Well there is no direct way(other than root). However if you set the battery saver to automatically start at 5%,then the led also switches on at 5% that is if you dont use the battery saver much

[Q] LED Notification CM10 i9000m

Hi,
Im running semaphore's 2.6.5 JB kernel with CM10 stable rom. The issue is that when i receive notification the notification led/capacitive button light works. The problem is that it wont turn off until i turn the screen on myself. I feel that it drains the battery. So is it possible to change the duration of the led notification, like if i want the led to turn off after say 15mins

From what I've seen there is no such feature. I dont quite get the point of such notification if it would turn itself off But seriously, it shouldn't be draining the battery much. Have you used Better Battery Stats to maybe find the real culprit?

No. It kills them when the phone is asleep to let the battery discharge slower. If you want them - turn off ESM

[Q] Q> cm11 bugs.

Yesterday i installed cm11 on my phone then i notice that when someone texted me bln lights goes steady and its not blinking. And before i sleep my battery is 69%, i set the alarm to 6:30am and then suddenly i woke up 6:15am and i waited atleast 20mins to hear my phone alarm but it did'nt so i decided to check my phone. This time im frustrated because the battery was drained. Does anyone experienced this in cm11?

There are lots of possibilties how you can drain your battery quickly. 2 examples which I have experienced:
- GPS on? -> set location option to energy saving or turn it off
- continous sync with google or other accounts -> deactivate it

Permanent Battery Saver On

Is there a way to permanently switch on the Battery Saver option instead of it automatically switching on at 15% battery and being disabled when charging?
Go to settings, battery, menu, and switch on battery saver with slide switch.
Well, i need it to be on permanently. ^What you suggested doesn't even allow a toggle when the phone is connected to a charger.
BTW this is for the latest lollipop OS.
I have Android 5,0,2 there is no way to have the phone on battery save when its charging (why would you do that anyway) Android turns it off. When you stop charging you turn it back on. I wouldn't know what else to suggest. If you have problems with battery see this thread.

Root it, Install Xposed develop your own module or search relevant module. Stop starting these silly question threads

It there a way to disable the notification led for low battery?(no root)
I Found A Fix For It!
Bro, The problem is that you might have set auto turn battery saver at a certain percentage.
So once the battery reaches below that percentage , it will keep on blinking the led notification light .
I had this problem too...
