Your Bootloader is unlocked - if you would ever want to hack the phone, you will need the unlocked Bootloader
And be aware that Huawei does no more provide Bootloader keys, those who want to unlock Bootloader must go for paid alternative services

You should find and install Huawei drivers and HiSuite - it usually installs automatically...
Have the phone switched off, onnect to PC by USB, press and keep pressing Vol- and voot by Pow - it should boot to Fastboot, on the bottom it has to display if FRP and Phone +Bootloader) are locked or unlocked.
PS From your first post it seems you already checked in Fastboot and found that indeed FRP and Bootloader are unlocked

Few comments
1) If you connect to the particular WiFi from System, phone will remember and should automatically connect to the same from eRecovery
2) Try another USB cable, another USB port or another PC
Also, when USB cable is connected, check if phone asks you anything to confirm
If you try to connect from HiSuite, it will give you guides what 'to do'
3) Unlocked FRP causes the 'unsecure,' note at booting.
But as long as your Bootloader is unlocked, better keep also FRP unlocked (unlocked Bootloader with locked FRP makes no sense)
4) Unlocked Bootloader and FRP are not 'dangerous' - only if you go yourself and flash something wrong or wrong way
As already wrote, hackers prefer unlocked Bootloader.
Also if you anyhow brick the phone, you will need unlocked Bootloader to flash the fix.
Moreover, locking Bootloader also requires certain expertise to do it safely, so I really suggest you to keep it as that at the moment (until you solve PC connection and become familiar with ADB and so

What is your current Huawei stock version?
I thought you could boot to System...
From Fastboot, execute the following commands and copy/paste the answers
Code:
fastboot oem get-bootinfo
fastboot getvar vendorcountry
fastboot oem get-build-number
fastboot oem oeminforead-SYSTEM_VERSION

Here it is picture down. Well no i cant enter system or anything only fastboot with ADB, well i bought this phone used cheep 40 euros guy told me he bricked him and dont know to fix except that everything works ( i hope so ) now i need to unbrick phone i did it on s3 neo long time ago with huawei is harder :s

I have the same problem with my Huawei p9. It was unlocked by oneclickroot, with magisk 18. I'm not bothered about the unlocked bootloader or from, as the phone is rooted and works well. I just want to get rid of the warning and time delay, when I turn the phone on. Does anyone know what files need to be deleted to get rid of it and if possible the time delay, which I suppose is only about 10 seconds ,but very annoying.

Ok, so you are on cust c900, MM b166 build
i) You must first upgrade from c900b166 to c900b182 - follow this guide:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75855436&postcount=612
From that guide you must do only steps (7) and (8) - they describe DLOAD method for installing (in your case upgrading to) EVA-L09c900b182
ii) Once you will be on c900b182, you have to rebrand to cust c432 from where you will receive OTA upgrades to Nougat firmwares - follow this guide
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72153575&postcount=2
This is assuming your phone is single SIM, aka L09 (not dual SIM aka L19) - so, is your phone single SIM L09?
Actually, guide from (ii) covers both cases L09 and L19.
But in step (i), for L19, you would need to install EVA-L19c900b182, while the guide describes and gives the download for EVA-L09c900b182

Guys, iif you don't like that warning - then never unlock Bootloader and never do rooting, etc
You can only get rid of that warning by relocking your Bootloader (it will lock also FRP).
BUT, re-locking Bootloader triggers Hard Reset - with Hard Reset you would loose Magisk, root , etc
EVEN WORSE, Hard Resetting with the root, may brick the phone
Do you really want all that?
If you don't like this warning at boot, you should have stayed with locked Bootloader and with stock firmware, without rooting, etc
This thing has been anwered/discussed elswhere and zillion times (hence IMO, people need to read, get informed and think in advance, and those who are so iritated with this warning note at boot must not go in modding the phone)

