Is there a way to 1) get the apk for the gallery from 8.0 and 2) put it on the v40 thinq without rooting? I do have developer and Wednesday party installs on.

So, phone got bricked after i tried to downgrade
Loaded up some "custom stock firmware" (pic related)
fixed it, back to 4.4.2 instead of 4.4.4
however
Now i cant torrent APKs / launch external ones, (japanese Pad, any game on the play store, most apps on the play store, torrented apks of course )
if i download and launch them it just crashes
as well as this not counting as a root, so im stuck not being able to use towel root.
Trying to update to 4.4.4 via the phones settings does not work .
Any advice/ help?

Or do you just stick with the ones that are provided by the updates?
I tried to update them a while ago and after a reboot (20 days or so), the phone wasn't able to start properly and was kind of a bootloop (except it started past the pin protection, but then crashed).

I'm having issues installing any updated samsung apk's. Cant install messages , keyboard , or any other APK, I get app not installed.

I have flashed my motorola moto x style / pure with oreo 8.1 in itself everything work, but the camera.

I can only use the front camera and as soon as I take a picture the camera crashes.
The rear cam doesn't show up at al.
Have done a factory reset and reinstalled everything through twrp recovery.
With mind the gapps the camera crashed.
With open gapps the camera crashed.
Emptying cashe memory or and installing another camera apps does not help. This problem is hiding within.
What can this be and is there an android version that would not have this outside of the original rom.
I've read a lot about this problem but i cant find any thread where there is a solution for me and my phone.

i have a Huawei p20 pro with Emui 9.1.0.387 and Android 9. Rooted with magisk and TWRP installed.
Almost Everything working except Files app, gallery (makes 5 minutes to open) and play store do not install any new app. And when i install any app via apk i get the message incompatible with current system version even if its installed and fully working.
My question is, am i having a broken system file or rom that cause these issues ? And how to solve it ?
I do not want a full refresh of the phone, but if there is a solution to repair the rom or install same version over it without losing data or apps, i would love to get help please
PS: i can't update to Emui 10 as this one is not root compatible and bootloader get blocked.
