hi all! i've bought a xiaomi mi charger for my brand new mi mix 2s and when i attach it to it's own power (or via usb to my PC) sometimes and fully random the charge stops for less then a second, no flash blinking on the charger so it's not going under protection status... i have the original mi mix 2s cover on it but i watched the only couple videos i've found on yotube about the charger and there was no problems... anyone can help? the mi mix 2s rom is the latest (miui 10 global stable v10.0.6.0)
Have the same problem even without case. Charging stops and I can hear a beep also the led is blinking. If I move the phone it starts charging again

i found that setting the phone (with case) "perfectly at the center" of the charger stops this hiccup charging, but right now the phone is getting warm as it charge is it normal?

I purchase 5 weeks ago a new (sealed) Mi A2... last week the phone in use, just turns the screen off, and only blinking a white light indicator.
I tried with changing charger and cables, perform a reboot, etc. nothing happen.
Any suggestion?

I have a comsol dual wireless charger (15W per side).
There is a green light that flashes when a device is charging on it.
I noticed that my partner's Google pixel 3 will stop charging when it gets to 100% (and the comsol goes solid green).
However my Mi 9, the comsol will constantly flash to indicate charging. Even hours after hitting 100%.
In the morning the Mi 9 is very warm, and the pixel is cold.
Has anyone experienced this before? Am I damaging my Mi 9?

Dude stop using that thing and get the version especially made for the Mi 9
Of course you are reducing the life span of ur mi 9 battery that way.
Plus in first place you shouldn't leave it charging at night .. like why would u do that? You only need 1hr to fully charge it in the morning before leaving. (like 1:38 with original wireless charger)

Hi, im starting to get nuts with this phone. I had android 11 and later flashed android 12 beta 1. When i tried to rollback to android 11 the issue with the fast charging started. When tried to flash android 11 via miflash tool an error occuured lije some kind of disconection when flashing. Had to buy an EDL authorization to flash again and the problem was solved! Back again on android 11.
However phone lost the fastcharging issue... Keeps connecting and disconnecting the charge. I tried to flash other roms (official, xiaomi.eu stable or weekly) but the problem remains.
I also reached the battery to zero and i felt more speed when charging but very far from the normal values...
Tried with a 30w charger but the problem remains. Its not either the wall charger or the cable. I only use the original one.
Any sugestions? Thanks
Hi. Same issue here. I've noticed after the last security update, Super Fast Charging stopped working. It's taking my Mi 11 about 1h20min to fully charge. I have never flashed any ROMs. Fully original global version.
I haven't found anything on the internet to help solve the problem.
I've found this though:

Fast charging on my Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is not working since one day, I've the original 18w charger and the cable that included in the box. When I tries to charge it shows 5 hrs to charge from 30% to 100% and it shows only 400-600 ma. But, when I tries to charge with another cable it works fine except fast charging. Also file transfer absolutely works fine and I've also tried to connect USB flash drive using type-C OTG adapter it works flawlessly. Is it the USB cable issue or what? If someone knows please reply me. My device is Redmi K20 Pro (India) and I'm using 12.0.6.0 Global Stable rom, Android version is 10...

to check turn on fast charge setting in power management
Hi all, i have a mi 9t pro with broken screen. Before to order replacement i want to now if it works: when i connect it to a powerbank it seems to charge but i have no idea if the phone works. Is there a way to see if the phone works before to replace the screen?
Let the battery die. Then plug in a charger, press the power button and see if it vibrates. If yes then your motherboard is good.