No problem, after upgrading to Nougat everything will work
Im pretty sure that if you buy Huawei (if they still sell P9) from your mobile provider, it will for sure come with Nougat
Btw, there is something strange with that c900 cust, if you dig to old XDA posts, you will see that c900 was popular few years ago, people thought it was kind of "generic' intermational cust and many rebranded to c900 from regional custs - but later rebranded back (usually to c432 European or some other like Mediterranean or Latin America ) because all other custs were upgraded to Nougat except that c900. Not sure if Huawei was ever selling phones with c900, or it was only used for the phones bought in China (cheaper) and rebranded then for international market (all languages, getting rid of Chinese bloatware)
Nevertheless, don't worry and escape from c900. IBtw, it is even possible to rebrand and upgrade from Lx9 to AL10c00 Chinese Oreo (it comes with ALL languages), and to get it fully working (but some patches must be applied) - eg, I'm writing from my P9 with such Chinese Oreo (and rooted by Magisk)
Regarding to L09/L19 trays - yes, they are as on your pictures. You can put L19 tray into L09 and vice versa but on L09 you cannot (I was trying by rebranding L09 to L19) make it work to recognize that second SIM (from the hybrid slot)
So it seems that differences between L09 and L19 are not only in software but also in hardware (and not only in the tray) - L09 has NFC and L19 does not have, people tried also rebranding L19 to L09 but still they could not switch the NFC on
That is, for those who don't use two SIMs neither NFC - they can rebrand from L09 to L19 or vice versa and everything will work fine, with no 'visible' differences in the firmware
PS: You see now why unlocking Bootloader, rebranding, rooting, etc - all require to have Bootloader and FRP unlocked

I never said that you bought 'fake' P9, I just said that c900 cust is dead locked to b166 (although there wad also c900b182 but seems that Huawei didn't even push OTA update to that)
And I said that by the procedure, if your bricked phone will allow, you should first get c900b182 with probably already unbricked phone (hope it will boot)
You can pull SD card out and prepare the required DLOAD folder on the PC or another device
If things won't work you can go for DC Unlocker, credits 15 Euros (TG, I never needed to use but if you search on XDA you will find happy users whom the tool unbricked their phone when nothing else worked or they didn't know/didn't want trying on their own:

In post #12, part (i) there is a link to guide that installs c900b300 (sorry, not c900b182)
Again, I said that you prepare DLOAD content on the extetnal SD card by pulling it out of the phone and putting to some adapter and to PC or to another Android device
I wish you good luck. If you don't want or can't do as instructed, maybe better you go for DC Unlixker, you pay them and they have to provide you service, answers, etc

Debranding - not so easy..

*********************** WARNING***********************
Somebody tried the procedure I wrote before without success! Please do not do it until everything gets clarified. It may be necessary to unlock the boot loader before (SRTK tool). To unlock the bootloader it is necessary to get the needed code from huawei at this link.
**********************************************************
Hello All,
after having spent over one full day trying to debrand my Huawei P9 Plus (without success..) I have finally found a way to do that which is really easy (and successful!).
BTW. THis is something you can do at your own risk! Consider that FW Upgrade may anyway be dangerous and will ERASE ALL YOUR DATA! Don't blame me if something goes wrong..
PHASE 1 - unlocking the boot loader
0. Install Android SDK (Android studio is ok) and make sure on command line you can execute "fastboot" command and "adb" command; In alternative you can use install ADB, fastboot and drivers in 15 seconds as described in this thread.
1. get the serial number. On the phone keyboard digit *#*#2846579#*#* then select 2. Veneer Informations and then 3. Other Info. Take note of the serial number. You will need also your phone IMEI code (you can get it from phone settings->phone status);
2. Go to this link and get the bootloader unlock code.
3. Now to start the phone in boot mode you need to:
a. shutdown the phone
b. press simultaneously volume- and power button until you get to the boot loader page
c. open a cmd shell and write down the command: fastboot oem unlock <put-here-your-unlock-code>. If the code is right the bootloader will be unlocked and the phone will factory reset and reboot.
PHASE 2
1. Download from http://www.huaweifirm.com/firmware/p9-plus-vie-l09/ the firmware you need (C432 is the European unbranded version I downloaded) I downloaded exactly the VIE-L09_C432B161a_Firmware_CEE&Nordic European_Channel-Others_Android 6.0_EMUI 4.1_05013RNS
2. format a micro SD card (not really needed but I did it..)
3. unzip the dload folder from zip to the SD card. Verify that the dload folder contains one file (UPDATE.APP) and two folders (dt and hw).
4. shutdown the phone
5. insert the SD card (with dload)
6. press volume+ volume- and power button simultaneously and keep it pressed until you don't see that the upgrade is started.
7. wait till the end..
That's all.. After this my phone got the upgrade from OTA.. and I am happy
Hope this may save some time for other people wanting to debrand their P9 plus.
Jesus!!! How can be that simple to unbrand the phone??There´s a thread in the forum for this purpose, and there are fellows that bricked their phone. Which brand you were on?

