Help! Moto G6 Play without password, need help to change rom - Moto G6 Questions & Answers

Hi. Unfortunately my cousin passed away, and his phone is locked with password.
I'm trying to get the stock rom, but the bootloader is locked.
I don't have access to the phone, so I cannot unlock the bootloader.
There is a way to change rom with bootloader locked?

[Q]root and sim unlock

i want to unlock my phone so it will be sim-free,withot purchasing unlock code,is it possible?
if i unlock my bootloader it will help?
there are other possible ways ?
I believe, network unlocking will only work with an unlock code. So you have to buy one.
Unlocking the bootloader wont help in this situation.
Anyway, if you have a Droid, then your bootloader is not locked by default, but if you have a Milestone, theres a bad news, you cant unlock its bootloader.

[Help] Unlock Moto G 2014 after lock?

Hello XDA-Community,
I just restored my device to stock (XT1068), including that I locked the bootloader with help from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/general/restore-to-stock-t2873657
Now I want to unlock the bootloader again, plus rooting the phone.
But when I go on the Motorola-Website, it says.. "Device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking."
Is it because I want to use the same code twice to unlock?
How can I solve this to unlock my phone again? Is there any way, after locking it, to unlock it again?
Thanks for any help.
Greetings
PS: I need root to downclock my device for battery saving purposes and Greenify.

Maybe a typo? Anyway, you can reuse the code you received the first time you unlocked the phone. It is unique and does not change.
Oh my.
I guess you were right. It was a typo. I was able to use the same code given from the CMD to unlock my device a second time. Thank you very much.

[Q] Re-Unlock the Moto G bootloader?

Hi, some time ago I unlocked the titan's bootloader and re locked it, I tried rooting it again but I get Preflash validation, so i guess I need to unlock it again, wich makes no sense since everytime I boot up the warning shows up that the bootloader is unlocked, I have tried Motorola's website for unlocking the bootloader but my phone is ilegible anymore.
What can I do?
Thanks
Never mind, I was neglecting the spaces between the strings of numbers, I have got the unlock key already.

Bootloader back to locked after debrand without me doing it.

Hello.
Normally after relocking the bootloader on these phones it will say relocked. While debranding my phone I had the phone bootloader unlocked and rooted, with the untrusted boot up message. Half way through the debranded procedure I had massive issues with encryption and it not letting me past which took an age to sort out.
Once I passed that I managed to finish debranding the phone, but after flashing the the new firmware to the phone I stopped seeing the unlocked bootloader message, when I hadnt relocked the bootloader. When I checked, the bootloader was locked and frp was unlocked.
Everything is working fine with the phone, receiving updates, all themes working, everything working great.
I just don't fully understand how it's relocked itself, but Instead of it showing relocked it shows the original locked, but frp is now unlocked while the phone is locked, both originally said locked.
Anyone have any ideas. ????
Same for me
Look at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/p9-plus/how-to/guide-how-to-lock-unlocked-relocked-t3465486
Did you find out why frp doesn't go back to locked Instead of staying unlocked. I only ask because my NatWest app says i'm rooted or security settings have changed and won't let me log in via fingerprint. I wonder if it's because of this. ????
Edit. If you remove USB debugging and OEM unlock it relocks the frp lock.
Good thank you for sharing it
