Yes there is not much difference in the performance between the 3GB RAM variant and the 4GB RAM variant.

So, Snapdragon 625 really fast. If compare with flagship - Prime have 8/10 as for me. Popular social apps like Instagram, Telegram open nearly straight, for heavy apps you need to some wait.

App launch speed is extremely fast. However I think this can still be improved by future Android releases. The SoC is already overkill for most of the tasks.

Most apps launch with decent speed for its price point. Even the memory-heavy Chinese apps like Wechat launch and run without lag, something that cannot be said for the Redmi Go.