To unbrand the phone is quite easy but the most difficult is to get it to a OTA enabled version.. when you upgrade it to an unbranded version using just the UPDATE.APP as in most thread described.. you end by getting a C900 version which is does not support OTA upgrades.
I had C555 (H3G Ita). Now is C432. What was difficult was to find the right dload to put on the micro SD... all other zip files (update.zip) on most threads where missing the parts needed to really set the device to C432.

Hello, your method did not work on my P9 +
I tested 2 times (with an unformatted and formatted SD card). Same result, I'm still in C900B170.

I had C555 (H3G Ita). Now is C432. What was difficult was to find the right dload to put on the micro SD... all other zip files (update.zip) on most threads where missing the parts needed to really set the device to C432.

I am wondering if the bootloader was unlocked when I started the procedure I described.. In case that would be the missing step I omitted. I got the unlock code on huawei website. Then I used SRTK tool to unlock the boot loader. I am sorry if this is the case... but anyway without the right rom it didn't work.
Guys I have modified my initial post to avoid other people to set their phone to C900...
Please try the new (more complex) procedure I described.
If install the original rom i had, will all be back to normal?? Because now i dont have the themes market only the local ones!!
I wished that i´ve never done this

I am sorry, I have the themes market so even if you go till the end with the C432 you will get it. Did you check the updated procedure in the starting post? Please give it a try following the new procedure step by step and let me know. First of all you need to unlock the boot loader. Then do again what you already did.

To be honest i´m afraid that i will brick my phone What tool i need? Android SDK? SRK TOOL? I am confused lol
---------- Post added at 03:00 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:53 PM ----------
PHASE 1 - unlocking the boot loader
0. Install Android SDK (Android studio is ok) and make sure on command line you can execute "fastboot" command and "adb" command; | Where i execute it? On Android Studio? CMD of windows?
1. get the serial number. On the phone keyboard digit *#*#2846579#*#* then select 2. Veneer Informations and then 3. Other Info. Take note of the serial number. You will need also your phone IMEI code (you can get it from phone settings->phone status);

I can help you to do this but I cannot take any responsibility in case you brick your phone. I made many many trials before getting to the right result and personally I don't think that you can brick the phone. But this is your own responsibility I cannot take it.. the only thing I can do is try helping you. Is this clear?
If you decided to try.. I found a useful thread that will install ADB and fastboot in 15 seconds..
First of all anyway you have to get the "bootloader unlock code" from huawei at this link by registering your phone. This is described in PHASE 1 steps.

I just wanted to clarify in addition that if you unlock the bootloader you will probably invalidate the warranty... once the boot loader is locked again it says "relocked" so it is clear that it was unlocked at least once.
If i install the original rom i´ve had everything will be back to normal? Will revert back to co2 vodafone brand?

For those of us that installed a European unbranded rom in a branded phone, to be back as it was, receiving OTA, themes market working, etc etc... Just install the original ROM that your phone had and all is back to normal.
Though i will try to put an european unbranded rom, as it receives updates quicker than an unbranded one.
When i try the Antonio method and i hope i´ll be successful i´ll inform you guys

