[Q] [REQ] Snow Leopard folder with Android logo [Fulfilled]

Hi all,
I've searched all around the net (and XDA off course), but I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a Snow Leopard folder icon (icns) with an embossed Android logo?
Or is anyone here grafically gifted enough to create such thing? I really suck at graphical design, so hopefully anyone in here is willing to give it a try. I'll buy the best one a cup of coffee (or a beer if you prefer that over coffee...)
I've attached a plain folder icon and an example of the Snow Leopard Downloads folder, to show the embossing effect. I'd really like at least the Android robot to show embossed in the folder, the text "Android" is less relevant (but would be cool, if the robot doesn't get too small). Can anyone help me out?
Thanks for your trouble.
Edit Co-member Jumba created a beautiful folder icon, with can be found in post #19. The result can be found in post #20.
Jumba, thanks again!
Sincerely,
Mac

That's absolutely beautiful Just what I needed. Did you create it just now or did you find it?
Anyway, thanks a lot!
I guess I owe you a cup of coffee, or a pint of beer now
Sincerely,
Mac
Made it myself... gotta love photoshop.
Don't worry about the coffee.

I wish I had your skills, at least if it comes to Ps
I've replaced the generic icon for the folder with your icon, but for some reason it doesn't match the rest of them. See screenshots attached. The difference is best seen in the first screenshot (list view). Could it be you used a different template? Or did I provide the wrong template?
Sincerely,
Mac

Hmmm, not sure... I tried to match the icon stye to the reference you posted, but sometimes a simple difference in line thickness doesn't translate so well when reducing the icon size. I also used an online converter to convert from .png to .icns, so maybe that blurred the output slightly. The top edge of the folder doesn't look quite like the others, so maybe the template wasn't exactly correct. I can make the lines a bit thicker, but I'm not sure what's up with the folder...

Hi Jumba,
Thanks for your effort, again.
I think I know what's 'wrong'.... If I open the generic folder icon, there's multiple icons inside (like in yours), but the smallest icon has a different folder layout. See screenshot attached. Could you edit the generic folder with the logo, to retain the difference between the large and smallest size? I hope I'm not asking to much of you...
The first edition is my favourite, as all folder icons have the graphic center aligned...
Sincerely,
Mac

Ah okay, I see how .icns files work now. Will need to find a tool to work with them in windows... will get back to you.

That's what I have been using. The only problem is that it only accepts one file, then builds the other sizes itself. I need the ability to inject different sizes into the file, but no worries, I think I have a solution...

Almost there... It looks a lot better (it's nearly perfect), so thank you again for your time and effort . One small request (hopefully)... (and please let me buy you a cup of coffee, as I highly appreciate the trouble you've taken!)
It's only the smallest size which is different now. I've made two screenshots, from your icon and the generic folder icon, both zoomed in at the same level. Would it be possible to give your icon the same 'border' as the generic one? That way it will blend in with the rest of them (see last screenshot).
Thanks again!
Mac
It's a pleasure, thanks are reward enough. Here's one with the small icon fixed.
Edit: The icon is a blank folder for now. Let me find a small android icon...
Since Jumba is being such a good sport I can suggest donating to the XDA crew as they both deserve and need it.
I'm loving both your work and attitude!

Thanks, you're the best
Something like this:
http://www.comfychairconsulting.com/media/images/icon_android_small.png (33x33)
or
http://www.wizcode.com/images/site/android_logo_32px.gif (32x32)
or the icon attached...?
Could that help?

Thanks again for what you made today. I'll show my gratitude with a donation to XDA (let's find out how...), but whenever you're around the Netherlands, I'll buy you a cup of coffee

I like that one ! Great job.
"No it is not a Droid", I love it. Perfect for those dummies who call every single Android phone a DROID. I get tired of explaining it to them.
Nice work guys. Thanks for expanding my splash collection!
Would be great to get a bios splash screen for the slide.

I think that this is possible, but dont know how
You would have to convert it back to png and then change it and then convert it back. Or you could just take the preview and change the size of that and then convert it to splash1
real nice, thanks.

Possible Android DoorMat?

Hello! I was looking for an Android doormat and I just found two of them, one of them is good, but not what I wanted. So I made one sketch on Inkscape and I want to share it with you. I'll probably send it to make a personalized doormat
If anyone wants the SVG file, I can upload it.
Picture!

EDIT 1:
Found the original Android font, so here's the update:

Thanks!
Thanks!
I've just made my own personalized doormat using your picture
I like it! My current doormat just says "go away" lol.
I don't have a doormat. Because nobody is welcome!!!
I'm glad you like it =)
I had the SVG file if you want it
Nice doormat. Would also make a nice mouse pad!

[Q] Photo Frame

Megaupload was the home of pretty much all of Sourcherrydesign's aesthetically pleasing work. With the closure of the site i have however not been able to enjoy any of his work anymore as i can't seem to find any other download links. Hence i was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to upload Sourcherrydesign 2X4 and Sourcherrydesign 4X4 photoframes, the ones with the sticky tape.
Thanks in Advance.

Here are pins 2x2, tucked 2x2, tucked 2x4 and tucked 4x4.

Make a "gadget" folder in MIUI folder then make a "photo_frame" folder in the gadget folder and copy the zipped file in the photo_frame folder. (Do not extract the zipped file)
sdcard>MIUI>gadget>photo_frame
Awesome!! Thank you so much for these!!

Ringke FUSION Case - OP3 Template

I got the Ringke FUSION case in clear, but noticed the template wasn't available online yet so I reached out to ringke directly and got them to send me the PDF file template they usually make.
Not sure how everyone usually makes designs using it (I don't have Adobe Pro) but here is the link to it:
Re-uploaded as requested:
DIY_Tool_Oneplus_3_300
Feel free to share any cool designs you guys come up with!
Too obvious, but still fun.
for those trying to use GIMP like me, the basic rectangular measurements of the included template paper design is 6.5 cm x 14.6 cm
@2x4 Please upload the template again. I cant find it anywhere!
