp recovery and stops there,i try to install by twrp the update but the device does not turning on (or stucks on logo or turn on and off all the time). Now i don't know what can i do,i want to remove twrp and return to recovery of the device but i cannot because i don't have the zip file who need to do this and i don't know how to do this.
After all of this i'm thinking, if i remove the twrp and get back the recovery when the system needs to update the device will turning on?
The EUI version i'm using is only Chinese and English.
I cannot find nowhere official EUI in sites(all are out)..

You can flash the stock rom update using Twrp 3.0.2-0 . But first you need to know the directory/name of the downloaded rom file.
Or you can flash back the stock recovery . Then u'll have no root and no Twrp and possibly no google services(if that rom update is latest version without google).

I'm sorry if I'm annoying but i don't know many things..
Do you mean i do this before the update or to do this to return in another version of eui?
Now the problem is you are stuck at logo/turning off , which usually can be solved by factory reset.
There's a possibility that the stock rom doesnt boot up because of Twrp installed.
Might be easier to just download and flash the Cuoco92 rom , it has google preinstalled so you won't have problems with google apps.
Now,my device working with 5.6.014s and is just fine..
I want to find this zip file: 1513574960_FULL_S2_PLUS_S2_PLUS-CN-FN-HEXCNFN5902812161S (but i cannot find it) because and this working well..
After that i want to remove twrp and install the stock recovery of the phone but i don't have the zip file for recovery and i don't know how to do this..
I don't want to install other rom but thanks for your responding and for your time..i
Appreciate it??
https://devsjournal.com/download-letv-official-stock-rom.html#Le_2_Pro_Stock_ROM
Le 2 and Le 2 pro using same rom.
I know because i try to install this file,it's not the same..with this file(le 2 le 2 pro) the device stucks and not turning on..
Can anyone help me please!!!!
I found download page for official stable Eui offline package, all models.

You might have to flash gapps package ,use this gapps for AOSP/CM roms:

Put the phone in fastboot mode. install the official firmware 23S.
(you do not have twrp running since the kernel version is higher than in the firmware 14S)

Is there any person who can help me with custom recovery and root?

Can anyone please tell the the following things, or redirect me to appropriate tutorials:
1. How to install custom recovery:
- I have question about slots, because some ask to install TWRP on inactive slots while some ask to install it on both slots.
- How to backup the stock recovery, everyone asks to reflash stock recovery in case of any problem but no one told how to backup the recovery while you are on the latest firmware while the firmwares available for download is too old.
- Do we have to install custom ROM on active slot or inactive slot?
2. Install Stock ROM after the phone is running a custom ROM
- Is it safe to flash the stock ROM using MiFlash tool if I want to go back to stock? because the only available firmware is from 2018 and is codename jasmine while the phone's codename is jasmine_sprout it will not cause any problem right?
3. Is it safe to use the All in One tool or shall I do everything manually?

For instaling twrp and custom rom.
You have everything you need here on xda, you just need to find it.
This is the best thread for newbies:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2/how-to/guide-how-to-flash-custom-roms-stuff-t3876375
Just as an overview:
rom and twrp are flashed to inactive slot. For eg if your current slot is A, the rom and twrp will be flashed to B and this is why you need to change slot to B after flashing them. Then optionally you can flash gapps, kernel and magisk and they will be directly flashed to B.
Note:
order of flashing is rom>twrp(change slot)>gapps>kernel>magisk

If you're already rooted, then just flash the correct vendor from this thread according to your region. Then clean flash any android 10 based rom.