Huawei p8 lite 2017 bricked after wrong oem flash

(SOLVED) So I wanted to debrand my phone, and I saw this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/c432-oeminfo-flash-twrp-t3384903
problem is, the oem I flashed with twrp was for the p9 lite, now my phone doesn't boot inside the os, it only goes to huawei erecovery but the download always fails. I can boot to fastboot mode but everything I try to do it says command not allowed, only fastboot devices work
I hope someone can help me as I really need my phone for work, thanks very much
my original cust was C02
I also have a twrp backup I did, but I just cant get inside twrp because as soon the phone turns on it goes to erecovery
Edit: i finally resolved and I'm going to really help you if you flashed the wrong oem file just like me, just follow these steps:
1. since you installed a new oeminfo, you are gonna need to unlock the bootloader again, (just like you did the first time), but wait! here is what I did wrong, when you request an unlock code, huawei in the unlock page is gonna ask you for your imei and serial number, I was lazy and I got my imei via fastboot instead of checking the one on my phone's box, worst idea ever because when you flash another oem your imei is gonna change so that's why in the site it said sn and imei are mismatching, so take the IMEI on your phone's box and NOT via fastboot. Anyway, let's go to part 2
2. in the unlocking site they are gonna ask for a product id wich you can get by writing *#*#1357946#*#* in the phone's dialpad, but you're probably thinking "how can I do that if my phone does't boot the os?" but don't worry my brudda! just download this https://cloud.mail.ru/public/KGmS/1cEhHg1G6 , open it and chose huawei y300-0100 as product model, then put your IMEI (take the one from your phone's box!!) and it's gonna give you the product id you need in the huawei site.
3. once they give you the unlocking password, power off your huawei and connect it in your pc with your usb while holding the volume down button, you should go in fastboot mode
4. once you are in fastboot mode write in the cmd fastboot oem unlock (9982883838382365) <<(instead of this numbers write the unlocking password they gave you in the huawei unlocking site) aaaand done, you unlocked the bootloader once again.
5. if you previously had twrp (before flashing the wrong oem file) it's gonna pop up when you boot the phone, now you can use fastboot or twrp again to flash the right oem (or stock rom)
I REALLY HOPE I'M GONNA HELP YOU BECAUSE I KNOW HOW BAD IT FEELS WHEN YOU BRICK YOUR DEVICE LIKE I DID!!
Now bye everyone I need to go play soccer and I'm late

Did you tryed a working dload image for your model in dload-firmware mode?
-with a build GREATER than the one you previously were on with your ALP ?
I don't know if your cust was blanked like boardnumber and imeis in your previous doing with your phone and what it does imply for dload images which are normally not cross cust compatible...
If bootloader is locked that's the reason why you can't flash. You'd have to unlock it.
Also, oeminfo can not be flashed with fastboot with "regular" unlock.

Well, it's fastboot oem unlock UNLOCK_CODE, but if you tried that already it won't work.
If your oeminfo is corrupt that might be why, as it reads imei and SN from oeminfo to calculate unlock code.
return in warranty if bootloader locked
the only fix is to send it to huawei service what ever bootloader locked or unlocked

Huawei P9 OR P9 PLUS

Hello i bought used huawei mobile phone . the seller told me that its huawei p9 plus on the back of cover i found this info (model EVA-L19 FCC ID : QISEVA-L19 IC: 6369A-EVAL19) which mean its p9 .. but when look to info about phone i found this (VIE-C900B150) VIE -- when connect to my pc via HiSuite the model number shown was VIENNA ; VIENNA is p9 plus ? so help me to know
There is only "Huawei" on the front and back, no model.
They are visibly different in dimensions and weight - Plus, as the name says is bigger:
https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=7745&idPhone2=7972
i measured the screen size and it was 13.4 cm = 5.2 inch .. that mean its p9 .... but is it possible to run p9 plus software on p9 ??
other question the camera and wifi no working ... android 6 and emui 4.1.1 ?
It's strange that VIE firmware runs on EVA, that it was not bricked (not just camera and wifi).
They have same chipset, so maybe.
EMUI 4 is ancient, and c900 cust was used for rollback in some cases - who knows what happened with your phone in the past and which idiot flashed a wrong firmware and then sold the phone
You would need Bootloader code to properly brand it back to EVA.
If you are not familiar with methods for flashing Huawei phones, you better sell it further or buy DC Phoenix credits and ask for instructions to use their tools (they will also provide you BL code and instruct how to use them):

No, there are only more expensive providers than DC Phoenix
Huawei stopped providing BL codes (they did for free) a year ago.
Actually, for their new models (DC Phoenix does not support them) it's more and more complicated and expensive:
You have to open the phone, short the Testpoints pins, provide TeamViewer on-line acces to your PC and pay almost 40 bucks just to obtain the BL code - on the other side, for the old P9, for half of that price and without opening the phone, you get BL code and unbrick P9 with DC Phoenix.
If you wanted to flash for free, you had to buy Xiaomi or so, Huawei is trying to bacome 'closed' like Apple ;-(

