Changing font on vivo - Vivo V11 Questions & Answers

I can't seem to change the font on my phone, none of those external apps that were designed specifically to package fonts into itheme work at all. No fonts except the ones on itheme work. I can't use any external fonts and I can't seem to figure out why. Is this happening for anyone else? I only tried after the latest funtouch update to android 9, does this relate to the update?

[SM T-715] Android 6.0.1 Enable NavBar

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone knows how to enable the Android built in NavBar on this device. I tried very different methods, from apps to manually mods, but nothing worked. I've added the line "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" at the end of build.prop and nothing happened, so i tried to make a local.prop file containing that line in /data folder and still nothing happened. I've also tried by adding "ro.show.navigationbar=yes" in both build.pro and local.prop but still nothing happened. In the last i've installed Xposed, Gravity Box for MM end tried to enable the navbar from here....guess what? Still nothing happened. Please, does someone know how to achieve this? I need to use the nav bar.
P.s i know about the huge amount of alternatives on Google Play, but i don't want to use third part apps that eats my RAM. If i can enable the system built in there's no reason to download a separate app.
Thanks for everyone who reads this.

[AOSP][9][no root] SystemUI RRO overlay not taking effect

I'm trying to change some SystemUI resources through Runtime Resource Overlay/Overlay Manager Service, so I made an apk containing only resources.arsc and installed that apk in /vendor/overlay/ . I even made sure to manually update the idmap of this overlay, match owner, group and permissions, but, after rebooting from recovery to system, the overlay simply isn't applied.
The strange thing is that I made another overlay for framework-res (target: android) and it works perfectly, as expected.
My Mi 9 is on a custom ROM (LineageOS, Pie) and is not rooted.
Have you run into this issue? How do you think I can solve this?
Thanks =)

Rooted Stock Android pie, change notification clock font and position

What's up all I'm on Android pie stock rooted and I want to change the font on the notification clock.
I'd like to figure out how to do it by actually changing the files in the system folder not I downloading an app.
I use system UI tuner but I have to move it back to the middle each time and that is not able to change the font or make it bold which is what I want to do.
if someone could point me towards the file I assume in the framework folder I could do some research and make some changes and see what happens after I do a complete backup of course LOL.

Alternate fonts without root,is it possible?

Hi,so i know on older Android versions it was not possible to change the fonts without root. But i am now wondering if there is not perhaps a way on Android 10 because i remember seeing a fonts folder somewhere in the settings menu. I think it was under display or in developer options, buth there is just one font listed and i would like to know if we cant somehow add others without root?

Question Changing the Fonts

Yes, I know this has probably been done to death but I just wanted some specific pointers.
I have been following the guide on: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/fonts-for-galaxy-s20-ultra-no-root-needed.4093615/
It seems to work - Installed the app and dropped the new font APKs in the folder and I was able to "install" the font and change it fine.
However, I would like to know if there's a way to install fonts I have on my PC at home, namely Roboto and Google Sans (among a few others).
I haven't downloaded the 2800 pack yet so don't know if they're in there but any help would be greatly appreciated.
