Special Notes:
1. DON'T FORGET TO ENABLE "OEM UNLOCK" and unlock BL in download mode (located in Developers options).
2. KNOX will be tripped once you flashed custom binaries to your phone.
(Your warranty may be voided. However this may not affect you if your country forces Samsung to provide hardware warranty regardless of software status.)
3. Samsung Firmware OTA (aka System Updates) will no longer work once you flashed custom binaries.
(You can flash custom ROMs if you want to keep the OS up-to-date.)
4. All apps that use KNOX like Samsung pay, Secure Folder and maybe more will no more work

A305F (ASBA Firmware)
https://www.mediafire.com/file/ib5yfdn8lu8a78u/twrp-a30-A305FDDU1ASBA-image-only.zip/file
A305F (ASE5 Firmware)
https://www.mediafire.com/file/5222ox4gty7xqz0/twrp-a30-ASE5.zip/file
Installation Guide:
- only [ASBA or ASE5] firmwares are supported [other firmwares won't work]
- you must already be magisk rooted!
- download twrp according to your current firmware
- extract downloaded zip, you will get recovery.img file
- patch recovery.img extracted file using magisk manager
- flash patched image using flashify (or similar apps) to recovery partition
- reboot to recovery partition
Bugs:
-DONT UPDATE MAGISK FOR THE MOMENT!!! AFTER I FIND HOW TO ADD RECOVERY DTBO TO TWRP THEN MAGISK CAN BE UPDATED AND DONT PRESS POWER OFF IN TWRP OR DATA MAKES A SELFKILL

Hello there, everyone!
Have you ever wanted to run multiple OSs on your phone at the same time? Well now you can do it with your Mi A1.
This is AndroidTwo (funny name, right?) - a kernel based on MetaPhoenix.
Features
*Kernel Virtual Machine support
*Xen Guest for arm64 support
*Rest of the features are the same as MetaPhoenix -r2
Download
This kernel will be for Custom ROMs only!!!
Download from AndroidFileHost:
EDIT: LINK REMOVED BY AUTHOR!!!
REASON: Gives "The system has been destroyed." error!
More information
This kernel is based on ghpranav's MetaPhoenix -r2 (which is based on voidKernel).

Don't flash it yet as I can't still get it to work. IDK what I'm doing wrong. But in theory the install process should be:
1. Flash Kernel
2. Flash TWRP Installer
3. Flash Magisk
and do that on the slot on which your ROM is.

Introduction
Hi to all dear Z2 users. This is my first TWRP build, I used omni minimal TWRP source and kernel from Sony git.
I hope you enjoy this.
How to install
Fist of all you MUST flash lastest 23.5.A.1.291 firmware with FlashTool at least one time, for upgrade the bootloader (You need this upgrade for boot on recovery).
Via fastboot
Reboot your phone on fastboot mode.
Flash recovery using this command:
Code:
fastboot flash FOTAKernel <filename>
Via zip (You need a working recovery installed)
Download the zip and put it on your internal or external memory.
Reboot to recovery.
Flash the zip.
Via Official TWRP App (You need root)
Install the app from Google Play Store and download the zip.
Extract recovery.img and copy it to your internal or external memory.
Open the app, give root permissions and tap on TWRP FLASH.
Tap on Select a file to flash...
Select the recovery.img and flash it.
Download

Yes you can, some users tested it.
Am I able to flash this on a locked bootloader? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I've been away for a while.
I'm currently in RR 8.1.0 rom. Can I flash this one directly thru fastboot?
Does this work on the stock kernel (291)? Or do I need a custom kernel with FOTAKernel support? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I wanna make sure I know what I'm doing before I unlock my bootloader and I'm seeing conflicting information regarding this. Thanks.
EDIT: nevermind, it does. Thanks for the great work!

AFAIK you need to dirty flash first your rom before flashing other kernel to avoid any issues.
This is nice good work!
Sent from my LG G6 using XDA Labs
Hey! How do I flash this? I've read that kernels are supposed to zip's, and the melina kernel was a zip too, but this is an img :/ Which partition do I flash it to?

This isn't the newest stock at least for us997. You flash as a zip and fallow directions in op... If you want a different kernel go to the kernel page and read how to install it. Boot is where kernel goes. You can flash a .img by pressing image button in lower install menu of TWRP.

I'm on the EU version, but when I installed it as boot, it bootlooped my G6, so I stuck with melina's instead, but I either way thanks for the advice
The one issue I had is my SDcard said its corrupt, if I remember right its something to do with the exfat driver.

Congratulations. Great job!
an easier method
i found an easier method cause it doesn't involve pc but must have magisk
1- Unlock bootloader and install magisk using patched boot.img method
2- Download Flashify from play store
3- Download TWRP image from above onto your device's storage(or SD card place won't matter)
4- In flashify , under flash select Recovery and browse for your TWRP img you downloaded
5-Flash and reboot , if OS reboots then TWRP installed successfully
6- If not , download your stock recovery and use ODIN method which involves a pc
I am not responsible for any damage that could be done with this method ,it simply worked for me so I found it worth sharing

Can someone provide me stock kernel of this rom??
Hello I have been using this rom for 2 or 3 weeks now. Overall this is way stable than the android 11. Although I still had to reboot twice in rare occasion. I do have a problem right now, 2 of 3 my banking apps thinks my rom is rooted. However I didn't installed magisk or any root tools. so is this rom rooted by default?
I have 3 banking apps, lets say it is A, B and C app. Initially, From what I observes, A & B apps thinks my rom is rooted and the C app doesn't detect root, but when I installed magisk and hide magisk from app, A & B banking app don't detect root, but the C app now thinks rom is rooted. Vice versa. So this got me confused.. Can anyone help me?