VIE is P9 Plus
EVA is P9
L09 is single SIM
L19 is dual SIM
c900 is some kind of test/rollback cust, there are no Nougat/EMUI 5 firmwares with c900, only OLD MarshMallow/EMUI 4
To rebrand from c900 to c432 (European) or c185 (Middle East) or to any other cust, you will NEED UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER
Also to rebrand from L09 to L19 or vise versa.
However, P9 L09 and L19 are little diff in hardware, L09 does have NFC but not dual SiM reader
L19 has no NFC but it has dual SIM reader
Believe me, three of us experimented for weeks, trying MM and Nougat firmwares - we did rebrand software from L09 to L19, but never got it recognzed the second SIM
(P9 Lite, P10, Mate 9 can be rebranded from L09 to L19, to really work as dual SIM, but P9 single SIM cannot become dual SIM)
Finally, people never rebrand from P9 to P9 Plus, or from P9 Lite to P9, etc - it makes no sense because of different hardware.
Generally, it would brick the phone
But, P9 and P9 Plus have the same chipsets, and similar hardware, and dome of their firmwares were cross-compared and found to have the ame kernel, ramdisk, recovery
So probably, previous owner of your P9 phone flashed P9 Plus firmware without bricking the phone- your phone boots but Camera and WiFi do not work
---
Anyway, I think that you need to rebrand from VIE-L09c900 to EVAL09c432, because your phone, by dimensions is P9, not P9 Plus.
So only with EVA things will really work, and with c432bor c636nor so, you will have latest available Nougat/EMUI 5
Proper "rebranding" means:
- with TWRP, (on your phone) to restore OEMInfo from e.g. EVA-L09c432 (backed up on such a phone)
- for that, you first have to flash TWRP
- to be able to flash TWRP, you need to have unlocked Bootloader and FRP
- to unlock Bootloadet, you must have Bootloader code
For anything else you want to do, like DLOAD flashing firmwares (it doesn't require unlocked Bootloader) you can do on your own - I will not 'assist' you because Im pretty sure that only by DLOAD, without proper rebranding, you cannot make it back to EVA.
You can only make things worse - full brick, bootloop
In that case, please spend your own time to search and learn about DLOAD, models, custs, FullOTA-MF-PV, FirmwareFinder, etc
---
You can just do the following test:
Boot to Fastboot, does it show green Phone and FRP locked, or red Phone and FRP unlocked?
In Fastboot, execute commands and provide back their results, to see on the 'low' level what the phone knows about his current software
Code:
fastboot devices
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-bootinfo
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-product-model
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-build-number
PAUSE
fastboot oem oeminforead-SYSTEM_VERSION
PAUSE
fastboot getvar vendorcountry
@befine You should also test following (before doing anything else):
In settings - "About phone" click 7 times on the "Build-Number" until the message appears: "You have successful enabled Developer Options".
Then go back to settings - "Developer Options" and check, if you have there:
- Oem Unlock.
Try to enable OEM Unlock. If it is possible, then you could unlock the Bootloader - which is the main important thing to change the wrong Firmware to the right one, exactly how @zgfg explained it in the previous postings.
If Oem Unlock is greyd out and you cannot enable Oem Unlock with the switch-button - then there is no chance to correct the device!
Without Oem Unlock enabled it is even not possible to unlock the Bootloader (even if you already would have the code).
But if you can enable "OEM Unlock" - then enable also
1) ADB Debugging in charging mode
2) USB Debugging (in this order, otherwise ADB Debugging will not stay enabled)
In case, this three options are enabled - I could send you a personal message with a User Name and password. With this information (it would be a gift for you) you could use HCU Client (which is the Best Software by DC Unlocker/DC Pheonix) to read the Bootloader Code from the phone.
But first you have to check, what I told you. In case, it is possible, you will also get a detailed guide how to do the steps to change your phone from the wrong VIE Firmware to the right EVA Firmware.
Without all those steps, there is no chance. You could flash what you want with dload, but without any effect (you cant get camera etc. to work on a wrong oeminfo, which does not match the real phone) In the worst case you would brick your phone completely.
The seller of your phone flashed a wrong "oeminfo" to the phone (VIE instead of EVA). This should be corrected after opening the boot loader (and I would tell you how to do).
The other possibility is, just give the phone back to the seller and get your money back. Because in this state it is useless.
Best regards
Tecalote

You can just do the following test:
Boot to Fastboot, does it show green Phone and FRP locked, or red Phone and FRP unlocked?
In Fastboot, execute commands and provide back their results, to see on the 'low' level what the phone knows about his current software
Code:
fastboot devices
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-bootinfo
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-product-model
PAUSE
fastboot oem get-build-number
PAUSE
fastboot oem oeminforead-SYSTEM_VERSION
PAUSE
fastboot getvar vendorcountry

All are VIE, from meafnaf you were probably on c185
Bootloader says locked (unfortunately as expected) - can you ask the seller if he can give Bootlloader code to you (somebody in the previous life flashed that phone and he must have had BL code, at that time it was easy and free to obtain)
Still two questions:
1) Please click 7 times to Build number in Settings/System/About as @Tecalote explained, then open Developer Options menu.
Do you see there Enable OEM unlock option, can you enable it - or option is missing or greyed out?
If you can enable it, then when you boot to Fastboot you will see on the bottom of the phone screen, FRP unlocked in red.
If FRP cannot be unlocked, then it requires HCU Client
2) You measured display size. To double-check, measure also phone length and height, do they correspond to the dimensions of P9 or P9 Plus (check post #2, gsmarena comparison sheet)
3) Btw, do you have two cameras on the back, printed Leica - check device photos on gsmarena.
And in the Settings, can you enable/disable NFC?
And btw, in Settings/Storage, what does it say for Internal memory size, 32 or 64 GB?
Tecalote said:

Ok, FRP enabled, pls check the other questions in my previous post, you will need to know is it really P9, and which OEMInfo L09, L19 or L29 to take for rebranding, as Santa Claus will give you dc ac****

So if dimensions are 5.71 x 2.79 mm, then must be P9.
For P9 Plus and for P9 L09, NFC should be there and work, maybe you don't have due to inappropriate firmware flashed.
That means, you will need OEMInfo for EVA L09 c185 or c432
If you see two IMEIs in Settings/About, then L19 (dual SIM, no NFC)

I have successfully upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat by the help of firmware finder app .
My current Build is EVA-L19C185B403.
Is there anyway to upgrade to Oreo without unlocking Bootloader? I don’t have a card to buy code from DCunlock.

First, keep your code (on several places, even printed on the paper), it is good for relocking/unlocking (you never know, some actions may lock the Bootloader back) for the lifetime of your phone.
You don't want to go buying the same thing again
Assuming you know how to enable OEM Unlock in Developer's menu and you are a little familiar with Fastboot, it is simple to unlock the Bootloader
Code:
fastboot oem unlock <your code>
If not familiar, and if not clear as below, search on Google how to:
- enable Developer menu by clicking 7 times to the build number in Settings/About
- enable OEM unlock in Developer menu
- install "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" to Windoze (smallest, self containing package with everything for ADB and Fastboot)
- reboot to Fastboot: keep pressing Vol-, then Pow button
Unlocking Bootloader triggers hard-reset, wiping also Internal memory. Backup as much as you can - use Google account, HiSuite, WA own chat backup, copy DCIM to PC, Contacts can be exported to vcard file, etc
Rebranding to AL10c00, upgrading to b540 Oreo, applying the neccesary Network patch to make SiM card(s) working - all is in deep details explained in the OP posts:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/rebrand-update-tool-hwota7-p9-eva-t3820849
Read two times before you start, and keep the instructions opened on the PC while doing - wrong moves can cause (soft) bricks

It is safe, just some Patch02 (never found exactly what for).
If you don't mind, you can skip (you can disable OTA - see in OP)
If you go for, you must first flash back the stock Recovery, hence not having TWRP. Not sure anymore, maybe also stock Ramdisk, hence not Magisk
Patch02 will not affect Network Patch or Face Unlock (cool add-on, see OP)
If you didn't apply Network patch yet, etc - then accept Patch02 and continue with OP instructions.
If you already rooted by Magisk, then don't bother with Patch02, too much trouble preparing clean sheet for OTA and rooting again

I have already applied Network Patch, See my both SIM is working.
Right now I don’t need Root so I'm skipping Magisk.
I just want to disappear the update available Notification, if the update is Safe I'll go for it.

I'm from Bangladesh, some Operator in our country introduced VoLTE.
It seems there is an option called VoLTE after upgrade to Oreo. Is it really works?

Nope, VoLTE does not work.
Everything else, like location sharing and Ok Google are fixed with Network patch, but not VoLTE.
The guy who did the whole majestic work went tired (although he believed he was close to fix VoLTE) and gave up. Later he upgraded to newer Huawei devices with Pie, etc, and eventually moved away from XDA

It's not possible to remove the warning on booting "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" (IMO, it must have been commented somewhere in the OP) - that's price for the unlocked Bootloader.
But you must not relock Bootloader - it would trigger Hard reset, removing Network patch (even worse, it could also cause soft brick if TWRP or Magisk are installed)
15 credits for unlock in fastboot mode (not pay over sms)
